Plumbers promptly showed up at the beginning of the time frame I was given for their arrival. I was told the job would take 30 minutes, he lied, it took 27 minutes! 😁 Very friendly and professional. If I need plumbing help again, they will be the first I call.

Izzy did a great job installing our water filtration system! Very professional and courteous. We have used Faucet Doctor for years and will continue to do so. They will be installing a new water heater next month after the scale build has a chance to clear out of piping.

Explained step by step and did exactly what they stated. Minimal cutting through house. They were able to work without damaging tile, or wood floors. Removed an outdoor hose bib for replacement and found out there was no shut-off other than at the meter. Called Faucet Doctor and they responded quickly and helped me with the main shut-off and how the lines ran from the meter to the house, irrigation system and that one hose bib. Very friendly and knowledgeable service - and they didn't charge for it!

I needed was the angle stops and supply lines replaced in laundry, kitchen and bathrooms. Work was completed in minimum amount of time by friendly, helpful and professional plumbers. They evaluated the job beforehand to make sure i acutually needed the entire work suggestion done. I ended saving some money, not spending more than I actually needed!!

Great communication. Showed up on time. Great work. Educational. Not salesey. Fixed my reverse osmosis system and installed some new parts so I didn’t have to replace the whole thing. These guys are awesome. Another company I will not name said I should also replace my water heater (without running a diagnostic). These guys said it most likely just needs a flush, let’s start there, you shouldn’t need a new one for a few years. So now I am reaching back out so they can come flush my water heater. Great gals on the phone and great techs in person.

Scheduling was easy. Communication was good. Our technician checked everything out, gave us some things to try and will follow up with us if we have the situation happen again. I will definitely use them again in a heartbeat!
