Martin did an amazing job with our furnace! He quickly determined we had a bad evaporative coil and was prompt in ordering a new one and scheduling to replace it. Martin came to our house to do a routine service on our AC unit. Checked our furnace over reprogrammed our thermostat so that AC would not come on during peak hrs due to adaptive heating mode being activated.

Stephan and Leigh did a fantastic job to fix my a/c issues. Another company quoted around $4K to address the problems that I had. But I went for a second opinion and found these two trustworthy guys. They were able to fix the issue without replacing any existing parts. I'll be their lifetime customer moving on and will also recommend to my friends in need. Their quote is very nominal and they won't add any unnecessary additional stuff to jack up the price. Thank you guys for taking care of me when I was in urgent need!

I unfortunately was assigned this awful company thru my home warranty. Our AC had been out almost a week before they could even get us scheduled. Luckily it was not super hot yet and my young toddler and infant were not over heated. When they finally did arrive, they showed up with dirty shoes, no uniform and very unprofessional. Before even fully looking at the unit they tried to pass blame on electrical and told me to call an electrician. After he did his job he did find it was not electrical and a compressor that he would need to replace. After telling my husband it can take 1 week to 1 month for this to get submitted and resolved my husband was upset and said that it cannot take a month and that he would work with the warranty company. The tech was very rude and defensive and said that is not how it worked. He said he would submit the report with the information but instead canceled the appointment without telling us what was happening. He canceled because he felt my husband being upset at a 1 month fix time in the summer of Arizona and would work with the warranty company was unreasonable. When asked why the appointment was canceled they lied and said they needed a second opinion. Thank you for being so awful and canceling our appointment, I would not want you back in my home to do any work. I do not trust this company or the awful ownership at this time. The new company has been kind, professional, understanding. Please pick any other company!

Stephen and Leigh installed a complete system for us (furnace and air). They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, clean and prompt. The install (on a Saturday) went exactly as planned with no surprises or issues and they offered multiple options to pay.

We did have a slight mechanical issue about 3 months after the install. I texted them at 8pm and they were at my door by 9pm! Leigh fixed the issue and we got back to life.

Greenwood Air came out the same day I called them and fixed my AC! They were honest and fixed my unit instead of trying to sell me a new one. They showed me exactly what the problem was and took care of it. They were on time, clean and friendly. We will use them again in the future.

Could not say enough good things about this company! We had them do a full new install in 2022, everything was great. They had us in the books within the week or so. A year later (Aug 2023) we had an issue and they came out within a couple hours and fixed it up. Super professional and trustworthy! Thank you guys for everything!

I had a great experience with Greenwood Air. It was awesome to be treated like a human and not just a paying customer. I never felt like I was getting something I didn't need and it was much cheaper than a couple of more well known brands I shopped. Great experience, I will be a customer for life.

I would highly recommend Greenwood Air! I primarily worked with Stephen. I had a difficult time with my warranty company but Stephen made sure the job got done once everything was ready to go. He always stayed in touch and always answered my phone calls on the 1st ring. Never did I feel like I was bothering him or his staff. They made me feel like my situation was priority in their books! Stephen and Leigh were professional, attentive, caring and helpful right from the first phone call to them. They traveled a long distance to our Payson property and showed great skill as they negotiated their way through multiple serious problems. They even took the time to help us with things that were Well outside the scope of the service call. They charged a fair price for their services. In short - the best home repair we have ever experienced.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I was super paranoid that whoever my home warranty sent was going to be a nightmare and a horrific, costly, time consuming ordeal. How wrong I was!
Stephen communicated well and kept me updated about his ETA. Once on site, he got right to work on the unit to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. I echo all the 5-star reviews - Stephen was wonderful. He showed up within hours of when I called, clearly explained everything that needed to be done and had my mom's old, antiquated A/C unit running within no time. He very easily could have tried to sell me on a new unit but respected my request to get the old unit working for the time being. I will definitely give him a call when I'm ready to replace the A/C system come fall.

I have been using HvAC companies for almost 40years. Greenwood Air specially Stephen have been exceptional. We have worked with them exclusively last 4 years and I find Stephen very knowledgeable, honest, transparent and professional.
They as in Greenwood/ Stephen are our go to and exclusive HvAC contractors for our multi tenant commercial properties.

My wife is 37 weeks pregnant and we have two toddlers at home. My home warranty couldn’t send anyone out until Monday morning to fix our AC, which stopped cooling Saturday night. I called 15 companies and this was the only one willing to come out ASAP and at least try to work with my warranty.

I am so thankful for these guys! They responded to my need right away, went above and beyond, and treated us like family. Thank you so very much!

The warranty company hired this company to repair our AC. The bearings in the motor were destroyed and the technician, Stephen, was notified. This company replaced the capacitor(a 10 minute easy fix) and told us the motor didn’t need to be replaced. He was dead wrong. He took our deductible money and refused to come finish the repair without putting in a new order and paying more deductible money. We hired a competent company instead, and got a new motor installed. Now it’s good as new. I do not recommend this company at all.
