My tech was David he came out to fix my kitchen sink I wasn't getting hot water I guess the shut off valve was broke off he noticed I had a leak under the sink that had been leaking for a long time he replaced all my pipes put in new shut off valves both hot and cold and put in a brand new faucet.He even came back and replaced the board under the sink for no charge!!! When he showed me how nasty the pipes and the mold under my sink was I had no idea it was that bad I'm So Very happy with the service David went over and above to please me he was very professional, polite,kind someone that truly cared about me as a customer you don't find good honest people like that anymore. I Absolutely Love my new faucet and by him removing and replacing everything (pipes)under my kitchen sink I don't smell that musty smell from the mold I'm Very happy with the service I definitely will be calling Patriotic Plumbing and Rooter again for all my plumbing needs

I would recommend this company very highly! I had a sewer line clogged, and they were very professional, competant, and hardworking! They tried to snake it, but that didn't work, so they used a camera to locate the problem while I watched. They were able to get the job done in one day, locating underground utilities, digging very deep, making the repair, and backfilling the hole. Robert and Zack worked very hard in the heat, and explained everything they were doing! I was very satisfied with the work and the price! If any of my friends have plumbing problems I'll absolutely recommend these guys!

On Labor Day, we had our sinks backing up whenever the washer machine was running. I called a few places but unable to get ahold of anyone. I called Patriotic and they had Vicente out to my house in an hour! I can’t believe how reasonable and affordable the price was to fix the issue. I highly recommend when you call, request Vicente because he snaked the clogged drain and fixed the issue within 30 mins. I’ll always be coming back to Patriotic for any plumbing needs. Especially when Vicente came to my house at 6pm on a stormy windy night on Labor Day. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company.

We had Jason and his team with Patriotic Plumbing install a Soft Water system in our new home. Our home was not plumbed for soft water so Jason found a great way to install it. Not only did he do a SUPER clean install but he also went above and beyond by installing a hose bib in the garage for me to use while washing our cars.

Getting an entire drain system replaced is a huge undertaking but this team did an amazing job. They were very professional, courteous and were happy to answer any questions we had. Eduardo, Chris, Herman and Kevin made a great team and worked very hard every day making steady progress and keeping the project on time. I would recommend them to anyone for even the largest of tasks.

Robert gave me a good quote and he and Zach did an awesome job repairing our bathroom sink. They replaced the faucet and rebuilt the drain that was leaking. As an added bonus, they tightened another bathroom faucet that was loose and constantly shifting when you rotated the valves. They cleaned up after themselves and even disposed of the materials I didn't want afterwards. They are now my go to plumber. I highly recommend Patriotic Plumbing and Rooter for your plumbing needs.

All around a killer job completely rebuilding two areas on the exterior of my home. The online scheduling tool was a nice touch, and it only took them two days get out for a quote. Once quoted, I agreed and they were able to perform the work the very next day. The work was done to my strict standards, with excellent craftsmanship and soldering work. I can't recommend them enough and has a new homeowner, it's nice to have a plumber in my back pocket now for future needs.

Aaron B showed up quickly and was very friendly & courteous. He took care of the drain promptly and answered all of the questions I had. Price of the service was great, definitely recommend!

Patriotic Plumbing replaced our entire orange burst main septic line in our 1950s house. Jason came out with Tyler and gave us a professional evaluation for a trenchless main septic line replacement. The following days Henry, Juan, Tony and David completed the job expeditiously and were super friendly along the way. Henry was outstandingly exceptional as he prepared our floor protective paper, he made a centerline with tape in the middle of it, so our kids had a race track for their RC cars. They really appreciated that, and so did we! Great service, fair pricing, and professional people!

Aaron (the plumbing tech) and Edwin (field service manager) were there to handle a sewer clean out of all my pipes, it really needed it and I had been dreading the process, they made it very manageable and did an excellent job. There were some extra little things I had done and small things that cropped up as they do on all large jobs they handled it all right away, it was awesome.

Last year we had our sewer line repaired through Patriotic Plumbing and Rooter and we had such a good experience we called them for some plumbing items we needed help with around the house. Scheduling online was simple and Vicente came out on time. Within about 3 hours Vicente reset a wobbly toilet, switched out a kitchen faucet, switched out a shower valve cartridge, installed a tub diverter spout, and installed 3 new shower heads and 2 shower arms. We put Vicente to work but he was smiling all the way through. We really appreciate all the work he did and will be calling again for any more plumbing help we need in the future!

1)Planning:Plumber provided a quote after scoping my entire drain line from the basement toilet to the sewer in the backyard,~140'.They quoted $14,000 to use pipe bursting to replace Orangeburg pipe from sewer to a location just under my porch.They said this would fix 98% of my problems & wouldn't have to worry about roots under the house.When work began,the story changed several times.1st modification original man scoping somehow missed a serious root problem farther under the house.They now needed to install an epoxy liner, & suggested I pay more to extend through the cast iron (I was told is in good condition) under the house because more root problems could invade the Orangeburg.I agreed to new quote. Soon after,they said the epoxy liner wouldn't be warrantied and to use pipe bursting under my house to install new pipe where Orangeburg exists (same as outside), & that they'd only use an epoxy liner for the cast iron. This required drilling a hole in the basement floor in the laundry closet where there was no flooring. He assured me they were experienced with this & that they would properly contain all cement dust.They ran into a footer & said they'd need to drill another hole in the floor, & asked if I'd prefer it in the closet or the bedroom floor. I told him that I just replaced the bedroom flooring,& given the cost to pay someone to re-do flooring,I'd rather it be in the closet.They put the hole in the bedroom floor,ruining the flooring. Additionally they'd told me since the beginning that they would not impede plumbing use by the tenant.My tenant who left for the day to allow them to work came home at 7pm one night to find her things covered in dust,& them still working. She had to find a place to sleep for the night. We assumed they were done (no communication),then they showed up to do more work a couple days later,planning to again have my tenant homeless for a night.At this point, I found out that they had followed through with a different plan than discussed (no epoxy liner because they couldn't make it work with the other connecting pipes leading to the cast iron section of the drain line... I don't understand why they didn't have the foresight to think of that ahead of time), so they painted three coats of epoxy on the cast iron instead (never discussed this with me until a later discussion, no change in price).

2)Timeliness: These folks operate by calling you the day of or day before and telling you they are coming EVERY SINGLE TIME. In one case, they just showed up and didn't tell me they were coming. The law requires 48 h notice of anyone intruding the space.I told them the first time they tried to call me less than 24 h to say “We are coming out tomorrow!” that they have to give my tenant 48 hours. The response was “Oh we do this all the time, we understand that” Clearly they don't because I told this to them repeatedly and their behavior never changed.

3)Professionalism and respect: They did apologize for asking me where I wanted the new hole in the floor,but then not putting it there. The discount for the floor wasn't enough to have the flooring redone ($750 off my $20,000 bill).I had to discount my tenants' rent because their home was ruined by potentially toxic dust,they were inconvenienced more than needed due to lackadaisical (or no) scheduling of the work.They said they'd stay until the cement dried after filling holes they'd drilled. Instead they put plywood over the floor and stacked my washer and dryer on top,didn't hook them back up,& somehow lost the gas connection so that we had to buy a new one. I had to ask the plumber to remove the plywood so that I didn't have to hire someone to do it for me.Finally, on the last day the plumbers were at the house, one of their crew left a beer bottle in the tenant's hammock. Thus, my questions about the workmanship. I told this to the lead plumber, and he said he'd come out and scope everything and send me a video to ensure the workmanship was good. It never happened

Aaron was professional, conscientious and provided honest clear communications. In general was a nice person and I felt comfortable to have him working around our home.

Amazing service from these guys. From the initial estimate and communication with the office to the actual replacement of my sewer pipe, I couldn’t have asked for better service. David was kind and informative when he came and did the estimate. Chris and Alex came to do the replacement of my sewer pipe and were top notch! I went to work in the morning and came home in the evening to a new pipe. Alex and Chris did amazing work and left the yard looking beautiful. I’m super happy this company does trench less replacement and that they were willing to come up to Flagstaff. You don’t get this kind of exceptional service very often and I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you so much!!

Our sump pump failed last evening & with the heavy rainfall needless to say we had water issues in our basement. Jarid was able to make appropriate repairs in a timely manner and provide advice for future preventions. We look forward to future work opportunities with Jarid. After calling this company to fix a completely broken garbage disposal and pipe system, a leaky sink and a broken hose bib I will never use any other company. I could not recommend this company and specifically Vicente more. Vicente is super professional and personable. We will be using him only for any work we get done in the future. He went above and beyond to get us the best deal on the work we needed done but he also recommended work that we need get done in the future in order to protect our home. He was able to explain throughly why something needed to be done and how he would do it. He is respectful, honest, trustworthy and does high quality work.
