Nick was efficient and had a really good bedside manner. He was friendly and knew his stuff. He made the process of unclogging my sewer line as pleasant as it could be. Everything preceded in a smooth and organized manner.

When I bought my home, my hot water heater had a “Before & After” sticker on it. I’d already had two other plumbers come out—one felt way too sales-y, and the other was passive-aggressive and didn’t seem to care. Then Caleb came out, and it was such a breath of fresh air. He took the time to explain everything clearly (more than once!), made sure I understood my options at different price points, and never pressured me. As a first-time homeowner, it’s such a relief to have found a plumber I can truly trust.

Gave them a call about a broken water heater. Holly did a great job of getting the necessary info so she could provide an accurate solution. She said she could have someone there within 2 hours. Promised a callback with precise details of who and when he'd show up. She was very thorough, friendly, and a good sence of humor. (She likes her job!)
Ryan arrived in less than an hour. Very nice guy. Professional. Gave me all of my options. He gave me a price, I approved and he jumped right in. Started tank drain process and left to get a specific new tank that would fit in my confined space. Installed new water heater with all new parts, including new pipes, valve even a containment tray. He had to run and get a new expansion tank that would fit my space. Finished instalation was perfect. He paid great attention to detail. Very clean job. It could not have been done better. Seriously. Great job! Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with Before and After. They were very timely responding and Caleb did a great job with our variety of tasks - installing our new sink, a garbage disposal, new water lines and p- trap, re-installing our dishwasher and hooking up the water line to our new refrigerator. All of this within 2 hours after calling them on a Saturday afternoon. Request Caleb for service, if possible - very knowledgeable and professional young man. We highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Caleb was fantastic! There was multiple things that needed to be done and he was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. He walked me through everything and the what we need fixed for our new house. I know where I am going now for any future issues!!

B&A installed a water softener for our house about 2.5 years ago. This week we had a local plumber come out to doing some work. We asked him to look at the tubing from the softener since it looked flattened and we were concerned that water wasn't being 'softened'. The plumber said that the plastic tubing B&A used was meant to be used outdoors. We are having it replaced with pvc piping. B&A should have known what kind of tubing/piping to put in.

I appreciate Nick's outstanding assistance, patience, and professionalism. Although DIY projects may seem straightforward, they can quickly become complicated, as I discovered when I inadvertently damaged the under-the-sink cold and hot water valves, leaving me without water on a weekend. In such situations, it is essential to enlist the expertise of professionals!

Nick arrived on time and spent about two hours replacing a shower valve cartridge. He was very friendly and professional and took pride in his work, getting all of it to fit perfectly. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Technician arrived promptly and asked for my feedback regarding the issues with the water softener. He was able to immediately recognize the problem and got in contact with the supplier. Parts were available and issues got solved the same day. Thank you.

I used this company almost 7 years ago because my water heater failed and they did a great job on the same day. Well here we are and another water heater failed. I am perfectly capable of swapping the unit out but was short on time and didn’t have a place to get rid of the old water heater so I called them again and they were able to get someone to my house same day. The plumber provided a few options starting at $2000 for a water heater and a specific list of items that were supposed to come with the package. Well all I can say is make sure and review the list and make sure you get it. I asked specifically if the valve was replaced and the plumber said no. Also there was supposed to be a new drain pain which also wasn’t replaced. I was discounted $50 for the pan but I was S.O.L. on the valve unless I was willing for him to replumb for the valve. Long story short, this is how trust is broken and I won’t call or recommend again.

Needed same-day service, with no notice, to make sure we had a working toilet over the weekend. Before & After was able to get someone out the same day, within an hour. Caleb was kind, professional, and super helpful, and I'm so grateful they were able to take care of my needs so promptly.

During a new roof installation an issue with the solar water heater was encountered. The roofing company contacted Before and After and within 1 hour Service Technician, Mauricio Holguin-Angeles arrived to assess the situation. It was decided to replace the solar heater with a new electric water heater. Mauricio removed the old unused water softener unit, ran new drain pipe and installed the new water heater. He communicated with us so there were no surprises and assured water service was returned to the house and running well. All this was completed in just a few hours. I’m new to the Sun City area but I now know who I will be calling for any future plumbing needs. You should too when it warrants. You won’t be sorry. Thank you Mauricio!

So glad we called! Leann on the phone was kind and efficient, just a couple minutes on the phone and an hour later Mauricio was at our house ready to complete the sink install my husband first attempted as a DIY. Very reasonable price and 2 hours later we have our brand new kitchen sink. Mauricio was so pleasant to work with, explained everything in detail and gave us a fair price quote before starting so we knew exactly what we were getting.
