Donny is a trusted partner in maintaining our household plumbing. We have found that his work is top notch, reliable, warrantied and worry free. He is easy to deal with, informs you of options and provides guidance along the way. Recently Donny came and did a no contact hot water heater and water softener install because we thought we were COVID on the day of our installation. We had hired him to do several installations and he did what he could with no contact and came back the following week when we felt better to complete any in home installations. I feel like I received value for the money i invested in this project. I have known Donny since 2015 and I always feel like his work is professional and he really knows his business.

After our home inspection, calcification and build up was found on the exterior pipe of the house connected to the main water shut-off valve. This had not caused any issues or leak detection but obviously was of concern to the buyer. I was very pleased with the repair and level of customer service we received from Pridemark from my initial phone call to request a estimate to completion of service.. Donnie, the owner, is a great guy. Professional, courteous and friendly. His quote was in the middle of the estimates we received but offered a two year parts and labor warranty transferable to the new owner. I highly recommend Pridemark Plumbing for ANY of your plumbing needs. Thanks Donnie!

Update 11/12/25: Donnie serviced our water heater again for a regular descale maintenance and was great. He even detected a gas leak and we had Southwest Gas come out to fix it.

Donnie, being Rinnai-approved, fixed my water heater last November because there was a leak. The heat exchanger had gone out, and luckily it was under warranty. He just came out again for a water heater flush service, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

I just have to say "ditto" to all the other 5-star reviews! Donnie installed a Moen Flo Smart water monitor for us. (Side note: this is an amazing device that can prevent or minimize water damage from water leaks / pipe breaks. We had no idea such technology existed. Google it - it's really neat!) Donnie is knowledgeable, professional, and above all.. honest! He tells it like it is, is meticulous, and takes great pride in his work. You can 100% trust him to do a top quality job at a fair price. We have him on speed dial for any future plumbing needs!
