We had excellent service. Our tech, Ritchie was great. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He took the time to show us what needed to be done and showed us the results when he finished. We will definitely use qualtech again.

I would rate this company as 5 stars. Ritchie was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He took his time to explain to me why my AC wasn’t working right and quickly fixed it. Great experience.

Ritchie was on time, polite and professional. He communicated effectively and let me know what to expect. It was a pleasant surprise that he completed the work ahead of schedule.

For the past five years, we had been having cooling issues with our unit. Our home warranty would send out techs from a variety of companies. These techs would put bandaids on our issue and try and sell us various things.

This year Qual-tech showed up to do our service, the tech was honest and told us the issue that we were having with our unit. We weren’t given the run around, he went above and beyond by reached out to our home warranty company to try and resolve the issues we were having with our unit leaking refrigerant.

Qual-tech showed integrity and The business ethics so many other AC companies failed to display. We were denied by the warranty company to have the unit fixed or replaced due to the unethical practices of these other companies. Needless to say Qual-tech had earned our business.

I called them on the friday before a three day holiday weekend, had a new unit on my home that next Tuesday.

The integrity and business ethics displayed by Qual-tech earned my business and should earn yours too. They will be my go to from now on.

Ritchie and Christian were AMAZING and did a great job repairing our ductwork after a condensation pan leak damaged them! They were prompt, communicative, and so helpful!!

Ritchie was awesome! He came out to the property as scheduled. He communicated the issue with the HVAC. He was able to repair it the sane day. The repair cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Qual-Tech!

Qual tech will Forever be welcomed in our home. Our Downstairs AC unit went out and our home warranty sent a company to our home. We were told we needed a whole new unit that cost $10,000. I had the warranty send out who I trust it which is Qual tech. The technician looked at our unit and realize our capacitor had broken and that was the reason why our AC was not working. We did not have to pay anything because it was covered under warranty. I love that this company is honest and trustworthy.

Richie with Qual -Tech. arrived promptly with the window given and was very professional. Choice Home Warranty had sent out a AC Company that totally misdiagnosed the problem with our AC system saying there were contaminants or foreign items in the line.and had given astronomical estimates to repair $2100 or to replace $6000. Choice Home Warranty denied our claim even after we appealed the decision saying it wasn’t inoperable due to normal wear and tear. Thankfully we got a second opinion and it was the fan motor failing which Richie replaced and the AC is working properly again. Qual Tech AC and Richie in particular are now on speed dial. As soon as my policy expires I will not be dealing with home warranty companies again. They are scammers and it is a total waste of money. Qual-Tech’s technician was honest and patient with me as he explained the “real” issue. Honesty is the best policy. Thank you Ritchie for giving us relief in this hot Arizona summer and thank you Jade the Admin staff that got us on the schedule so quickly‼️ i highly recommend this company.

Tech showed up promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced a couple of parts and was sure to communicate the work he did. Problem seems to be resolved, he did a great job.

Repairs were
More extensive than originally thought and three different returns. The repair personnel were courteous, and informative, keeping me
abreast of the progress.
Very happy with the results and Jade in the office for helping me through this dilemma!

Qual-Tech found a solution to an A/C equipment issue, installed the equipment a day early, they were timely, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole experience. Now I have a nice, cool house!

Richie with Qual-Tech did a wonderful job getting our heating unit back up and running. His communication from start to finish was outstanding. He let us know when he was on his way and even gave updated ETAs. When he arrived he listened intently to the the details of the issue with our heater. He was able to quickly identify the problem and fix the issue. He explained what the problem was and how he resolved it. He was very respectful, friendly and professional! Daniel came out to my house today after my AC unit quit working. He was able to get there soon after calling. This was big on a 115 degree day and after calling 20+ different companies who could not come out until days later. Daniel was quick to diagnose, offer a solution, and fix the problem. He was professional, respectful, and thorough. Would use this company again. Thanks so much!

Matthew really knows about air conditioners. He explains everything he is doing as he goes through the check points. He brings all the tools he needs and the parts if needed. I am happy I called him, and he will be my air conditioner man from now on. I highly recommend him for all your heating and air conditioner needs.
