I have been using the services of Emil Neagu Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing Service Company for the past 15 years. Whenever there was an A/C or plumbing problem, he was available on short notice. He is on speed-dial to service our four A/C systems. He has replaced one A/C unit due to old age and installed a mini A/C unit in the garage. He relocated one system from the garage floor to the garage attic, freeing up floor space in the garage. He and his crew designed the change, specified the equipment and installed the new system in one day. He is a professional who is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, responsible and most of all dependable. He is a person whom you can depend on for all of your A/C and plumbing installation, repair and service. I appreciate the quality of his work.

I've been a customer of Emil Neagu Co for over 7 years. I've called upon them for plumbing, AC and electrical issues with rental properties as well as my own properties. It is so absolutely wonderful when you can rely on a company you trust to not only repair & fix your issues, but provide exceptional customer service as well as provide speedy service! As a landlord I often get calls on a friday evening or saturday and Emil and his team have always delivered and gotten back to me quickly and I can't say enough about them. In fact, I called him today to replace a hot water heater! I highly recommend them and gladly give them 5 stars as they deserve it!

Emil is the only person I will go to for my plumbing, heating and AC needs. He came over to my house and replaced a hose for my sink and unclogged my sink and dishwasher and gave me a consultation about my son’s room being too hot and too cold. Emil did not charge me a thing. He just made me promise to change my air filters, which I already did. I will be seeing him again soon about a water softener and insulation. Thanks Emil!!!

Emil was recommended to us 12 years ago, and he has been our "go-to-guy" for plumbing, air-conditioning and heating, electrical and since then just about anything else I don't want to tackle. Great guy, very honest, hard-working, knowledgeable and fair. I have recommended him to many others who have had similar results. If they had another star, I would give it to him.

I would and have recommended Emil to all who ask. We had an AC failure in July and we're fortunate to find this gentleman. His service and attention to detail exceed expectations. I haven't needed plumbing service yet but would first call Emil when that time comes. In fact I would contact him for recommendations regarding other services. His integrity is rare in this valley.

We have used Emil over the past 6 years, installing a water heater, water softener, RO system, air conditioner and furnace. He has always responded immediately to our requests and completed the work in a very professional manner to our satisfaction, even in emergency situations. We would highly recommend Emil to anyone.

I would definitely recommend calling Emil Negaunee for all your AC and heating issues. I called him late one evening when my AC stopped working. He called me back right away and we scheduled a time for the next morning. He and his son showed up and got right to work. They diagnosed the problem within minutes. The service and parts was less then $200! A lot cheaper than what I was expecting. They were so nice and professional. The next time my AC stopped working in called Emil again. This time it was a programming issue with my thermostat. They fixed it for me and reprogrammed my thermostat. I figured I would have to at least pay for the trip charge but when I asked them what the cost was, Emil said nothing. I was so shocked. I can't believe he didn't charge me anything. Who does that nowadays! Before you call anyone else, call Emil. He won't let you down.

I have been working with Emil and his son Matt since the 1990's. I have used Emil for virtually everything from HVAC to electrical to plumbing and natural gas (which is part of plumbing). For the few things that Emil does not do, I have used the contractors that Emil has suggested and have never had a problem. My father was an electrical contractor, so I am intimately familiar with how a great contractor performs. I have and will continue to recommend Emil for virtually everything needed around my house, my rental properties, and the homes of my family.

Emil has taken exceptional care of every heating/cooling and plumbing issue I have had for years. As a Realtor I have also happily referred him to my clients when repairs are needed. I stand behind him 110%. He does quality work at a great price! I trust him to take excellent care of my clients. My clients are very pleased as well and thank me for sending them to Emil Neagu Co. 5 STARS!!!

Emil did a very good job in my house a long time ago. The reason I am give a reviewing today because I didn't see this before, then I was looking for his name and I remember been his friend in the face book.

Excellent service as usual. We had a leak coming from the AC in the ceiling. Qual-Tech came out the same day! Christian did a great job, explained everything and was fast and efficient. Thank you for the great service!

We purchased a new water heater. They guys who did the delivery and install work were careful and professional. Pete took the time to explain and answer my questions. I would definitely do it again.

Pete serviced our AC. Pete was on time, efficient, personable and effortlessly made necessary phone calls for approval for additional repairs needed as well as explanations for all work done. All the work needed was done in one afternoon. I highly recommend Pete and Qual-Tech!

Pete was extremely professional. He showed up on time, made sure to explain exactly what he was going to be doing. He came back and briefed what he saw and what can be done to help facilitate a better AC unit start up. Had a 4 ton AC unit installed. They were on time & the old one was removed & a new one was installed in only about 4 hours. Incredible!

Christian with Qual-Tech has been out to our house for three separate and unrelated A/C issues, and each time he's been incredibly professional and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about what was going on with our A/C, made great recommendations and fixed the problem in every case. I would certainly have Christian and Qual-Tech back for any of other issues. It's a great company.
