Kyle is the BEST! He came out on Sunday of Labor Day weekend when our AC started making a strange noise. We were afraid that it would die on the holiday weekend when it was 110 degrees out. After calling numerous companies that were closed until Tuesday, Kyle came out and found our pan was not draining properly either, and fixed that too! He was so polite and efficient. We will keep him as our #1 person for AC service or new install when we upgrade! Definitely recommend.

Everything about this company is great. My AC stopped working after hours. I received an immediate call back, service on site within 30 minutes, and cool air soon after. Prices are extremely reasonable and everyone I had contact with was friendly. After dealing with several other AC companies the past five years, I can honestly say this was the best.

Our AC went out in the heat of July. We called KNE Heating & Cooling, they came right over and fixed our unit. Very friendly and professional and I will recommend them to everyone. The response time was VERY appreciated!!!

This company hands down is my best experience of dealing with any HVAC company. I came home to find my AC had stopped working. The owner was at my house within a couple of hours. There was a challenge to get a part he needed to completely fix it and he went above and beyond to get my unit fixed quickly. Our AC unit suddenly started blowing hot air, and I’m so glad we reached out to KNE. The owner, Kyle, personally came out to inspect the unit and quickly figured out the issue within an hour.
