I’ve had Ken Baker taking care of our AC needs since my unit failed in 2017. He’s always available, responsive, and most important to me, upfront and honest. We rarely call our AC guy to let him know we’re having a good day. So it’s important to have someone you trust. Glad to say I trust Ken Baker.

Ken and Kyle were prompt and very professional. I was having a AC worked on and within 10 mins the diagnosed as being the accumulator. While my two story house has three AC controllers they explained the system thoroughly and answered my questions happily. They even scheduled a follow up visit to make sure some discoloration was either dirt or oil, turned out to be dirt. There was no hard upsell for a whole new system but when asked Ken did provide a useful amount of information for a brand new system. When I am looking to replace my entire system I will definitely be calling and scheduling again. Thanks guys.

Ken was wonderful! Professional and knowledgeable, he guided us through purchasing our first AC unit after the original one at our home broke.

Came home and house was warm, called Bradford Heating and cooling. Unfortunately weren’t able to get out till Monday, then Ken called and asked what was going on, told him said he would be right out, Ken and Kyle came and diagnosed the issue and took care of us right away! Ken has been great to work with. We first contacted him for our maintenance service of our 20+ year old system. When the time came he made the process of purchasing and installing a new HVAC system seamless. Installers were on time, polite, clean and efficient.

Our AC went out in the am and the owner came out in the pm and got it up and running temporarily. We ended up getting a new system from them because ours was breaking down frequently. I should have replaced it a year ago and would have saved the $1000 Parker and Sons charged me. Within 3 days we had a whole new system which is far more efficient. It also comes with a warranty. Prices were fair and I do like that no matter when you call they have someone answering. I really like that they are local family run....nice to support the small businesses.

Fantastic as always! This time we got a AC/ heater in the garage so we can work out there year round refinishing furniture! From the initial call and complete specs , to price ( reasonable , and a tax credit to boot) , to the install - they took time to show how the remote works and boy it really heats and cool’s quickly! Always on time, neat and efficient- and Corina always calls after to make sure service was top notch -which they always are .

I have used Grand Canyon Home Services three times now and am very pleased with them. Just recently we had them come out for our AC maintenance again and they did a GREAT job. Scheduling was very easy and the serviceman was on-site as scheduled for my winter service. The repairman, Matt, was professional and thorough. He changed my filter, climbed in the crawl space/ attic serviced the equipment, took pictures of the condition and showed them to me. He attached them to my file and wrote notes to review at the next seasonal service. He took care of the air handler equipment outside. Before he left, he explained everything clearly to me. A year and one month ago I had Grand Canyon come out to fix a faulty water heater. A year and a month later same problem occurs broken and I’m told nothing is covered under parts warranty and pony up either $1100 or $2300 for a new one. I asked if they could help with the repair cost as I just paid over $1000 last time and in a year the same thing broke and they said they would call back and never did. Also was told I was only going to get charged $60 for someone to come out got charged $150 and said it was for their time. What a joke never again stay clear beware super overpriced as well

We had the honor of working with Brandon and I will never go through another company again. Brandon was diligent, respectful, and very knowledgeable.

Crazy story: there was a family of wild rabbits who made a home under one of our units. Brandon noticed and he saved the family. I believe he even nurtured one of the babies back to good health. I don’t know where he got the rabbits milk from but like he said “If there is a will, there is a way”. Brandon helped us name the runt, we went with Harry… because he is a hare and it goes nicely with my last name.

2nd time using grand canyon home services for my HVAC needs. Everything went smoothly from scheduling to diagnostics to quotes and work completed. Easy, prompt communication with the whole team. Brandon sent over options to choose from and explained each one throughly, including optional upgrades to help system run more efficiently.
