He told us the unit could be repaired for about $1500 or he could replace it entirely. We opted to replace the unit as it is over 16 years old. The price he quoted us to replace the unit was several thousand less than the big name company, too. He returned on Monday morning with the new unit and just left, job done, cool air blowing. Andy came through for us same day to determine what was wrong with our AC unit. We tried using our Honeowners Insurance and they never even got back to us. Handy Andy's Hearing & Cooling 100% came through and we are so appreciative of the professionalism and availability in such a pinch. We live all the way out in the east valley, but he took the time on his Saturday evening to drive out and see what the issue may be. He was able to determine the problem and came back out the following day (it was getting dark and starting to storm the evening before) and completely fixed the problem. Very impressed and highly recommend.

I would recommend them to anyone. Andy responded to a late text (9pm) and came to my house that night to check my AC because it wasn't blowing cold air. It turned out I needed a new AC. Andy installed a new ac and hauled my old one away the next day. Everything went smoothly and it was done in no time. Very professional and responds right away.

came to fix my air conditioning at 10:30 at night. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my issue. Luckily it was only a capacitor and took about thirty minutes to fix. I would definitely recommend them.

Handy Andy's LLC just completed installing a new air conditioner for us. He was honest, reliable (Always showed up when he said he would), tell it like it is kind of guy! Has a customer service attitude that sadly, is very rare these days! He offers discounts to veterans also! We feel very fortunate to have been referred to him!! The communication for a new HVAC unit install for my mother's house was great in the beginning..........
We have scheduled 2 appointments for some duct work that needs to be done after the HVAC install. As of now, 2 no shows and no calls. When we do get in contact we are told sorry and we will return your call on several occasions. Of course no one calls to let us know why no one has showed up on 2 appointments that were scheduled. I'm all for local businesses, but the frustration level has reached its limit.

Almost one year after we had Andy and his crew install a new HVAC system for my mother our unit died! I called Huffman's and Andy and his crew had our new unit in and running in less than 48 hours.
