I'm just writing this review because I'm really happy with the work that Stephen and his company did. The old AC unit in my house was in bad shape and I had to make some tough, expensive decisions. Stephen spent a lot of time on the phone with me weighing the options. He never pressured me or seemed bothered by my many questions.

In the end, I have a new system in place and it's working well. The price was fair and the installation happened without any problems.

I'll recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, which came highly recommended by a neighbor. Stephen is knowledgeable and straightforward, as well as personable. He arrived early, told me exactly what he was going to do and then did it. He reattached a condensation pipe, checked my AC unit and made a recommendation for future maintenance. There was no attempt to upsell, no hard sell. Prices are reasonable. Jessica in the office is equally personable. 10/10 recommend!

Highly recommend! Steve and his crew were excellent. I received bids from multiple people and Greenwood Air had the best price, responsiveness, and customer service. We had 3 A/C units installed, and he completed the work in one day. Additionally, he was the most knowledgeable and helpful on recommending units that offer tax credits. PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST
We were unsure of the age of our AC unit and wanted to have it checked and maintained. After checking on our local Cortessa FB page for recommendations we found Greenwood Air and decided to call them.
Steven was a pleasure to meet. His professionalism and efficiency are remarkable. He was very transparent with what he found and saved us LITERALLY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

Stephen is such an amazing individual. Our unit finally gave out on us and he came out as soon as he could to take a look and tried troubleshooting to see if he can save it. Of course we needed to get a new unit asap due to the temps rising quickly and he gave us a great quote as well as getting his team out to install quickly and efficiently. I am now writing this in my cool house on a 105 degree day and am beyond grateful. Great company, great service, great conversation, great person!

These guys did great work and we're very willing to work with me regarding what I wanted done. They weren't pushy at all and we're flexible timewise with my schedule. Knocked it out in 2 days and helped me get a good price on everything too. I think you'll be hard pressed to find a better price and team in the valley. Definitely will continue to recommend them around town!

We highly recommend this HVAC company. If you want reputable, honest service, this is the company to use. Stephen came out thinking he would need to replace a pan, and instead found it to be intact. He only charged us a very small fee. He saved us hundreds of dollars! It is such a breath of fresh air to have found an honest company.

Greenwood Air is outstanding! Stephen is friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Our AC stopped working yesterday and he was out within hours to fix it. He previously helped us with some upgrade work on our system and charged hundreds less than what another company quoted. Integrity, responsiveness, and courtesy ... can't beat it!

Amazing Experience! HIGHLY recommend! AC went out Tuesday. I called and Stephen was there within 30 minutes. Figured out the issue in five minutes. Got the part next day and he was back to install. The whole process took less then 24 hours. He told me I could have gotten a non OEM fan motor and saved hundreds but he doesn't install those because of potential issues. I appreciate the honesty and being upfront. Great family man! Thanks Stephen!
