Andy was able to come out the day I called after our AC failed. We decided to replace our old equipment. He put in a temp part to keep the system running until he cold get it replaced 2 days later. I'm very satisfied with Huffman's and the advice they gave me.

I have had my air conditioner serviced before by Huffman’s Heating & Cooling. I called them again with a non-working air conditioner. They came out same day on a Sunday and fixed it quickly. We are so appreciative of their service and expertise. I highly recommend Huffman’s for excellent service and honest work!

I was looking for an a/c company that wouldn't rip you off or overcharge for something you didn't need. I always look for the smaller guys cause usually they are not pushy or salesman, so I luckily found huffmans's and they have both online and call in scheduling witch was easy both ways. They showed up on time and got information 1st, then assessed the equipment, then finsh on the inside, which was great and never sold anything so this will be my wife and I a/c guy from now on.

So, this will be our company from now on, and we are luckily to have trades that are small and honest than a big company who only care about numbers and not customers. I would highly recommend and tell anyone who needs a a/c guy this is who I will be telling to all family and friends to go with and when in Arizona you need a/c and someone who will be there and fix it right and not a salesman.
Please help any small mom and pop people so you will see that you get better service than a big company. I highly recommend Huffman's Heating & Cooling, and you will see you found a great company that is small but also honest. Thanks for the looking and you will not be disappointed....

Andy was fabulous!
He helped me put a pool app on my phone and explained how to use it. Gave me step to step directions on how to get the pool and water clean again. Then he went into house another company approximately $2800.00 to seal my air ducts. After he found multiple areas behind the furnace and up in the attic that didn’t really look like the work had been done or not correctly by the company I paid. He took pictures and will forward be those and what he found so I can contact this company and SRP to get the job done correctly!

I would recommend Andy and his company to anyone looking for help on heating, AC, and plumbing issues!

Just had my AC replaced and Huffman HVAC gave me the best price around for a solid Inverter unit. Beat out the other guys by 2-3k at least. Andy and family are the best. Highly recommend Huffman for any AC/Vent needs. Best price, Great timely work. Support local.

Grate staff and grate technicians. Been using jaycox for last 20 years family owned and operated. They come out twice a year for service and I never had any problems with any of there technicians. They have always been fair with there pricing and have never tried to sell me anything that I have never needed. I am writing this review because I recently redered Jaycox to a close friend of mine that had 2 other companies at her home and both had told her she need a new a/c. Jaycox sent one of there technicians down and found out it was just a bad capacitor. They replaced the capacitor and got her cooling. They told her that her system was working good and just because it was a 16 year old unit does not mean it needs replaced. They are truly a one of a kind d a/c company and will always recommend Jaycox to any one that is having any issues.

I would recommend Jaycox without hesitation. Same day service when almost 110 degrees in Arizona. Shane and Austin diagnosed, fixed and checked the system in less than 30 minutes on site. No up sell or B.S. Good old fashioned professional service. Thank you.

Jaycox has serviced my heat pump for many years and just replaced it for a good price and did it very professionally.

I received my AC unit. Jaycox was extremely efficient and professional. They did not complete the process of sealing the unit because of the rain/moisture. Even though paid in full, they showed up the following week to seal it.

Our 35 Year-old unit finally decided to quit on us, so we contacted Jaycox who had been servicing our unit for several years. We met with Bob who explained our options and gave his recommendations. The installation done by Tony and his partner was excellent even touching up the seal in areas not their concern!

Absolutely worst experience. Rude serviceman spent 2.5 hours on new thermostat…and when told my husband would be back in a few minutes to pay him he said lady if i stand here any longer i charge you more. When i got back after he charged $544 the thermostat did NOT work. They said they could come back TOMORROW. When i canceled the service call in the morning saying i did not want their rude serviceman in my home and i wold find someone else to fix it i was told…”that is perfect we will cancel the service call”….what was perfect about this situation? Parker Bros fixed the loose wire efficently and polite and it worked after another $115. Jaycox is the WORST!!!!!

Top Notch Service Experience!
The AC has been blowing hot air since last Thursday. Excessive heat warning in effect so I’m living in the 9th ring of hell and my daily calls to the company that sold/installed the unit a mere 18 months ago resulted in no relief whatsoever.
I have little tolerance for heat and even less tolerance for BS, so I called up friends to see who they would recommend. Six calls resulted in six recommendations to call Jaycox. Found out a couple friends were former Jaycox employees back in the day, they said the company treats customers fairly.
I called Jaycox this morning at about 9:30am and was basking in blissfulness of icy cold air by 10:55 am. Steve R is a Rock Star! Prompt service, realistic pricing, competent and professional staff who are also genuinely friendly people. What’s not to love? ❤
Now I understand why so many people in the NW Valley hold Jaycox in such high regard. Glad to join the ranks of satisfied Jaycox customers. Would absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing honest, dependable HVAC service and repair!
