Pete was very kind and informative. Replaced the bad motor quickly and got us up and running to cooling. Was able to get a same day appointment which was tremendous and Pete had the parts on hand.

After calling to get someone out I was surprised they could fit me in the next day. Pete was very thorough and professional. He explained what was good and bad on my inspection along with what the long term outlook was with and without certain maintenance and repair. Pete was exceptional...He diagnosed everything and yes we were going through a home warranty. The process was great and it took not as long as he anticipated...They called on Monday and it was ready for pick up... We scheduled the next day.They were here early, but we didn't care. It was cold outside so it meant the house was also cold...Pete got everything exchanged and hooked up...When he came in the house to set the thermostat he was surprised to see it was 58 degrees in the house...It didn't take anytime to get things warmed up...They were great!

After receiving discouraging news from Semper Fi that we needed a whole new cooling system, we called Qual-Tech for a 2nd opinion. "Pete" came out and gave us a deeply thorough investigation of our system. He verified that everything works as it should, except that the damper motor might need to be replaced soon. He was on-site for about 2 hours, double and triple checking everything before he presented the service bill. I'll be calling these folks from now on.

Qual-Tech was originally out to do my winter maintenance through my home warranty company. I’ll be honest I haven’t had the best of luck with the companies that the Home Warranty uses. However, Ritchie was great, he explained a few things and was very professional. I ended up getting some work done through Qual-Tech that’s not covered by my home warranty and there was an issue where the air wasn’t coming through my vents. I called Qual-Tech and they were out first thing in the morning and got me up and running. I appreciate businesses like this that don’t try and take advantage of every situation. I got the sense of urgency from them and I appreciate that even more! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Qual-Tech not only responded to my need for service above and beyond my expectations by having a technician at my door within an hour, but also provided excellent service. Technician Ritchie was dispatched to my home to assess the failure of the heating unit. He was very courteous and confident about his skills as a technician, he patiently answered all my questions, and provided knowledge and clear instructions on how to adjust the settings when needed. Ritchie is someone I would hire if I needed to hire a highly qualified customer service professional.

From my initial call for a quote to install, the entire process was completely seamless, and quick. I had two mini splits installed. Christian the owner was on site for the entire install process. They were professional, did a wonderful install job and left the job site immaculate when they were done. I can't say enough great things about their service.
