Peak Cleaning is always courteous and responds promptly texts and/or emails. They address promptly to any concerns I might have and are easy to work with. We arrived last night to a very clean home, thanks to Peak and their employees!

I have been using peak cleaning on my out of state STR property. They have been extremely easy to communicate with and the house has been properly cleaned before every guest check in. I am very pleased with their services. We recently faced a bit of a problem with the rental agency and Peak went above and beyond to ensure the house was properly cleaned in time for the guest check in even though it hadn’t been scheduled. I can not say enough about this company. I ended up going with Peak Plus and it has saved me a lot of headache dealing with linens. Crazy how many times they need to be switched out due to minor stains.

Peak is awesome for my Airbnb. They are communicative so easy to work with and keep the home spotless between guests. I love how easy they are to book automatically through hospitable. They book all the cleanings automatically and there is minimal interaction required on my part. Highly recommend Peak for all your cleaning needs!!

I booked a move-out clean and paid over $1100. for it. House is 2600 sq ft. Nothing was very dirty in the house, including the oven and fridge. After they did it and we checked on the job, we saw that they did not even clean the garage or furnace room. I had specifically told them that I wanted the garage swept before they went. I sent them an email and Romain said he had talked with his team and they assured him that they did in fact clean the garage, which was not true. So I sent him photos showing it was not done. Then they did a great job of going out there on a Sunday, as the new owners had possession of the house on Monday. When I talked to him about it, he said they never clean the furnace room or the garage because nobody ever asked them to do that. I think that is very bizarre. To pay $1,100 for a move out clean on a house, you should at least sweep the garage and furnace room also, as they are part of the house. I thought it was extremely expensive and not finished properly, although they did go back and clen the two rooms that they missed.

Peak preformed a move-out clean of our home. We had pets and children that made the job a big endeavor. We were very happy with the service from the scheduling process to the cleaning provided.

We have used Peak Cleaning for turnover cleaning between short term rental guests. They are very professional and timely with excellent communication and most importantly leave the place looking sparkly clean each visit. Two great house cleanings in a row!! Last week, Gabby came and did an amazing job cleaning and tidying up my house after I had been sick for a month and incredibly busy with work. She cleaned everything up and put things away organized neatly where I had asked her to and cleaned all the surfaces and bathrooms I had requested.

After my roommate moved out, Adriana came this week and did a crazy thorough deep clean including all the baseboards, the dust on the wall, with extra mopping as requested and got all the dust in the little nooks and crannies as well.

I’m so grateful and highly recommend them both! Payment was very convenient either in cash or over the phone and booking online was also super easy.
