Today we had overnight guests and our air conditioning system stopped cooling. The unit is less than 2 years old. We called the company who originally installed it and they said they were too busy to come out. Jaycox was there in less than an hour. He repaired the capacitor, changed our air filters and had everything working in about 15 minutes. He was friendly and professional. We now have a new HVAC company. Best customer service we have received here in Surprise. From the initial call till repair was finished A-1 all the way.

We had issues with a new dryer and our clothes would not dry. We kept getting a code that represented a dryer vent issue. I cleaned (or thought I cleaned) the vent stack and still had issues. I made a phone call and they were here the next day!! Dominic was very patient, professional, and the quality of service was phenomenal. He cleaned the vent from the roof to the floor and a ton of lint came out!! Thank you guys so much, no issues with the dryer anymore. I highly recommend this company for the quality, professionalism, and especially the price. Merry Christmas.

Jaycox installed our HVAC system without a hitch. They showed up on the promised day and replaced two units within 8 hours. Prior to hiring them, we compared quotes between them and two other companies. They were upfront about the pricing and our needs. Unlike the highly rated Magic Touch Mechanical, they didn't try to upsell us. I highly recommend Jaycox.

Austin showed up, so friendly, professional and took his time to do the inspection. He explained everything to me. Everything checked out fine! We called because our air had been not coming on intermittently but one Saturday would not come back on as usual after a little while. He was out within 2 hours, came out the next day on Sunday to get the code we had accidentally wiped out, called Monday morning with a quote and ordered the warranty replacement part that same day. Come to find out it was the sun causing the compressor to freeze up, so we put an umbrella over it and it worked until it could be fixed. It came on Wednesday and they put it in Thursday morning. We called the company that had installed the unit and they never did call us back. It shows great commitment to do warranty work on something you didn't even install, and dedication to your customers. I can't say enough nice things, we'll be customers for life!!

Our heat pump quit working on a hot day several years ago. I called Jaycox as they had serviced the heat pump months earlier. They came within an hour to my home and repaired the heat pump. I still call them to check out my heat pump every spring. They have kept my Carrier Heat Pump running well for several years now. Always impressed with their knowledge and friendliness. They are the best!

We have been a Jaycox customer for many years and they continue to provide impeccable service! When we got up this morning, our thermostat was not working. Jacob came to my house today for the annual summer maintenance of my AC unit. He came within the timeframe expected and called before arriving. He was very professional and efficient in completing the tasks. He also willingly explained what he was doing, the results of his testing and any questions I had. I wanted to give him "2 thumbs-up" for his exceptional work and pleasant interactions today. I have been a customer of Jaycox since 2018 when they installed a new AC unit and water heater in my home. With the exception of the completion of one task at that time (which was corrected), I have always been happy with their service. The only time I had to make an urgent request for service due to the AC not working late in the day, they came out promptly and got it fixed quickly.

They are the best. A few years ago they came out for an estimate to replace 2 units after 2 other companies told me they were leaking. They came highly recommended. Not only were they much cheaper to replace the units, but they told me there was nothing wrong with them other than being old. Today, on a Sunday, one unit quit. Jake was here and replaced the capacitor in less than an hour from when I called. The service call was only an extra $20 on a Sunday. I couldn't be any happier with them. It's nice to know there are still some decent, honest businesses out there. I will for sure be calling them when it's time to replace my units.

I can't recommend this company enough. My usual service company for my heat pump that I had used for 11 years told me a blower motor was failing, a $900.00 repair. I called Jaycox for a quote on a new unit and for a second opinion. Patrick Jaycox arrived the following day assured me nothing was wrong with my unit and there was no need for repairs or a new unit. You can not put a price on that kind of honesty and integrity. Jaycox will be my service provider from now on.
