Professional, generous company
Even though I didn't qualify for wholesale purchasing; I called this company because they were a large distributor of the types of product I was having trouble locating.
They listened to what I needed and then researched for the product, hoping to find a retail distributor.
They called me back (which in itself makes them a rare customer service oriented company); the product I was looking for is no longer being manufactured.
This company went out of there way to help me even though I was not going to be a buying customer. You saved me time and a lot of aggravating phone calls to companies who couldn't care less about what I needed. It's those small things that mean so much!

The under vanity pipes in the bathroom had not been worked on for the 52 years I have lived here so Mauricio was here today and was able to get it apart and install new shutoff valves and piping. He was efficient, very kind and personable…he is definitely an asset to the company…I have used Before and After a number of times from this kind of job to installing a new sink to installing a new water heater and I have been very satisfied with every job they have done.

I recommend Before and After Plumbing to all of my real estate clients buying and selling. Ryan and his crew are top notch and A+. They treat the customer right and get the job done correctly. A plumbing company you can trust.

From start to finish this company was awesome! Holly was first point of contact and was attentive and caring in our needs. They sent the technician Caleb out super fast within a couple of hours. I had an issue with my valve on my faucet that I could not fix as much as I tried. I called in the morning I got an appointment the same day ranging around 4-7pm, Mauricio and Adrian got to my home at 5pm and got the job done fast and efficiently. They were very kind and explained what they had to do. I appreciate the urgency and top notch service from not only the person I scheduled the appointment with but the plumbers as well.

Lee Ann returned my call very promptly, and scheduled a technician for the very next morning. Caleb arrived promptly at 8am, and had the angle stop fixed in 1/2 hour. Excellent service. Recommend this company!

Great work! Caleb was awesome. I had him fix a dishwasher install that leaked due to cpvc pipe and install a new bathroom fawcet again working to correct brittle cpvc pipe the builder used 30 years ago. Will absolutely use the services of Before & After again if necessary.

Caleb was helpful, explained multiple things and did a great job! No complaints or concerns. And we got same day service! Happy to say our water leak issue is resolved and we finally have some cold water in the desert! Thank you!!!

Before and After Plumbing was a great experience. I spoke with Holly first and she was very empathetic to the situation and did her best to meet our needs with us calling toward the end of their normal business hours. Mauricio handled the repairs to our exterior water line. He was great and quickly resolved our issues! Great customer service and great communication with keeping my husband and myself updated on progress.

Just moved here and bought a condo and found water leaking from the main water shut off valve. Caleb did an excellent job fixing my main water shut off valve and the drain in the bathroom sink. They are my go to plumbers from now on

Caleb came out first thing in the morning. He was incredibly kind and professional. He walked me through everything we was going to do and explained the reasoning behind it. Took less than an hour to clear our backup. Will definitely call back if anything else comes up.

Techs installed a carbon filter and water softener system that I purchased online and had shipped to my house. Install was clean and techs took the time to show me what they were planning to do before they started the install. Install was very clean and well thought out. Will hire again for future plumbing needs!

Caleb and Nick were on time, professional and extremely efficient. They were able to finish the job much faster than anticipated with quality work. The scheduler Leanne was super on point and easy to talk to when I didnt know facts to give for the job Fantastic service I would recommend to everyone.

So this company was called out for a leaking tub. They sent a tech over only for him to say, it’s more than a tub we need to file a claim with your insurance. Toto Rooter said they have people to reach out to file a claim that they can word it better. The next thing you know they have a company ready in 2 days to come and tear everything out that the water touched. I told them specifically that they can not touch the house until insurance is verified. The next thing you know everything is demoed before Farmers Insurance can go and do a walk through. Roto Rooter stopped taking my phone calls, they forged e-signature saying my mom signed the contract. In which my mom never signed a contract because she doesn’t know how to e-sign and doesn’t even have the means to do it. No computer and she cannot sign on a flip phone. The signature doesn’t even match. To top it off they sent 2 forged documents from with 2 different workers names. I have them both saved. They stole everything out of my mom’s house. Destroyed her property and left her with a un livable home. For months. My mom is elderly takes care of grandchildren from ages 1,3,7,9,12,13,. The living conditions were horrible I was forced to relocate her in an Air B&B and hire out to repair all the restroom walls, tile, shower, sink , all the kitchen tile, cabinets walls, the list goes on and on. They did all this before they got an answer from insurance thinking that they would not come by and inspect. Rotor Rooter Glendale should be ashamed of how they treat customers, and try to pull off SCAMS like this. Now they are trying to bill me for what they stoled from my elderly mother. I was going to keep this review off google and just leave on YELP. Go see my review there along with all the photos. They deserve no stars on this review but I had to put one down to review them.
