Nate came out to my house on a 2 hour notice. Had an emergency and he was very knowledgeable, explained the process, and took care of it within the hour. Awesome job and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs

Had a hose bib break on Sunday afternoon & had to turn off the water to the house. Called these people because they had good reviews & were close. They were here within a couple of hours & made the necessary repairs at what I considered a fair price. The plumber also gave me a few tips if anything ever happened again. Extremely happy with the service.

The whole team here was amazing. Heather in the office worked really hard to help us out with all the insurance details. Ray was an amazing technician. He was very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Redoing all the piping underneath our house wasn't really in our plans but they were there for us throughout the entire process. They had really competitive pricing as well. I'm glad we were able to find such an honest company. I would definitely use these guys again. They're just good people.

We just closed on a new home. Unfortunately, the Seller refused to correct ANY plumbing issues in the house. After doing thorough research & reading a billion reviews, I chose Emergency Master Plumbing. I am thrilled we made the right choice! They are professional, offer reasonable rates, and timely in their responsiveness. Our plumber Zack who came to repair our issues was incredibly knowledgeable, competent, reliable, and an overall super nice guy! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely call on them again if further issues should arise.

Just want to start this out by saying Zach is the best plumber ever!!

Had an emergency last night and not only did Zach show up within the quoted time frame, he was early.
Zach was incredibly friendly and professional. You'd never know it was an after hours call that took well into the late night to fix. His positive attitude and helpful demeanor never even gave the slightest hint that this call was disrupting his night!

We are so grateful for Zach. He clearly takes pride in his work and is knowledgeable about what he does. He was efficient and thorough. His communication was clear and he set reasonable expectations for the task ahead.

Zach literally saved the day! (Or night in our case) good workers are hard to find but with Zach you've got a GREAT one!

We almost didn't use Emergency Master Plumbing do to the dispatcher. I believe her name was Heather. From the start of the call it was hard to hear her and it seemed like our call was a bother. She tried to push us to wait until the morning for assistance knowing we didn't have water and then went on to repeatedly tell us there was an after hours charge that couldn't be waived (we didn't even ask). It felt like not only did she not want our business but that she felt we couldn't afford the charge.

At the end of the day we are glad Zach was able to turn or experience around and that we didn't let Heather deter us. We definitely will have Zach back for any of our plumbing needs!

Called late on a Saturday afternoon and they came out that night and fixed our external hose bib that cracked. While doing the repair Justin was also able to fix the line connected for my irrigation system.

Because they were over whelmed at the time, they had an AC company that they are affiliated with to come out right away and correct the problems with my AC. A great set of people to work with Austin and Heather Lund go out of their way to help.

Austin has been doing taking care of me and my family for years now, called him in the morning and had service repaired by the afternoon! Unmatched service and quality. He has all the tools to find the solution fast and not waste your time or money!

This company is by far the best around. They do amazing work and the team is amazing to work with!! I would not call anyone else for any plumbing needs. Thanks for all your hard work guys and gals!

My ac was having issues in the middle of the night and seeing that it says “24 hour services”, I called this company. A woman called me back and told me she would call me right back after she called to see if the tech could come out. Never heard back from her. Called 10 times in a row an hour later and no answer. Called the emergency line as well and no response back even this morning. Don’t say you’re 24 hours if you’re not going to answer your phone.

I was visiting my mom in Morristown for the week and last night, the toilet started leaking after a shower. My mom called Emergency Master Plumbing and spoke with Justin. Justin was out the next morning and he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He articulated the issue to my mother and made her feel confident in the fixes today and potential follow up as there may need more work that needs to be done. Thank you for your help and so glad you have this service available for locals.

We had a leak from a bathtub on the second floor so I called emergency master plumbing and Air after the water remediation was done. Justin was my service tech he showed up on time was friendly did quality work, ended up being just issue I created for myself with a plumbing drain. Did not try to upsell me on replacing the entire pipe just fix the problem which saved me money and time I would highly recommend emergency master plumbing and Air for your plumbing needs.

Emergency Master Plumbing and Air was super fast in getting here to fix a water line leak! Justin was a fantastic service tech. Explained each step and what he was doing along the way. Would recommend to anyone! 5 stars!!!

We had an unexpected main sewer line clog after dinner. I called Emergency Master Plumbing, and they were here within 2 hrs. Justin started working and quickly realized that our sewer clean outs were installed backwards. Saved us a lot of time and money and had our home’s plumbing back to normal. Highly recommend Justin and Emergency Master Plumbing if you have any plumbing issues in the future!

AMAZING service !! I had an emergency plumbing issue that needed immediate repair. The woman who answered my call was accommodating, helpful and understanding. The gentleman named Nate that fixed my shower was very prompt and precise with his service. He also was extremely pleasant and friendly. What started as a “small problem” quickly turned into a much bigger job—but Austin and Justin were absolutely up to the task. They spent most of the day, on a Saturday no less, making sure everything with my kitchen sink was done right. The end result looks great and works flawlessly. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and dedication.

Austin is a great plumber. Fixed the timer on our water softener ( under warranty) no charge. Thanks again!!
