This was my first time using GCHS and I don't normally leave reviews, but the professionalism, quality of workmanship, efficiency, communication, and management engagement, blew me away. The service technician reached out the day before, showed up on time, communicated what my issue was, gave me some options, ordered parts, and then completed the water heater replacement for my daughter's condo the same day. Tyler was professionally dressed and got right to work. I felt very comfortable to have him working on our home. I had some questions regarding the process of my repair and Linda, the office manager, and then the owner called me back. Wow! Both so professional, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. After the repair, Tyler communicated to me what was done and ASKED if I was satisfied. I received a text from Linda the next day following up to see how our water heater was working. Great communication from all, great work from Tyler, and engaged owners and management, I'm taken back. That is not the norm nowadays. Thank you GCHS

Our gas fireplace was making a lot of black soot due to the fake logs being moved, so we scheduled a fireplace cleaning. Our service technician, Todd, was very polite had boot coverings, and asked if we'd prefer he wear a mask. He took extra precaution to make sure and cover the surrounding area so that soot didn't make a mess when he took the cover off, as the glass was completely covered in soot. He worked diligently while I went back to my office to work, and let me know everything he did when he was done. I was very pleased with their on-time service and our fireplace looks new again. It's hard to believe it's the same fireplace. I would definitely recommend them for fireplace cleaning services.

I spoke with Brandon about getting some insulation added to my new house. He came by the same week to do an evaluation and write up a quote. He sat and talked with my wife about different questions, explained pricing, etc. We had previously gotten a quote from someone else who was a little cheaper, but Brandon explained that that wouldn't have even covered the minimum requirements for insulation. When it came time for the service, my wife said everything went great. The guys were nice and were very quick. They even took some pictures to show their progress and what it looked like at the end :)

Grand Canyon Home services is awesome. I was referred to them by my neighbor who had used Grand Canyon HS before. I used there services for my HVAC. Tyler my service technician is very professional, neat appearance, respectful, trustworthy. Tyler answered all my questions. The inspection, cleaning and testing of the HVAC for my house was thorough. Tyler sat down with me after the post inspection. He showed me all the photos he took of my HVAC. Explained how they looked. He explained all the test numbers and what they ment. All in all I am very satisfied with Grand Canyon Home Services. I highly recommend them 5 stars.

We had a problem with our AC unit. I called Grand Canyon Homes Services and they sent out a technician that afternoon. We had Tyler Mcluen out to look at the unit. He said the coils needed to be replaced. He called his rep who called around and located some coils. Tyler came out a week later and replaced our coils. He was informative and explained everything to us. We would highly recommend him to our friends and family.

I had Grand Canyon home services service both the house I live in in my rental. Todd and Tyler were great. I need a refrigerant in my rental house and Tyler was very good at explaining why and showing me what would happen by adding it or not adding it

This is definitely the place to go for ALL of your home maintenance and repairs. From the ladies in the office doing the scheduling, to Brandon, Tyler, Javier, and Ruben, they are all amazing, kind, and courteous individuals. They are also very neat and if a mess is made, they clean it completely....you don't even no that they were there. I also appreciate the time and patience they offer to explain things to you.
I would recommend them 100 times over.

Tyler was great today during my maintenance service. I was working and he discreetly worked in the background and was very polite. All around I’ve had a great experience with this company from having my new AC installed 4 years ago until now with all my regular maintenance. They are easy to schedule with as they just text me and Cheri and Linda are always so helpful. Every service I’ve had the workers are polite and great with my dogs as an added bonus. Couldn’t recommend Grand Canyon enough!
