Frederick Deal was a gem, he came out after dark and really left no stone unturned! He fully went through my system, shared pictures and explained everything to me clearly. He even taught my old dog a new trick! Thank you Canyon State for sending out Frederick, please send him back everytime!

Our service tech, Frederick Deal, did a great job. He came out the same day that I called, even working late into the evening, to find and clear out our clogged condensate drain lines and figure out why the shutoff hadn't activated. He even came up with a clever ladder technique to make it easier to get into our difficult-to-access attic. He was friendly and professional, listening to the history of our units, asking questions, explaining what he had seen and done (with pictures and video), and giving excellent recommendations for the future.

Today we had our Bradford White heat pump water heater installed by Sergio Hurtado and Garrett Nelson. Sergio and Garrett arrived on time and ready to install; they wasted no time and got down to business.
They worked very efficiently and professionally. They divided the work and assisted each other when the task required two team members.
I am very happy with the entire process; from quote to installation Canyon State kept me informed with updates and arrival times. Sergio and Garrett did an excellent job, this reflects credit upon themselves and Canyon State.

Frederick at Canyon State did my annual maintenance today and did an amazing job! He did a great job of explaining to me everything and showed me pictures of the inside of my furnace. I feel like I'm in great hands with Frederick helping me out. Thank you so much!

I pay for Canyon State's regular inspection/service program. Two techs come every six months to inspect my AC system and make sure it is running, and will continue to do so, at peak performance. I get a full report with pictures to confirm that any work they claim to have done had actually been performed. They do their best to save me money when extra work or a new part is required, and I get a fair estimate of the likely future life of failing parts so I can decide if they need to do a replacement immediately or if it can wait for the next inspection. They are always polite, helpful, neat, clean, and reliable. This time Frederick Deal completed the visit along with Hayden. I appreciate both of them and their help in keeping my AC running and my home comfortable.

Frederick was extremely professional. He went out of his way to make sure things were working properly, and recommended a service that should be done that we weren’t aware of. He took extra time to explain things and make sure we understood what he was doing. It was a really great service visit.

Canyon State did a fantastic job on replacing our air conditioner! From Ammin who provided service and Ryan who helped us select the best model for our needs to Antonio and Dominic who installed the unit, everyone was very professional, efficient and they are reasonably priced. The best thing is that they had a very reasonable maintenance plan that we used when we had our older unit, where other companies would have charged much higher fees. It’s why we went with Canyon State for the new unit.

Lorenzo explained everything during our sales visit, and it was easy to get the process started. The technicians were very polite and kept us informed on the progress of the installation, explained how to use new thermostat and everything was left clean. I would recommend them.

We were having a problem with our Heat pump unit and were not sure what the problem was, thermostat or the unit. Joshua checked it our and found that the thermostat was reacting intermittently to a programmed schedule so he deleted the schedule and got the thermostat system functional again. He then checked the heat pump unit and found that it was malfunctioning due to over pressure situation with the compressor. He contacted Kyle to confirm corrective action and the two of them resolved the issue and the unit is now functioning satisfactorily. Thanks guys. we really appreciate what you did.

Joshua Carlon came out this morning "New Year's Eve" to do a maintenance inspection of my furnace. He was friendly, polite and efficient. Even helped me get my thermostat app figured out. I have had good luck this Canyon State and all their technicians over two houses and many years of installs and service.

They used to be good but we're recently acquired by a large national company. They sent a sales rep out with the tech and said I needed $6k-$8k of repairs and suggested a $250/month maintenance plan. My unit is 4 years old and under a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I switched to a different company.

We have been customers of Canyon State for years. They have great customer service. Jesus Olivares did a great job on our HVAC maintenance. We highly recommend him.

The service technician (Fredrick Deal) was very likable and did a great job. He explained exactly what he did and some issues that he found and fixed under warranty. He also gave me some good advice on switching to a different air filter for the A/C that will be beneficial in keeping our A/C running more efficiently.

Jesus Benitez-Felix was very polite, thorough, and answered my questions when making the sale of an upgraded unit, replacing my 28yr old relic which served me well.
Antonio Dear is wonderful. Very polite, knowledgeable and hard working with the install. He gave me updates and answered my questions. Always pleasant!
Together after the installation, walked me through all that they did as well as going over the new thermostat and what to expect.

I engaged Canyon States HVAC for plumbing issues and was visited by Victor who viewed those issues and explained the various solutions. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Victor performed all the necessary repairs in a timely manner. I will continue to use Canyon States in the future.

We had a water leak under our sidewalk and Canyon State's employees; Andrew Zacek and Victor Reyes worked tirelessly, breaking through 4 inches of concrete and then digging down through 2 feet of mud to find the leak and fix it. We are truly thankful for their skills and work ethic in fixing this challenging water leak.
