Since my 1st call to Emergency Master Plumbing exceeded my expectations, I called to have them come out and install a new faucet in main bathroom.

Thomas arrived in the morning and quickly discovered that it was a more involved process and began cutting and removing the heavily calcified fixture.

He did a great job and I appreciate the great communication from Heather as she is very responsive to calls and texts.

Note: Emergency Master Plumbing is coming back for another project - install new kitchen sink, faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

They are a huge part in my kitchen/bath transformation!

We came home to a water pipe leak in the attic that was causing a large amount of water damage to our ceiling and Emergency Master was able to come out and address the issue within less than 2 hours of us calling them. We are SO grateful they were able to help us, even at 6pm on a Tuesday night. Justin was kind and quick and was very helpful when explaining the issue and next steps. Thank you!

I've had Justin on two separate calls , two separate issues both times experience was amazing , problems fixed, and most importantly the customer service from the dispatch to the fixer (justin) was great . Very refreshing in a time where it seems like customer service is a thing of the past for most companies. I highly recommend emergency master plumming for all of your plumbing needs. Cory saved the day. My fridge was leaking water from the ice/water system near the condenser. I went to shut off the fridge line valve on the wall to further investigate but to my surprise the valve broke off and started spraying water everywhere. I shut the main water line to the house immediately and attempted removing the broken valve on the wall. After futile efforts and a nearly stripped nut I gave up and searched for emergency plumbers. I called a company who said they could get someone over the following week. Then I called Emergency Master Plumbing. The lady on the phone was very helpful and said a technician would contact me and be over in 2 hours. As suggested Cory contacted me, I gave him a brief description, and he showed up within the promised time frame. He was very professional, efficient yet friendly and customer oriented. He cut a hole right above the fridge water line on the wall and was able to unscrew the nearly stripped, rock hard(due to calcification from the hard water we have in the area) valve/nut combo. He replaced the valve and put the line back together. I got my water back on with no leaks the same day. I am very happy with the prompt, professional, and reasonably priced service I received. Cory is highly competent and I can tell that he strives for excellent customer service. He went above and beyond what the issue called for. I know who I will call to get a water softener installed.

Very young couple owns it. Little experience and it shows. I think its a side hustle for them. Had to call another place to fix their workmanship. New company says he gets calls all the time to fix EMP mistakes. After many calls and texts and no return calls, I had to dispute payment on card and call a professional out. Read all the negatives. I wish I had. Their normal reply to negative Google reviews are "they don't know the person". Their dumb founded how we stumbled on to their company. Ya, o-k!

Justin arrived quickly, he addressed the issue under our sink and had it repaired right away. I would absolutely recommend these guys!

I needed to shutoff the water to my home so that I could work on one of the toilets only to discover that the main shutoff valve was defective. Not only would it not shutoff the water, it was now leaking after turning the old style valve. I called Emergency Master Plumbing & Air and they they sent Justin out to diagnose the issue. And although he didn't have much pipe to work with, he was able to quickly replace the old valve despite this. He did a wonderful job and I highly recommend this company! Great service and great prices!!

As I was away on vacation my neighbor called me and told me I had water coming out of my homes wall. Being a holiday weekend and 4+ hours away I started panic, but 1 phone call and the problem was handled. I couldn't have asked for a faster response time or a more professional experience. To top it off I was expecting a fairly large bill giving the circumstances and to my amazement my invoice was very reasonable.

Justin is amazing! He came out for an emergency when he was on his way home. He was able to take care of the issue efficiently and effectively. He came back the next morning to complete the attachment as we had to wait for it to dry. I’ll be calling them again soon to change out our shower fixtures. I highly recommend them!!!

Fast response. Arrived well before service window. Diagnosed and corrected the issue in less than 5 minutes. Great job Austin.

3 month update: Sadly reducing my rating after this company refused to call me back when asking them to provide a statement regarding work they performed on my behalf with the renovation company they dispatched during my water emergency. I even called to ask what the warranty on the plumbing work was, and they won't call back after 3 voicemails and text messages. For awareness, if they dispatch Adams D&R to your home, research the google reviews first and don't sign a contract with them without reading everything thoroughly and when they are in your home you MUST watch everything. With the lack of response from Master Plumbing, it seems to me they must support the business practices of Adams D&R and likely receive a kickback for working with them on emergency responses.

If I could give Justin 10 stars I would! He was dispatched late at night when I had an emergency plumbing issue and stayed until 10pm to triage my leak and call out a renovation crew. He made made sure he did a proper fix and even helped me work through questions with the renovation team. He was courteous and professional and communicated with me throughout the plumbing fix. I highly recommend Emergency Master Plumbing for your plumbing needs!!

The Emergency Master Plumbers Company was the first multiple companies contacted for this urgent meds. There were others that responded minutes earlier to find out they did not serve RV plumbing issues. Austin responded after their front office had received basic fo from the site where the crisis had originated. It was a "space" at the LEAF VERDE RV RESORT in Buckeye, AZ. Not only did the field rep accept the challenge, "Austin" took the incentive to identify and locate the specialized part the repair would require, all the same day! The resort was completed in a couple of hours and the part and the work was evident only by the shiny new parts under the rig. Austin, as it turns out, happens to be the owner of the organization and by my own testimony here and now, will be a very successful business owner if not already. Their professional fleet of vans and the professional can do attitude was a saving grace to me and I will be referring this company to others in need for years to come. Plus, I am a fairly popular musician just getting to the Phoenix area with my genre of folk and rock music entertainment and you can bet I'll be referring his company to my other full time RV friends and neighbors for years to come.

Called these guys for a plumbing emergency. They sent Justin out who contacted us with his ETA and contact info and was very helpful. Showed up early, provided exceptional service and everything worked absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend these guys.

Called Justin for a sudden loss of water pressure. He provided prompt same-day service, arrived on time, quickly fixed the issue, and restored water. Professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience. I called. They came out the very next day to give me an estimate on a propane line installed the price was the best out of three and they installed it the very next day. I would highly recommend this company.

We had an emergency on a Sunday morning, a leak detected in the ceiling/walls. Justin came out and made us feel comfortable from the start. Setup and had someone out to the house before he was done finishing fixing the leak to access the water damage done. And he was quick even with a trip to the plumbing supply store. Would give 6 stars if possible. If you have a need for their services I wouldn't hesitate to call Emergency Master Plumbing and Air.

I had a leak in the wall of my 2 story home. It was in a difficult spot above my dining room/ kitchen area. Techs were knowledgeable and explained what caused the issue and how to proceed. Cost was very reasonable and the estimate was honest. They understood my odd working hours and worked around my schedule. I would recommend them to my family and friends. 5 stars. We had Justin just leave our home. We were so pleased with his politeness and efficiency. We are renovating our primary bathroom, and a different plumber installed the Delta dual valve shower head and everything. We are waiting on the shower glass doors, so the shower has not been used. This evening the water came on and we tried turning it off, and it wouldn’t turn off…the plumber who installed it couldn’t help us and told us to turn off the water to our house and he may not be able to come to fix anything until Saturday. We called Emergency Master Plumbing & Air, and the woman on the phone was so sweet and poised, and assured us Justin would be on his way in a couple minutes. He got there and it was great! We will defiantly be recommending their services to family and friends.
