Overpriced and would trick you. Here is an example. He said a water heater would cost 525 but when I got the bill it was 825. The difference he said was installation. This is just one example of other stuff he did.

Emil install my Ac in my house, he is very profesional, always on time and does a great work.

I was very impressed with work provided. I have had this company back a few times for various needs and have always been pleassed. He is also very good about providing details and information about possible new technological products that will make things easier to manage in the home.

Had hot water blow up. Emil was able to come out the day we called and put in a new unit right away. I would recommend him and he will be the first person I call if I need other help.

Called Mr. Neagu for electrical work and he referred me to his cousin Symi. Spoke to Symi who said he was a licensed electrical contractor and we set an appointment. Symi failed to show-up for the appointment and after several days I was able to finally contact him by text. Symi said he would come out to do the job but didn't want me to "waste his time." Needless to say I did not do business with cousin Symi.

I contacted Mr. Neagu to advise him of the situation with his cousin, who he referred me to in the first place, and his response was, "Sorry to hear that." Mr. Neagu has ceased contact and is obviously not willing or able to fix this situation. Poor business practice, buyer beware.

We always use Emil for our AC needs. Replaced AC unit extremely quick and very reasonably priced. Thank you for a well job done and your expediant service.

I have been customer of Emil Neagu Co. for over 14 years and over that time he has done a substantial amount of work for us. Our experience with Mr. Neagu started in the summer of 2003 when the orginial supplier was not available for repairing our AC until for several days. We were introduce to Meagu by our neighbor and our AC was back and running the next day. Besides the above, the following is a brief summary of what he has done for us

Emil has provided the most dishonorable services. He has come to my house to replace a thermostat and charged me for the wiring and never finished the job. He provided wrong information regarding the problem that accured. When I tried to contact him, he would ignore the calls and never got back to me. He even told me that he would be stopping by to finish the work on a certain day and never did and never responded since. He basically just took the money for the work that he didn't complete. Who ever considers getting service from him, just be extra careful and do not pay until he actually finished the job completely. He is a scam.

Knowledgeable & professional service every time! From a major issue with the installation of a new hot water heater & a water softener/filter system to fixing a problem caused by a remodeling contractor Mr Neagu handled everything promptly & efficiently. Emil has completed many jobs for me in our condo in Scottsdale, replaced our furnace, put in a shower surround , installed a dishwasher.
