IZZY was awesome came out on Sunday and fixed our drain lines all back up super efficient excellent service

On time. Efficient. We found out our pipes have been lined. Very grateful for the service call. If we need plumbing service in the future, we will call Faucet Doctor.

I called the Plumber who’s magnetic Business card was on my 3 yr old Rheem Gas 40 gal Water Heater due to the burner not igniting. When he arrived, he said right off the bat that’s not his Water Heater, but he could install a new 50 gal (different brand) water heater for only $1,800. Plus he kept dropping the F bomb as so many people do now days in their regular vocabulary. This irked me right away. I new this tank was still under warranty, so I asked him to charge me a service call, thanked him for coming right out & he was on his way. My wife then called The Faucet Doctor as we have had a very positive experience w/ them in the past. They sent their Tech/Plumber Izzy & he could not have been more pleasant when he arrived. I showed him the tank then waited for his response. Right away he said the Water Heater is still under warranty but we would have to pay for labor, which we expected. We approved & he got right to work & identified that the Pilot flame was working but the burner would not ignite. The gas valve was not working on the Gas Control Temperature Dial. He got right on the phone w/ their supplier as he did not have the part. After receiving the part Izzy drained our tank installed the new part & we had hot water in about an hour. The Control was $103 which we were reimbursed from Rheem & we Paid $229 for labor. Very pleased w/ The Faucet Doctor & will use them again if needed. FYI: Dont assume the advertisement/business cards on your appliances, garage door openers etc. are the companies that installed them. Your ears are your best weapon, so Ask a simple question & then listen to their response. Sorry this is so lengthy, but I had to share it.

Excellent service! Had our HVAC serviced. We have had nothing but awesome customer service and support with this company. Previously we had them out to replace our water heater. Nothing but 5 stars across the board.

Izzy was there very shortly after I called, I'm a realtor and people were coming into the house. We arrived and there was water on the floor of the bathroom. He did a great job of assessing the situation and got the repairs done in good time! This is why I call Faucet Dr whenever I have a problem with one of my listings and for my own home.

Sean was earlier than scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently. Very nice and polite. We will definitely use them in the future if needed!

It was the day before Christmas… the floor was all wet….first time user of the Faucet doctor. Technician Izzy arrived within an hour! Professional, courteous and knew his stuff! Thank you Izzy it was a Christmas miracle!

George was outstanding. Clearly explained his work. Found a mismatched part at one of the two HVAC compressors, completed the work professionally and cleaned up afterward.

Izzy did a good job of installing two faucets. But paying $450 for 75 minutes work is excessive. No new parts needed. I will find another Plumber in the future.

Alex came out yesterday to replace our water heater, and will be out again tomorrow to add an additional service for us. This young man blew me away with his authentic customer service. His communication was great, and when he left I looked at my husband and said, "wow, what a super nice guy!" My husband said "I know!". You just don't find that level of happiness, it felt like he was genuinely happy to be at our home heloing get out hot water back. What a rare gem your company has in him, I would have him back at our home anytime to do repairs...shoot he can for dinner too😂.

Thomas was not only on time, he was early. He quickly assessed the problem and had the garbage disposal working again in no time. All the while being quite pleasant.
