Really disappointed with this experience. We were first time customers, so we chose the advertised $299 special, a 5 hour deep clean.

The Wednesday before our service April, the owner, was supposed to call and confirm. When I didn’t hear from her, I reached out. That should have been the first red flag.

We were given a 1:00–1:15pm arrival window for the day of our service. By 1:45pm no one had showed up so I had to call (again). The cleaners arrived after 2:00pm and started around 2:15pm. They left at 4:30pm.

Our top priorities were discussed twice – baseboards/floors, kitchen, and bathroom. The baseboards weren’t done at all and the bathroom counters and fixtures were missed. The worst part was, our bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke afterward.

I emailed April and asked about a partial refund. I was told the service was “completed in full” and that this would be her final correspondence. She never offered a resolution or mentioned their “100% satisfaction guarantee.” In my opinion, April is dismissive and unpleasant. Thanks for making it so easy to choose a different company in the future.

p.s. I'm betting April is going to respond (as she did to my email) with some ChatGPT phrased rebuttal debunking what I'm saying - if that happens - see picture.

This was my initial experience with Going Greenhouse. I am very pleased. The kitchen doesn't show it's 75 years of age. Dust bunnies are gone. Floors are clean. The bathroooms sparkle. The bedroom looks better than ever! And the place smells amazing! I want to personally thank the duo who did this fantastic work. Michele was in charge. She's a great listener and paid attention to my concerns. Her crew member was Daisa. She's the quiet one. She also does impeccable work. Thank you so much!

The Going Green team did a fantastic job. Such a great feeling come home to a deep clean. Mackenzie and Martin took their time and did a thorough job. Our place has not been this spotless since we moved in. April communicated great and a joy to work with. Recommend them to anyone looking.

Great experience with Peak - they were able to coordinate a move-in cleaning during high-demand holiday time and walked me through all the different options. Erika showed up exactly on time and did an incredible job. And, Peak also quickly refunded a portion when it turned out part of the house wasn’t accessible to clean due to an ongoing renovation. Would definitely recommend this service, great price, communication and results.

The algorithm didn’t put my search with Peak at the top, rather it was listed third, but I went with my gut and wasn’t disappointed. Rolly scheduled the move out cleaning appointment for my son’s apartment to fit the most convenient time. Maria followed up with the progress nearing the appointment. The communication was amazing all around even with the follow up inspection by Maxine. But the star of the show was Jenna H. The apartment had been lived in for five years without a deep cleaning and Jenna left it spotless as in “move in” not “move out” condition. Jenna did it in the time that was specified by Rolly and did the work of three people! Jenna and Peak totally rocked! Highly highly recommend them!!

I had a great experience with Peak Cleaning! We last minute needed to do a professional cleaning move-out service for our condo. We were able to get right in on the schedule for Labor Day, which we were nervous for. The cleaner arrived right on time as the movers took the last bit of furniture out and began right away. We came back to drop our keys off and the place was spotless and looks like we never even lived there! I would suggest Peak Cleaning for any service- we might even continue to hire them for bi-monthly touch ups!

Great cleaning company. These guys have been very thorough in cleaning our Airbnb for the last three years. They take pictures before and after every cleaning and we’ve had zero guest complaints. Maybe the best part is, they know when your tenants move in and out they automatically schedule cleanings for you.

The team at Peak is always so pleasant and working with me to help with 2 corporate condos! They are so very helpful when we have last minute changes or schedule changes on our end. So grateful for them every week! Highly recommend!

I've been using Peak Cleaning for the last couple of years.

They've done an excellent job and their communication is always timely and clear.

I live in my condo part time so on some occasions I use them for a standard cleaning service and others for turning my condo over in-between Airbnb/VRBO guests.

I've found the key to getting the very best service from them is to write out detailed instructions for their cleaners. They'll follow it to the letter!

Using Peak Cleaning gives me peace of mind while I'm abroad. I know for sure that my place is in good hands with them.

Move out cleaning for a student apartment was great at a very reasonable price. Peak was able to accommodate a Saturday cleaning for us which was very helpful since we were only in the area for the weekend. Eva did an amazing job cleaning, I didn’t think an oven could get that clean inside again! She got everything else, bedroom, bathroom, even inside the closets absolutely spotless.
