We have our regular cleaner, Alexis, and she is always on her game. Everything that we requested she followed through on, and her cleaning is consistent every time. I would highly recommend this company and Alexis.

We hired this company for a move out clean on July 31st for my daughter and her roommates home. This was the WORST mistake. The cleaning was not done. The bathrooms were left untouched, the floor unmopped and walls and blinds not touched. This company has several bad reviews and all of them mirror our experience.

Upon further investigation of this company, we have found that they don’t actually have their own cleaning crew, which is why there are so many good reviews on top of the bad reviews. This company hires their cleaning people from an App called thumbtack. They do not vet the people they are sending to your home. They do not know if they have cleaning experience or if they are going to do a good job. I recommend looking further to find a cleaning company that is reputable and has better customer service and professional cleaning people if you’re looking to have your home cleaned correctly.

I have been getting cleaning for over a year with Carole’s cleaning and they always do an amazing job! Their customer service always goes above and beyond to make sure they meet your needs. Kevin is our typical cleaner and his eye for details are superb!

Very poor experience with Carole's House Cleaning. I hired this company for a move out cleaning the day before my apartment walk through and turning in my keys. The unit was completely empty. I was not present during the cleaning, and this fact was exploited by the cleaner. Many surfaces showed no sign of cleaning, compelling me to clean conspicuous blemishes that the cleaner neglected before my walk through. The attached photos were taken the day AFTER what was promised to be thorough cleaning. I promptly contacted the company, and I have spent the last TWO WEEKS in correspondence with various managers who have assured me -multiple times- that the owner will be contacting me... doubtless giving me the runaround hoping I will forget about my dissatisfaction with their service. If it wasn't for the hundreds of Google reviews, I would assume that Carole's House Cleaning is a fraudulent company based on my experience. An unacceptable service for $286, and scandalous customer service AFTER they already have my money. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, and I strongly encourage anyone seeking thorough housecleaning and upright business practices to find another company.

Kevin paid great attention to detail and was very courteous. House was in pretty bad shape and he left it spotless. We paid for a four hour deep clean and it was well worth the extra money!

Rachel did an amazing job. Every nook and cranny was cleaned. The windows were beautifully done with no streaks or remnants. The kitchen and bathrooms were squeaky clean. As well as the bedroom ceiling fan and lights.

Great company and cleaners! They clean 2 of our airbnbs, we're getting great reviews and they communicate effectively and integrated into our operations easily after our private cleaner passed away. We've been hosting for 6 years in 2 states and this company is organized and does a great job. 👍

As scheduled for a cleaning between 9-11, at 11:15 I called for an update since no one had arrived. I was informed that the cleaner assigned had experienced car trouble and wouldn’t make it and they’d reschedule me same time next day. About 10 minutes later she shows up and states it’ll be a 3 hour clean vs 2 and cost an extra $40 from the original quote of the new client special which was $179 for 3 hours. Mind you, I have a less than 2,000 sq ft 4 bd 2 1/2 ba house and wasn’t cleaning 2 beds. I do have dogs, however the house isn’t in a bad condition. I’ve used cleaners for a few years and typically a team of two got my entire house done in just under 2 hours so although I was annoyed I understood since it was one person. Today she arrived an hour and a half late and explained she had a flat tire and went to the wrong address. After a few hours of cleaning we found that none of the bathroom sinks were cleaned, the master shower had obviously not been cleaned (visible soap residue on tile flooring and glass with water/soap marks), a table in the living room completely missed with dusting, glass back door not wiped down and personal belongings moved about/decorations not properly replaced.

Overall on a scale 1-10 the clean is rate a 5, overall experience a 4. She was nice and I feel badly for such a rough review but also very disappointed in the service we received.

We scheduled a 3-hour cleaning service for a 3b2b 1800 sqft house. The cleaning lady came and said “not bad at all”. After 2.5 hours, she said she needs at least another 2 hours to finish. By that time, she only dusted the fans, window shatters and took out of all my drawer liners. The fridge is half cleaned, the bathrooms have her cleaning tool everywhere but does not seem to be cleaned at all. For the left 0.5 hours, I asked her to finish up the fridge, and caught her on her phone three time in these 0.5 hours. No wonder why she needs another 2 hours.

Not a good experience. Do not recommend.

There special is only for one person.. make sure you get more people if you want your place fully cleaned. Our cleaner did what she could, but lots not done due to only having 1 person. Was not communicated beforehand that only 1 person comes.. company says they will communicate that after my experience, hopefully they do for future customers so we know what to expect in the future. All in all, I think the company handled it professionally and offered a lower price on my next service due to this issue but I think I’ll try a new company instead.

I booked this company for a move-out cleaning, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service. The team rushed through the job and left many areas completely untouched. The kitchen counters and cabinets were still dirty, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, and there was dust in every corner. For the amount I paid, I expected a professional, detailed cleaning—especially for a move-out.

I had to spend extra time re-cleaning several areas myself because they were not even close to move-out ready. Customer service was not helpful and did not offer any solution or follow-up.

I do not recommend this cleaning service. Save your money and hire someone who actually delivers what they promise.

NO idea how this place is able to remain in business. First, our cleaner’s “car stopped working randomly” so she cancelled ten minutes before service. Then, they rescheduled us with “the best cleaner on the team” and it was the exact same woman who cancelled on us. When she showed up, she let us know that she didn’t have a working vacuum or any paper towels. We let her use ours, but it seems extremely odd that a cleaner doesn’t have those things? Then, she proceeded to do the slowest cleaning job I’ve ever seen. We’re talking four hours for one bedroom and a kitchen. She also tried to charge us because it took her longer than the three hours alotted, but our home never takes other cleaners more than 2 or 3 hours max, she’s just incredibly slow. All around the strangest, slowest cleaning we’ve ever had, and most of it will have to be redone as there’s streaks and missed spots on every mirror and counter top. Definitely not worth the money, but absolutely not worth the time.

Had a seamless experience with Carole’s House Cleaning. The staff were all super professional and they did an excellent job with the space on the initial clean. They were able to move things around schedule-wise and get me in same-day when I reached out to them whereas most other companies were a few days out. Would highly recommend - I will be using them moving forward for regular cleanings on a monthly basis.

Carole’s Cleaning Company is phenomenal and Lisa is a total superstar. My place has never looked this good. She was professional, incredibly thorough, and caught details I didn’t even think about. This wasn’t just a clean, it was a full glow up. If you want spotless, stress free, next level results, ask for Lisa. I’m recommending her to everyone.

This was the best house cleaning service I've ever had! Brian kept me in the loop as far as exactly what time the cleaner would arrive, and Anna arrived promptly on time and got to work immediately. She was very efficient and thorough, and I will definitely hire them again! Also, their price was literally half of what was quoted by another house cleaner. Give this company a shot - they provide exceptional service from beginning to end and do the job well.

Had paid $1180 for their move in services, including washing interior windows, general cleaning of the bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator, and carpet/tile with grout sealing (mind you, the entire house is empty as we have not moved in yet).
I had confirmed weeks earlier their “team“ would be at the house “early in the morning“ so we could start moving in later that evening.
What really happened…there was 1 individual who showed up in the morning to do all the house cleaning. She was there well over 4 hours and I’m not sure what she actually accomplished as you’ll see from the pics attached to this review. The outside of the toilets were still dirty, the shower was not touched, the inside of the fridge was not cleaned, and there was still dust on the windowsills.
The carpet/tile guy didn’t even come till after 2 PM and was from an entirely different company (Mr Clean Carpet Care). He was rude and very unprofessional. Because of how late he was, we weren’t even able to start moving in until the next day.
It turned out both of these services were actually contracted out and not directly employed with Carole’s house cleaning services as implied when I made the appointment in the first place. And instead of paying $1180 to Carole’s, I paid $400 directly to the house cleaning individual and $1180 to the rude carpet cleaning individual.
When I voiced my concerns with Carole’s, I was told by Edward to send pictures of my concerns and he would get back to me after talking with his manager. I sent Edward the attached pictures and never heard back from him, that was over 2 weeks ago.
I feel completely scammed over the cost I paid for such a poor service and highly advise anyone from using this company in the future.

Alexis is extremely professional, paid close attention to every detail, and worked in a very effective and efficient manner. I really appreciated how they customized the cleaning to my home’s specific needs. Alexis was also very professional and on time, which I value greatly. We had a cleaning service come to our home yesterday, and I wanted to share what a great experience we had. The gentleman they sent, Bryan, did an outstanding job from start to finish!

He was very patient and took the time to walk through our home with us before getting started so he could fully understand our needs and expectations. Throughout the process, he was extremely careful with our belongings. Making sure any small items he moved were placed right back where they originally were. When he finished, he invited us to walk through the house to make sure we were completely happy with the results. That level of professionalism and attention to detail really stood out.
