Martin was professional and efficient and stuck to his word all the way around when our unit needed repair. After our previous HVAC person retired, we were bummed because it's hard to find anyone trustworthy these days. We're SO thankful we found Martin @ Bohen. Thanks, Martin!

Martin responded promptly and was very detailed in his inspection of our entire AC system. He was very informative about what our system was doing and what it needed. He found a part that was faulty and both units low on Freon. He also provided some guidance on the proper thermostat settings for our type of units. We will continue to use Bohen air.

Martin was amazing, honestly. He arrived to our home within 30 minutes of calling and he was here for almost two hours! When he replaced our coils and realized the unit seemed to be working harder than it should, he continued to go above and beyond to find and fix the issue! It is anxiety inducing to have kids and pets in a house getting hotter by the minute, especially in this relentless Arizona summer. We are so grateful to Bohen Air and recommend 1000x over!

He has been out to our home twice this year. Once in early Augsut to fix a bad compressor and again this week to assess what is going wrong with our failing upstairs unit.

Martin did an amazing job checking out our A/C unit. I had previously had the unit installed, 7 years ago, and had always been suspect about the workmanship. Not only did Martin confirm this, he communicated the issues and showed photos he had taken of the concerns I completely trust Martin and am confident in our plan to make everything much more efficient. I would recommend Bohen A/C to anyone!

Martin came out and fixed my two year old outdoor unit very quickly. He also performed a full system inspection and fixed a few issues from the original install preformed by another company that could have become a problem in the future.

The next day service we received was extremely prompt. Martin was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will be calling him for any future issues I come across with my HVAC system!

One evening we noticed the house was warmer than it should be, and the air coming out of the vents wasn’t cold. We called Bohen Air Heating and Cooling early the next morning, Martin was at our house within a couple hours. The capacitor was bad, he replaced it and had us up and running in no time. We wouldn’t hesitate to call on their services again, they were fair, honest, and courteous. Highly recommend!!

Martin at Bohen was fantastic. My AC broke down while I was out and about. When I got home at 8pm I was still sweating, which is when I realized it was 85 degrees in my house! Called Martin and he came out the following morning. In fact, he was an hour early which was fantastic. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He even gave me some tips to help extend the life of my AC. Awesome guy, super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Bohen Air did a great job. Reliable and honest for sure. After diagnosing my AC system Martin found a few issues and some being with the original installation which I had also seen some of it myself since seeing it first hand before calling Bohen Air. One of the main things Martin found is that my compressor was not working completely as it should. We decided after getting a quote for replacement of compressor and some other parts and for some duct insulation work that I clearly also seen needed fixed we decided to go with Bohen Air. He did a great job and now I must say my system is working as expected and was bringing the inside temperature down even in 109° weather as it should which is was struggling before the repair. I’d highly recommend Bohen Air.
