I’ve worked with Pro Solutions Air for just over a year as a property manager handling multiple homes across the Valley (Surprise to Maricopa). They’ve saved more than one booking for me and have never once let me down.

Every time I call, they remember me and make me feel like I’m their only client. Their pricing is fair, their work is excellent, and they always show up ready to help - even after hours. That level of service is almost impossible to find these days.

Special thanks to Technician Kevin - he’s handled one of my toughest calls with absolute professionalism and kindness. Just tonight, I mistakenly told him there was only one AC unit to service in Maricopa when there were actually two. He didn’t complain, didn’t rush, and never made me feel like I was keeping him from his own family after hours. That says it all.
Bottom line: If you need reliable, honest, and responsive AC service in Arizona, Pro Solutions Air should be your only call.

Brandon from Pro Solutions installed 3 new internet thermostats for us today. Earlier this year they installed a new forced air system. Both times it was a pleasurable experience. Great communication, experienced, friendly technicians. I highly recommend Pro Solutions Air.

Great service!! I’ve used Baker Heating and Cooling in the past and when our A/C stopped working today, I called to make an appt. They came out within the hour and fixed it right away. They have a customer for life.

Ken was professional, polite and friendly. I felt he is trustworthy and didn’t try to just sell me stuff that wasn’t necessary. He also took time to answer my questions and explain things to me and even took video of my unit to show me what he was doing. I would recommend you give him a call

Highly recommend. Our AC quit overnight and out warranty company couldn't send anyone before Monday even though we live in AZ and temps are 110+. Had received a flyer from Baker so gave them a call. They gave me an appointment for a couple hours later the same day. The gentleman identified the problem right away. He had the part in his truck and solved our problem in under 15 minutes. Very happy.

My repairman, Ken, was amazing. He knew what the problem was and fixed it right after he told me. He was very honest, too. The repair was same day service at a reasonable rate. I will definitely call them again if I need to.

our Air went out the day before Labor Day weekend, we called Baker hoping we could get something to get us through the weekend. Ken came out pretty quickly and discovered that our 20 year old unit was gone. He assured us we could get a new unit in two days, and it was installed on Labor Day. We had the extra air filter unit added and it seems to make house fresher. I would recommend Baker heating and air conditioning.

It's especially nice to be able to work with the owner directly. Ken was responsive, fast and very professional. I felt he always made suggestions and acted in our best interest versus just trying to sell us more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Ken from Baker Heating & Cooling arrived within the time parameters of the appointment, texting me when he was on his way. He couldn't finish the A/C inspection due to the previous vendor putting a lock on the refrigerant access. Two days later as promised, Ken was back with a key for the lock, serviced the A/C & checked the temps coming from the vents. Ken was courteous, professional & fastidious. I was very pleased with the service & signed a 3 yr service agreement. He's the best! Thanks Ken.

Baker Heating and Cooling recently installed a new AC unit at our home and did an excellent job. Ken and his team are always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and professional experience.

Ken Baker at Baker Heating was able to help us very quickly when our AC went out last summer. He was able to quickly determine where the problem was and offer several price options for us. The repair went well and we decieded to take a service plan with them. I was surprised when I received a call in December for a check-up. It was nice to have a company stay on top of their commitment to us. I recommend Baker heating and cooling.

Ken came to our rescue 2 years ago when AC quit. It was late on a Saturday and we felt terrible pulling him from his family. He continued to help us bandaid the old unit until we could no longer wait to replace. We purchased through Baker and although our new unit is just over 18 months, it quit last night. Ken came to our rescue again...on the weekend. Dependable and knows his stuff! Very appreciative!!

Our AC went out Sunday afternoon. We called Ken, being a new client, we thought Monday the earliest. Nope! Ken was at our door just over 2 hours later!
He replaced a fan motor on our AC and we signed up for the 1 year contract.
The next day our AC went out again. Ken was there within 2 hours, seen a bad wire (or at least that's my recollection) and replaced it. Ken didn't charge me a dime on that second visit! That's awesome!
Ken's customer service is exactly what you want in an AC guy. Actually, you want this in any service, but with AZ heat and a broken AC, you really need Ken Baker's awesome Cooling Skills!

I am sure that there are a number of excellent A/C service operations out there however WE need to look no further. Baker Heating and Cooling has checked all of the boxes following completion of work on a very hot yesterday.

Among the many positives I could say about Baker H&C, of particular note was their obvious operational efficiency. Easy appointments on their ap, strong coordination between Corina in the office and Ken in the field, obvious care for their customers and quality of work. Communication was top notch. Response better than expected. Honesty was without question. Baker Heating and Cooling is a keeper!
