Donnie is always prompt and very knowledgeable about what the problem is. He gets to it right away. He leaves the site clean and repaired. I call Pridemark whenever tjere is a plumbing issue.

Excellent service! They were able to be at our house just a couple of hours from first call. Our leak was repaired quickly and thoroughly. Very kind and considerate of our home too. Highly recommended!

Donnie replaced a leaking shower cartridge, leaking kitchen faucet and shut offs for the kitchen sink. He also repaired the kitchen drain that had been leaking. Very respectful and nice. Highly recommend Pridemark Plumbing.

Pridemark Plumbing is the best plumber I have ever had the chance to do business with. Honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and Quality work. I only use Pridemark Plumbing and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

The technician was not prepared to perform the service and I found him to be arrogant and condescending. He blamed me for the leak on a 5 year old unit and when I showed him that the owners manual doesn't say anything about flushing the tankless unit except when there is an error code, he doubled down on the attitude stating that a 6 month flush interval was obvious. It was ridiculous that he would argue with the customer to defend a company that he is not emploed with. To add insult to injury, he tried to sell me an add on that supposedly makes flushing unnecessary. He quoated over $900 just in labor to install new warranty parts. I elected to pay the callout fee rather than spend nearly $1000 with a company that would condone that sort of treatment. After the fact, I found a brand new upgraded unit for less than $900 and a plumber to install it for $350. I found out that my 5 year old unit has been discontinued by Rinnai. This company is definitely not interested in the customer's best interest. STEER CLEAR!

The Pridemark company was very responsive to my needs of a toilet leak and had a plumber here the day I called. The plumber named Donnie was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and left everything spotless. They are now my go-to company and Donnie my go-to plumber.

I had a great experience from booking the appointment to the final work being completed. I had Delta faucets that needed to be replace, the tech let me know that Delta has a lifetime guarantee, he provided the number to call and walked me through the process. The plumber was great, on time, did the work with no clean up for me after his visit. Thanks so much for a great experience.

This place was awesome when it was canyon now that it is Ferguson you cannot stop there for less than an hour even if it's just a pick up a bolt I will never go back Hughes plumbing supply is right down the street

Horrible business! Zero plumbing knowledge, and even if they order the wrong product they still force you to pay a 25% restocking fee! Avoid at all costs...

This location is a mess, accident waiting to happen stuff everywhere no organization anywhere... I get here early to and chk in told to wait in the street until 9am ok no problem, finally get to pull back in and get an attitude from short guy about backing in to there dock, I ask if he could move things so I can back in safety he says 53ft trailer back in here all the time, I say most likely true but my trk is a little longer the regular, then he processed to roll his eyes , then moves what I needed moved... bottom line rude guy and messy unorganized yard..
