I’ve used this company for yearly tuneups. The AC unit is 4 yrs old and already went out. I hired a different company for the repairs and when I told them about the yearly tuneups I’ve done, the most recent being in May/June of this year, they said my AC unit looks like it’s never been serviced.

Baker Heating and Cooling is the only contractor for any home service I have ever had 100% complete trust in performing services. Ken Baker absolutely delivers on commitments every time. My most recent opportunity was with an AC unit recently installed that had a capacitor fail. Ken was onsite same day ( actually within 3 hours), diagnosed the issue, replaced the component and service was restored. I recommend his company enthusiastically and without any reservation at all. He take pride in his company and his record of customer service and that pride is well deserved.

Was very satisfied with Baker Heating & Cooling. Ken took the time to go over the options for a new AC making our decision an easy one. The installation was scheduled and completed efficiently. We presently have an annual service agreement with them.

Prompt, affordable & honest service. Excellent customer service, too. As the 2nd owner, since December ‘21, we inherited original, outdated AC and furnace systems. In December ‘22, we went with energy efficient heat pumps.

We just had our downstairs original 3rd mini-split unit go out. Ken came out two days ago and determined it was the motor. He suggested a more efficient heat pump. Today, 7/13, new heat pump was installed and is working great in my mother-in-law’s room.

Ken came out as promised & went right to work. Baker managed to schedule my service on a hot AZ summer day when they were very busy. Found that I was low on refrigerant & he gave me several options. No strong sales pressure. Fixed it quickly & professionally.

AC unit stopped running and control box indicated service needed. Called an Ken Baker, he was out in a couple of hours. Issue identified and quickly resolved.

A fair price was negotiated. Baker's crew did a great job installing two complete HVAC systems and electronic air filters. Ken (the owner) came and inspected the job after completion. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company for your A/C needs.

Ken was very responsive and earlier than originally estimated. Reasonably priced and repairs were done within 15-20 minutes! We were very stressed to have no a/c on a 114 degree summer day! He was our savior, much appreciated Ken!

We found Ken last year when we needed service for our A/C system which was leaking. He did a great job of getting the system working properly again and we subsequently signed up for a 5 year yearly maintenance contract. He just finished our yearly service and did another great job. Highly recommend for sure.

Ken and his team have always been great. When our old AC finally gave out he worked as hard and fast as possible to get us a new one (based on the shortage). Since then we have had a couple minor issues and he came right out. Also they do great on being proactive to schedule us for our yearly maintenance appointments.

It's July in Arizona. Our AC quit working. We reached out to Baker Heating and Cooling. Because it was around 4 PM on a Saturday afternoon, and 115° when I called their office, I was pleasantly surprised they answered so quickly. They arrived at our house about 7 PM, came in, asked a few questions, and then immediately went to the source of the problem. Quoted me what I considered to be a reasonable price, got right to work repairing the AC, and they were done by 7:30. No nonsense, responsive and they know their business. They will definitely be our "go to" for future AC repairs.

I have been a customer of Ken Baker for at least 9 years. At least that's when he installed 2 new Trane units, air scrubbers and all new metal duct work, so it's probably more like 12 years because we had numerous issues with the original AC units that came with our new build in 2008. After being disappointed with 3 "big name" AC companies with our original AC units, we found Ken and been a customer since. I enjoy Ken's professional service, fair pricing, shows up when he is supposed to and doesn't use "high pressure" sales techniques like other companies.

We woke up without any AC and we are new to the area so we didn’t know who to call. Looking at all of the different businesses, this one caught our eye. They were local, been in the business for over 15 years and had great reviews so we decided to give them a call! They were extremely friendly and to the point. They scheduled us for same day service! Mr. Baker came out and immediately knew what was wrong and was very upfront and honest, letting us know what the price of the part was and had it fixed in minutes. If you sign up to get your heating and cooling for yearly maintenance, you get 15% off! That helped us tremendously with this bill and he was so nice that he didn’t charge us for the $89 fee, he just charged us for the actual part and made the whole transaction fast, easy and a lot less painless than we thought it was going to be! Our dog was so happy to get our AC back again in a matter of a few minutes! He was here for no more than 15 minutes, how great is that!! Thank you so much Mr. Baker! I would recommend this company to everyone! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!

Ken was fantastic. Got all my stuff all sorted. My AC is looking good. We are gonna have a cool summer Brad Hutton sons knows what they are doing. Y’all need to use them for your AC stuff.
