In 2021 we had this company installed two brand new air conditioners. We got quotes from over 13 different companies but chose to go with Grand canyon based on their customer service. It is now 2025 we've had warranty repairs done on our air conditioning unit and we've been treated exceptionally well. Most companies would take warranty services and put them on the back burner because of text being out and not getting paid as well as other services but Grand canyon does not do that. We thank you Grand canyon for all the wonderful things you've done for us

This company is top notch. Our technician, Tyler, was professional, courteous, and pleasant. He kept us informed throughout the A/C repair and was so knowledgeable about his work. He gave us repair choices with a thorough explanation of each. Grand Canyon was the only company I called to offer service that day (I called 2 others who could not help and it was 113 degrees outside) and the only one we will work with in the future!

We were fortunate to have a great technician, Tyler Mcluen, trouble shoot our HVAC blower motor issues.
The first company that came out said they couldn't get the needed parts and offered no alternative solutions. So, my wife and I decided to reach out to a premier Lennox dealer, Grand Canyon Home Services.
Grand Canyons Technician, Tyler Mcluen confirmed the blower motor was the issue.
Tyler immediately said he could get our unit back running with a temporary solution, using a interim motor until the OEM motor arrived. Having a technician with a "Can Do" attitude was refredhing and reassuruing.
We own a 100 Gal aqaurium with thousands of dollars invested.
Having the interim solution that Tyler provided allowed us to keep the aquarium and house cool enough to save all of the fish in the aquarium until the new unit arrived !
Thank you again for a job well done!

Tyler and Jesus came today to do an AC maintenance check since the weather is warming up. They were very thorough and explained everything to me and showed me photos of their findings, which was very helpful. Thank you for getting my system all spruced up and ready for our AZ spring and summer!

Brandon came to my home to give me a quote on duct sealing as I already had obtained one from a different company. Brandon listened to what I described regarding the large temperature fluctuation between the thermostat setting and different rooms in my home which two average about 6-7 degrees hotter. Brandon inspected the AC unit on the roof, inspected all components in the attic, the insulation, and the air return. Brandon explained that the problem was not that my ductwork needing to be sealed, but that the entire system, ductwork and return included, was undersized for my home and there wasn’t enough airflow. I’m a math girl and I totally understood CFM’s and how each component’s size played into the equation and why my home was hotter in some areas. Brandon not only took the time to find the real reason why my house is hotter in some area’s than others but was really clear in explaining everything, drawing diagrams, offering solutions and honest feedback as to why cleaning and sealing my ductwork and adding insulation was not going to fix my problem and I would still have a warm house in the summer. The solution and ultimate fix that Brandon came up with was actually very similar in cost compared to the first duct cleaning and duct sealing quote I received. Brandon’s fix will accommodate the correct sized AC unit for my home, not the undersized unit currently installed on my home and hot areas will no longer be an issue. I highly recommend Brandon and Grand Canyon Home Services.

Grand Canyon Home Services is outstanding in all aspects. I begin with my first point of contact when I called the office, Emma Neill, Install Coordinator. She answered the phone with a genial confidence. As I continued business with this company, I found that she was expedient and seamlessly coordinated with me and the other service team members.
Emma set the appointment for Brandon Neill, Project Manager, to meet me at my home. I found Brandon to be a sharp, attentive and a skilled listener. I explained the concerns had with the installation of the system and the concerns I have with the actual installer of the HVAC system. There was conflict between their words, depending on who I speak with, and also their conflicting actions. Basically, I lost trust in them.
Brandon inspected the furnace and ductwork in the attic, and the condenser outside. He then discussed his findings, which included another very significant issue of which I was unaware. Along with the photos he had taken, Brandon clearly explained his findings in a concise and discerning manner. He answered all my questions directly making for a lucid conversation. He then provided the solution to each of the issues. All of which I recognized as very proper solutions.
The morning the work was to be done was when I met Wade Bettles, Lead Installer. In addition to being friendly, Wade has a has a great quality about him, one of focus and working with thoroughness. Brandon showed him what needed to be done and quite simply it was done, thoroughly.
I am very pleased with this family-owned business and only wish that I had found them earlier -
Mike came out to service our HVAC unit and did a wonderful job. He was efficient, transparent, and honest. I highly recommend him. We need this company to come back in a couple of months to service the AC and I will ask for him again.

Way over charged me for a capacitor replacement. Knew I was in Colorado (snowbird), so charged me $1,264 to replace the capacitor. Wasn't much I could do after he was already on site. I now have an honest company on a service contract so that won't happen again. The company I use now would have charged appox $200 (without the service contract) for the same work. It was not an emergency trip that would have required extra charge. When I asked him why so much, he said you are paying for my expertise. He was at the house for just over an hour. Be careful.
Update - GCHS called me. After talking to them I decided I really need to help others undestand that there are major issues with this company. Core problem is the Invoice does not break out the work as parts, labor etc. It is just one line item for $1264. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG when a company does not break out their invoice (I've attached the invoice). GCHS agrees they replaced the capacitor and connector and that they were there for appox one hour. So let's see if we can recreate the invoice with details. They installed a JARD 17425 connector (current price on Amazon is $33) and a MARS 14255 capacitor (current price on Amazon is $34). We know companies increase the price of parts, so lets double it = $134. Maybe just Roud to $200 to be on the safe side. So $1264 (invoice) minus 200 for parts = $1064. GCHS could not tell me where the $1064 went. The only thing left is labor. So they charged me $1064 for 1 hour of Labor. GCHS could not explain this amount. I was in Colorado and could not see the invoice until after I paid. I only used this company because my house watcher told me to contact them. CAUTION - Don't use companies that don't itemize an invoice. The current company I use is very honest. I though most companies were, but apparently not.
I hope this saves someone else from a similar experience. -
Tyler and Jesus were here to perform my semi-annual inspection and tune up for Furnace and Air Conditioner and did a great job. They let me know when they would arrive, they arrived on time, and they were quick and informative. They showed me pictures of the important details including test equipment readings. We initially chose Grand Canyon Home Services because they were willing to do the semi-annual work on my new build home (many of the heat & a/c companies refused because the unit wasn't old enough), we stay with them because the technicians (like Tyler and Jesus) are honest and knowledgeable.

Grand Canyon Home Service was called to my home to repair my fireplace. Mike & Todd were the repair men that arrived & went above & beyond to help fix my fireplace in a professional manner. Both were very knowledgeable, friendly & on time. I would highly recommend this company & these two service technicians to help resolve your problems for plumbing, heating & air conditioning, fireplace & multiple other services. They won't disappoint. I felt their charges for their services were reasonable & fair.

Today, I had Grand Canyon Home Services perform a real estate inspection on a home I am purchasing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Todd was thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He carefully inspected the AC unit, furnace, mini split, electrical components, and so many other aspects of the home, leaving no detail overlooked.
What sets Grand Canyon Home Services apart is consistency. Every time their technicians come to my home, they do an incredible job. Professional, courteous, and extremely skilled. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. And they’re family owned! 28 years!
I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Canyon Home Services for anyone looking for top-notch home inspection or service work. They are reliable, thorough, and simply the best in the business. -
A few weeks ago I was out of town dealing with some personal issues and was in a very bad place in my mind. I wrote a negative review for this company that was not deserved. My AC unit stopped working and my daughter was home alone and very hot. This company was to only company willing to come and resolve my issue the same day.
