Company did a test I wasn't notified at the time that was going to cost me over $2000.00. nothing was done to my house, but the so-called test and fan that was left in my home for 2 days , I'm sure I had to pay for that too. Feels like I've been scammed.

We are repeat customers of Copper State plumbing. Rocco is quick, clean and detailed. I appreciate that he takes time to explain all options and is truely interested in your happiness about the completed job.

We reccomend him to family and friends frequently.

Had a water heater emergency at our rental. Called a company I had used a coupe of years for this. I was flabbergasted at their quote so I called a friend for a recommendation and he recommended Rocco. I called Rocco and he came right out and quoted me half of what the other company quoted. He did an amazing job and was genuinely concerned that I was happy with his work. I’ll never use anyone else as a plumber! Fantastic guy and plumber!

Rocco also removed the bathtub. All work done promptly for the price quoted which was very fair and cleaned up. He took the time to cover wood floors with paper. We will definitely be using him again.

Had a kitchen sink leak, water everywhere and Rocco cans to the rescue. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous! I’d recommend him to everyone I know. And next time I need a plumber

We were selling our house. Inspector found what they thought was broken sewer pipe from inspection sewer video. Canyon State never came to our property and we received a $20000 quote to repipe the entire house. I believe the realtor and plumber were trying get price reduced for new buyer. Petra plumber Dan Cluff came and did his inspection and power washed sewer pipe to determine that pipe was not broken. Thank you Petra Plumbing.

Rocco responded to my call quickly and professionally. He replaced my water heater, garbage disposal and last minute request to replace a soap dispenser all efficiently, politely and professionally. I would definitely recommend Rocco.

I was assigned to this company through my awesome home warranty and I had emergency water leak after 4 phone calls where I left urgent message never ever hear a peep from them.
Complaint with better business owner aswell as complaint through the home warranty has been made .extremely unprofessional and out right Rude to not even follow up with a new customer with an urgent need ..

I am so appreciative of Javier and Copper State Plumbing for their invaluable assistance in resolving issues with my water heater. On a Sunday morning, while disposing of trash, I discovered water pooling in my garage due to a malfunctioning water heater. I immediately initiated a claim with my home warranty provider, and as soon as they designated a contractor, I contacted Javier. Despite it being a weekend, he responded right away and promptly assessed the situation. He diligently documented the situation, capturing photographs and preparing to submit a comprehensive report to warranty the following day. Additionally, Javier connected me with a mitigation and restoration company to address the drywall damage.

Javier's demeanor was marked by kindness and empathy, recognizing the stress I was under, particularly given my six-month period of unemployment. Remarkably, my new water heater was installed within a mere week and a day, a testament to his efficiency and expertise. He took the time to explain the entire process to me, ensuring I had a comprehensive understanding of each step.

We had a service call scheduled through our home warranty and they gave a 5 hour window. My husband and I re-arranged out schedules to make sure someoneon would be home. At 5:00 no one had shown or called. My husband called right after 5 and no answer and he left a message. I called the next morning and not answer. If you want someone to actually show up don't call them.

Good Morning,

I was referred to a different Copper State Plumbing by First American Home Warranty. A person Javier was supposed to call me back but never did. I was attempting to reach the home office so I Googled what I thought was the same company and found The Copper State Plumbing Services LLC.

I thought it was the same company the home warranty referred me to(I was wrong). I left a voicemail for Rocco to call back, and he did within 15 minutes. After speaking with him he told me that he does not work with home warranties because they scam the customer. This just happened to be my issue with First American Home Warranty. I gave Rocco a breakdown of my problem along with pictures of my PRV with sizes etc. He gave me an estimate the next morning. He was able to get the part and install it within 20 minutes of him being on site the same day. He resolved the issue promptly and now I am able to take hot showers with PRESSURE.

Long story short I cancelled my home warranty because they are crap and would not even reimburse me. Moving forward Copper State Plumbing Services LLC will have my business in the future. Well until my kid burns down the house lol.

FYI: The contractor the home warranty initially sent was Summit Plumbing. He inaccurately diagnosed my problem and said I had 40 PSI. This was ironic because his guage was broken and my wife offered to get mine. Summit Plumbing declined, but told me the warranty company would not accept my claim. Then told me the repair would be 2 1/2 times more expensive.

People all I can say is we live in the Valley and there are a lot of shotty contractors. Copper State Plumbing Services LLC was amazing and I felt did not try to screw me over. I deal with subcontractors on a daily basis and it's nice that there are people like Rocco that actually wanna do the right thing.

Found Rocco online and sent him in email for a new water heater. He was extremely responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. Had him come out and he was very honest in everything. Never was pushy trying to make a sale. You can tell he is very honest with his prices & business. He did a great job with the replacement and explained everything to the new heater. I highly recommend.

I was so impressed with this plumber, Javier at Copper State plumbing. I thought I had a pretty big plumbing issue and contacted Copper State plumbing to get some assistance. Javier came out to my house with an hours of my initial phone call. The staff that first responded to my phone call was so polite, kind, courteous, and explain some of the process. Javier came out and looked at the situation and was able to problem solve with the process of elimination. To be on the safe side since he was unable to detect a leak whatsoever, he contacted a restoration service to help me to make sure that I didn’t have a leak that you couldn’t see to the eye.. I have a pretty large crack in my ceiling 21 inches long so I really thought that my upstairs bathroom had a problem impacting in my downstairs bathroom.. I purchased this home, not too long ago and Javier reassured me that if there was a leak, he would find it.. When we spoke, he mentioned that he used to work for the union,, And so did my brother, stepbrother and stepdad.. I know that he comes with a lot of experience many many years, so I was confident with his service. He was super kind, professional, and explain things in layman terms for me. I would highly recommend Copper State plumbing to anyone! I have been talking to many of my friends, letting Them know what it awesome plumber he is… And honest!
The restoration company that he suggested just left and like Javier said I do not have a leak.. They put a wand up to check to see if there was any moisture in my ceiling.. And guess what Javier was right.. The previous owner of this house must’ve had a situation and then did a bad patch.
I am really grateful for Javier and Copper State plumbing for responding so quickly and ease my anxiety. If you want a honest dependable plumber, You definitely want Copper State plumbing to help you. If I ever get in a situation that involves plumbing… I’m calling Javier😀

Called unexpected when found a pool of water near the main water valve. Gave me an arrival window that was with in a few hours. Stated a diagnosis would be done first and an estimate would be given prior to any work being done. They were able to diagnose the issue and determined an irrigation valve could be turned off to fix the problem. They did not charge me. Honest work and will use again when pluming services are needed.

In our experience, These guys don't keep appointments, and don't return calls, or guarantee their work. And when they do show up, they don't show up prepared. Steer clear and find a different company.

Edit:in order to take my feedback, you would need to return calls, or show up. I tried to contact you for a month after my issue was not resolved before posting this. It was the first I've heard back.

From the moment I got Hailey on the phone until Zach Willis left, I was happy I called Emergency Master Plumbing. When I got on the phone with Hailey, she was professional, a great listener, and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have gotten my water heater replaced the same day I called. Zach was knowledgeable, professional, patient, understanding, friendly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to finish the job even though it was very late in his day. I am lucky to have had the customer service I received today and would definitely recommend this company because of it!

Thank goodness their business. I had called two prior companies 1 didn’t answer & the other didn’t have someone that could come until the next day. Not the case with Emergency Master Plumbing & Air, scheduled me to have Cory come on Sunday evening and solved my problem. Cory was wonderful and explained how these issues happen often. I had further questions on other things and Cory was knowledgeable and said how it would be helpful. Thank you for your services and availability on a Sunday.

I called them on a Friday night to come out and look at my backed up sewer line.
Nate arrived as scheduled and was able to determine the problem and fully explained it to me.
He and his assistant arrived early Saturday morning & spent the next two days working tirelessly to hand dig down to the sewer line (nearly 10’) and then repair it. It should be noted the ground they were digging up was like concrete.
I would highly recommend them!

I came home from work to a major leak in my backyard. Emergency Master Plumbing sent a plumber out within 2 hours. Zack was amazing. He was friendly and honest about the repairs. He provided great advice that not only makes sense for my situation but will save me money. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs.

Justin was awesome! A leaking faucet was holding up closing on a home I was selling. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get on the schedule that day. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it was basically an emergency service call. The tech, Justin was on time, clean, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend! I’ll be using them in the future.

Amazing and fast response to a main line blockage from both guys that came out. Zack was helpful with getting me sorted with contractors for water mitigation for damage inside of my home. They are priced fair and the service is unbeatable. They were out of network for my home warranty because I needed fast service, but they were worth every penny.
