We had such a great experience with Victoria from Carole’s House Cleaning! She was right on time, super friendly, and took the time to ask what we wanted her to focus on during the cleaning. We had requested window cleaning, and wow—she made them absolutely spotless. 🤩 The whole experience felt thoughtful and thorough. We really appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I am SO thrilled I arrived to our phoenix condo yesterday and realized I had forgotten to have the condo cleaned. I called last night after hours, and they moved something to fit me in today! I am SO grateful! Mercedes was delightful!!!!

Hello, I received home cleaning service by Ms. Aexa today. Alexa was prompt and asked questions. I think she managed time well and if recommend again.

Teena was absolutely wonderful! Not only is she friendly and polite, but she cleaned beyond my own standards! And if you know me, then you know my cleaning standards are ridiculously high. I would definitely have her back to clean my home again.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. Didn't have to pay anything up front. Alexis showed up on time and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend.

Lisa has been our house cleaner around a year and couldn’t be more pleased. She does an amazing job! And she is so kind!

Bryan did a fantastic job! I’m super happy with the result and the fun banter. Worked on my garage, nasty place at first.

We used this cleaning service as we have injuries. The girl was very sweet, and we asked her to start with the 2 bathrooms. Following that, she needed instructions as to what to do next. The bathtub taps were not done, nor was the kitchen sink. We also had to go over some of the dusting of what she had done and what she had missed. We also had to clean the glass top on the nightstands with windex as dusting alone wasn't enough.
She only brought a small stick vacume but we had her use ours as the roller in her vacuum was packed with what looked like dog hair. It appears not to have been cleaned in a while.
Perhaps she's young and inexperienced; however, it's up to the company to teach their employees how to be efficient and do a proper job, and provide a proper and maintained vacuumed cleaner!

I paid around $200 for 3 hours of “deep cleaning” and let me tell you - the cleanliness of my apartment was nowhere near satisfactory.

I will be calling the office to complain about this unacceptable service.

None of my windows were cleaned AT ALL which resulted in me cleaning after the cleaning lady was gone..

Examples:
A) My glass shower doors were left covered in previous shower water spots, so I’m assuming the shower wasn’t cleaned or serviced at all..
B) My oven was left filthy even though I specifically noted and pointed out my kitchen appliances needed to be cleaned.

The whole apartment is “cleanish” (when something is wet so it might seem clean to the naked eye), but nowhere near how good of a job I could’ve done myself in 3 hours and saved myself ~$200.

One and done with this company and would not recommend.

ZERO stars and a warning. I booked a cleaning in September for a cleaning in November. Confirmed the cleaning appointment 2 days before (and they sold me on carpet cleaning too). THen, less than 24 hours before they were to show, they called and cancelled, saying the house was outside of their service area. Leaving me to scramble, make arrangements for a replacement service and pay a lot extra. DO NOT USE>

I scheduled move out cleaning with Carole’s and the entire process was super easy and effortless! I really loved how all of the team communicated and Maria did a fantastic job cleaning the apartment we lived in for 2 years.

Great cleaning service. Very thorough and quick. Bryan did a great job and made sure we were happy with everything.

Paid for move out cleaning services and carpet cleaning. The carpet was done pretty good but the move out cleaning wasn't done. Contacted them and after sending 3 different girls out it still wasn't done. My landlord had to pay a different company to get the house cleaned. So I was charged twice and this company refuses to give any type of refund. Don't use the company, there nothing but a headache and waste of time!

Horrible. Kitchen counters not wiped, kitchen sink not touched, bathrooms nearly untouched, nothing moved from counters just a slight wipe. Absolutely disappointing after having a very long day and looking forward to coming home to a “deep cleaned” house. The whole idea was to not have to do it myself since work/life has been extremely busy and we have Christmas company. Now I get to spend my Friday night cleaning! I DO NOT recommend this company. Save your money and just do it yourself!

Not a great experience. Scheduled for a move in cleaning for vacant home, along with carpet cleaning. I was told the cleaners would wipe down the walls as high as they could reach on a two step ladder. Day of after seeing the process while changing locks we were told they do not use a two step ladder. The tile floors are still quite dirty. I have a Pic is from wiping down a tile with paper towel and water bilut dont see a way to post here. Cleaners told the person there changing the locks they never got paid. But I never received a call, or invoice for payment.

Carpet cleaner arrived later in the evening and said he would not start until he received payment. But that if we left a good review on Google first he would start the cleaning prior to payment. (Just paid him first)The carpets did come out very nice so happy with the work there.

Overall just a poor experience, Noone was clear about actual payment process, and was mislead about what would be cleaned.
