Two technicians came to check thermostat. Jesus Felix and Frederick Deal. Both men were very polite and knowledgeable and solved our problem quickly. They were both on time as scheduled. They represented Canyon State very well as we have found all the people in your company to be as we have been dealing with you for the past 8 years. Melody also did a great job on the phone scheduling our service call.

The guys were super friendly and polite. The answered all of my technical questions and provided me with quotes for future work I am considering. They displaced a high level of competency and worked in a professional manner. I would hire both.

Frederick came to my house 3x in 1 week. Now, the 1st time was an emergency, I had no air conditioning, my thermostat was black/blank it was at 8pm he came fast and he addressed my issue and got me cooling, (the fee was small) Tuesday night again late at night similar issue happened. Frederick again pulled the short straw and he was sent out after hours again.....He explained the situation and he got me cooling once again. Today he came back out to finish the job, due to it being late last night he was at least able to get me comfortable for bed. Today he fully fixed the issue, showed me pictures and videos and answered all my question. Super happy with the speedy service and really appreciate Frederick for coming out and doing his best no matter what time of day it was and even tho he was limited with resources at night he followed thru and got it right today💪

4 days ago, Mike from Canyon State A/C came for his appointment. he went through the house, checking the layout. Then we sat down and went through options. He was very professional and understanding, as we had no A/C and were living on a swamp cooler inside the house. He gave us options, and when done set up an appointment. They actually got to us soon due to a cancellation. Monday morning at 7:00, the A/C was delivered. At 8:00, Ray and Victor showed up and started right in. At About 9:30, the crane showed, seamless and smooth process, 11:00 Ray was showing me how to program the thermostat, easy. Great crew, great job, house is cool again, runs very quiet, Trane is a great unit...Many thanks Canyon Air conditioning and heating, they will be back next week for some duct work and the week after for plumbing.

Had an appointment with Mike yesterday to set up appointment for our duct upgrade and addition. Went over everything with us and scheduled for this morning. Kyle, James and Nick showed up a few minutes early, and went straight to work. I had a swamp cooler running the garage and a fan blowing cool air down to the far end of the attic where the work was. The work was very good, they cleaned up everything and were gone by 1030. Fast, courteous, and professional with a touch of humor. Many thanks!!!

Had an appointment with Canyon State Plumbing yesterday morning at 10:00, they showed early, nice, Jay and Joe got right at the issue, asked me what the issue was and what I wanted. We had 2 new shut offs and vacuum break put in, they do not attach to sprinkler manifolds. They got me right to that point, told me the part to buy, and they leaked checked the shut off's. went very smooth. Note, do not buy your own parts as they cannot warranty them. Very friendly, knowledgeable, didn't mind me nosing around and asking questions. They actually wanted me there to make sure they were doing what we wanted. This is the second visit from Canyon State, first was last week for A/C replacement, and tomorrow they are back for duct work upgrades. Many thanks again to Jay and Joe!!!

The crew arrived on time and performed my install of a Trane AC unit with professional precision. Swapping out the old unit and the install is a lot of work and and it was a hot day. No major hiccups and everything worked well. I recomment Canyon State AC for your cooling/heating needs

Technician was great on his semi-annual visit. Identified a faulty part in one of my units and because he was here doing the service, mentioned that there would be no labor charges, just the cost of the part. THEY CHARGED ME $256 FOR A $20 PART. I called, expressed my dissatisfaction and heard all the reasons why they have a 1000% markup. I am moving on to a different service provider. This is no longer a “family business”!!

We just had Kyle Stewart out from Canyon State Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing to do a routine maintenance and cleaning of our Heating System. He arrived at the time scheduled and was very professional, efficient, personable and did an overall great job cleaning and checking our furnace.

Taylor did an outstanding job of replacing our smart Trane thermostat. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Canyon State for all your HVAC needs.

Frederick came out on very short notice to help me and my grandmother in hospice care with our AC system. Incredibly detailed, got the system running up same day. $99 service fee that’s all I was charged!

I've been a customer of Canyon State since 2018. Across the years, their service techs have consistently provided top notch service, given informed and understandable answer to any/all questions and interact with respect. Today's appointment with tech Kyle Stewart continues this practice.

Kyle Stewart just completed our fall inspection. He always does a great job. He is very experienced, polite and tidy! We will definitely ask for him again!

The Service technicians Antonio Dear and Leo were very professional and helpful in going over every detail of what needed to be done to install the 2 new heating and A/C furnaces. They did an excellent job answering all the questions I had and cleaned the entire working area when the install was completed.

Lorenzo and Joshua were very informative, professional and courteous when they did the semi-yearly HVAC system maintenance. I ended up getting a new HVAC system through the Advantage program. The installers were here the next day and they were also very courteous. Thanks Canyon State.

We had a problem with one of our 3 A/C units and needed servicing on all 3. Frederick showed up on time, fixed the problem under warranty and serviced all 3 units. Great service.

Frederick Deal serviced our furnace today and was a pleasure to work with. He was polite and personable. He gave us more information about why and what he was checking than we have ever received before. A job well done.

Kyle and Ryan came to service my a/c and furnace. They were on time, respectful, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They took photos of the furnace before and after cleaning (what a huge difference!) and checked the air flow to the room at the front of the house as requested. Highly recommend their services.

Kyle Stewart was my tech and did an absolutely amazing job helping me get my thermostat set up I thought I had followed the instructions perfectly and I had but there was special things that required experience that I could not find online or the instruction Kyle did a wonderful job walking me through and getting me set up before my family got here today so we can have a cool house
