Peak Cleaning is a top notch company. Short term rentals RELY on an extremely clean home and Peak delivers every time. The attention to detail is incredible as they will text immediately if ever they notice something damaged/stained/out of stock. I often have guests asking day of for late checkout and I simply message Peak and they accommodate. Whenever I stop by the house to work on something, the cleaners are so friendly! Hired Peak for Airbnb services for the past couple of months.

Pros:
-Adequate cleaning
-Timely
-Easy integration with Airbnb calendar
-Fair pricing
-Decent presentation of home

Cons:
-Unsatisfactory communication, not clear when cleaning team would finish or if there were issues with the home. Had to reach out persistently to get information. One instance we had a damaged coffee table and it was not mentioned to us. Luckily we checked on the home before the next guest checked in.
-Inconsistent cleaning, specifically vacuuming all areas of home (carpet vs rug vs hardwood)
-Lack of organization/management of off-site laundry: cleaning team requested we allow them to finish extra loads of laundry due to number of towels used by guest. They were not returned or communicated that they were done within 48hrs as they stated. Had to hassle in order to make sure towels were returned.

Called the previous week to schedule a move-out clean & carpet clean for early following week as we were giving the keys back on Thurs. I spoke with two representatives to discuss the details but did not receive a time window when they would arrive. I called the day before they were suppose to show up & to my surprise they did not have me on their schedule. when talking to the gentleman, I didn't get the impression they were going to be able to accommodate getting me added to their schedule so I had to go with someone else. I'm sure they do great work when you're on their schedule but my experience was an utter failure.

I’m a Realtor and have used Peak cleaning on many of my clients homes as well as my own personal properties. They always do a wonderful job, have great communication, and the cleaners don’t cut corners. I generally order the move in/move out cleaning and it’s totally worth it to have blinds dusted, interior of windows washed, appliances cleaned, baseboards cleaned etc.

We’ve been using Peak Cleaning services for general house cleanings for almost a year now and have always been impressed with their customer support and level of detail with house cleanings. Eva is the cleaner we book for cleanings and she’s been awesome and couldn’t ask for a better person for the job.
