I have used them for annual check of my air conditioning system for years. This past summer before the scheduled appointment my air conditioner stopped working. They gave me some ideas to try at home until they could arrive the next morning. While they didn’t work I appreciated the suggestions. They are always prompt and have fair prices. My system is old and they never try to push me to replace it (even when it went down this summer). They are honest, prompt and reliable with fair prices. You can’t ask for more. Previous company before them always tried to talk me into doing modifications and upgrades. No such worries with Jaycox.

We have been using Jaycox Heating and Air Conditioning for several years. They are punctual, professional, and always take care of our needs. I highly recommend Jaycox if you want a company that is honest and reasonable and not out to gouge you. We will use them as long as we own our house in Arizona.

The Jaycox guys are fabulous! The experience begins by meeting the helpful sales guy to final installation. Throughout the process I always felt we were well taken care of. The guys were professional, courteous and caring. Finally, their follow up after install was terrific.

After obtaining several quotes to replace my heat-pump, I chose Jaycox with a mini-split system. Their price was more than competitive with others, and didn’t include costly add-on frills. They told me exactly what was to be done and followed through as promised. My bad eyesight made it difficult for me to initially set the control. Jaycox came to help get me. I would recommend Jaycox to others.

I had a great experience with Steve J who came out for a routine AC tune-up. He was right on time, very friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect everything thoroughly, cleaned the unit, checked all the components, and made sure everything was running efficiently.
He also explained what they were doing along the way and offered helpful tips for maintaining the system. He was able to check and get the capacitor under warranty which I really appreciate. My AC is now running smoother and quieter than before, and I feel confident it’s ready for the season.

jaycox replaced and old carrier 5 ton single speed with a new carrier 2-speed. installation went smoothly and they added a return which really helped cool the whole house. I highly recommend them

TLDR - The BEST! Just had Jaycox out for the second time since buying a home with two older heat pumps. I can't begin to express how much I appreciate the friendliness, professionalism and integrity that Jaycox has displayed. I had been putting off calling them for a noisy condenser unit outside our bedroom that has been driving us crazy for months. I was afraid that it needed a new fan, or worse, a new compressor..... heck most companies would probably try to sell me a new unit. I finally called yesterday, and Austin came out first thing this morning and I'm so glad he did. After listening to my rambling of what I had tried on my own and listening to the unit inside and in the house, he definitively told me that the refrigerant lines were too short, had some wiggle and the vibrations were causing the loud bang and humming we were hearing. I had never heard of this before and I was skeptical when he suggested turning the unit 90 degrees, adding some line set and better securing the lines at the entry hole. Austin told me to grab each of the lines coming from out two heat pumps and I could immediately feel more vibration in the lines on the noisy one. Austin then checked the compressor readings and concluded everything was running efficiently. Austin then put some thick rubber pieces around the lines where they went in the house and immediately, I could perceive a 50% or more decrease in the sound in our bedroom. I am waiting for the quote to turn the unit and extend the lines. I still can't believe that this simple (and hopefully economical) fix will literally help us sleep better. I can only imagine what other companies would have told me I needed to charge me thousands of dollars more than this will end up costing. Jaycox has a STELLAR reputation in our community and for good reason. I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Jaycox went above and beyond my expectations. I reached out to Jaycox this morning after I noticed a water stain in my kitchen ceiling. We had purchased an HVAC unit last year. I truly was not expecting them to come out today and check it out but they did. They actually came out within 2 hours of my initial call! Who does that???? Jaycox Air Conditioning does that!! This is a wonderful company to work with. They stand behind their products & services and they got the issue fixed.

Fair prices

I was fortunate enough to have my unit hold on until being replaced in the fall vs the summer months.
Pro Solutions gave me a great price and were very responsive and professional. I can’t believe this but that’s the best money I’ve spent in a long time! Let me add that I had Pro Solutions come in and clean our vents and air ducts and the difference it has made is unreal! Our house is carpeted, so while new, we thought it may have trapped alot of contaminants, but it turns out it was the ducts. Great job, and thank you!

I love this company I Used them several times and they never disappoint. Bill their tech is always honest and fair. Explaining how things work and why is his thing. I. Fact when the subject of heating and cooling comes out with my family, friends and customers I recommend this company. Always fair and honest.

My upstairs AC went out Thursday night and I turned in the claim the next day. Through my home warranty, the carrier picked another company that I had to call only to learn they couldn't come out until Monday (though a holiday). I called the carrier to find one with after hours availability and they found Pro Solutions. So glad they did!

Bill came out earlier than expected (about 4 pm) and finished replacing the fan motor within 90 min for an older AC unit without even having to leave or order one in these supply chain issue days. He was friendly and professional. He gave me the run down on his diagnosis and fix as well as some helpful tips. If I need AC service again, I'll try them first.

Update: Downstairs AC out now...lol. Went through home warranty and requested Pro Solutions. Justin was able to get here 5-6 HOURS EARLY and fixed this afternoon. He was also friendly and professional and detailed with his diagnosis and fix. I'll continue to call them first.

The team at Pro Solutions Air are the best in the business. From my first experience to my recent one, they have always been professional and respectful. I only trust Don and team with my air conditioning, heat, air filtration needs and duct cleaning. Their customer service is above and beyond. Don even answered the phone one morning at 530am and the guys have been in my attic when it was 110+ outside on a Saturday night for hours never complaining.
We have been doing business with them for a few years, including my maintenance last week which they called to remind me about and while here changed my air filtration filter because they noticed it was time. I refer everyone to them regarding their air/heat needs.
Their entire staff demonstrates customer commitment which tells me they treat everyone well including their team.

Pro Solutions installed my system 7 years ago. They offer a 10 year warranty, and free annual maintenance when you install a system with them, which is wonderful. Just had my very first glitch with the system after 7 years. In Arizona, that's amazing. They came out quickly the next day, in fact they were 1 hour early. They worked hard to find the issue and had me up and running again within an hour or so. Very nice tech who explained the problem and solution. I had to pay labor, but no parts. Great service and highly recommend!
