I've been with Molly Maid since 2016. Their service is enhanced with their flexibility to our needs and focus on our satisfaction. We recently moved to a new home and now have another terrific team! Koreena and Sarai, Team 12, enter our home with a smile while being professional and efficient in what they do. I am grateful for the care they take to make our home shine. We have been using Molly Maid for several years since moving to Arizona. Our team of Maria and Luly are wonderful. Firstly, they are friendly, polite and extremely hardworking. The house is always spotless and sparkles when they leave. They really are wonderful ladies!! The Molly Maid service is dependable - the team is always prompt and the text updates and reminders are appreciated. If we need to change week/date for some reason the company is always accommodating. They bring all the cleaning supplies which is just so convenient. Overall I would recommend this company and especially Maria and Luly!

I would like to recognize the professionalism of the office staff (Denise) ovee the years, she has been so helpful when we need to rearrange cleaning dates. All the teams that have graced our home with their abilities have been wonderful.
Team #12, Koreena and Sarai are efficient and always ask if I need anything special done. I appreciate all you do. Such a hard working team.

Overall, I was very disappointed in the service. I got the service specifically for the baseboards and cabinets to be cleaned. The house is already relatively clean to begin with, so I wanted a deep clean. Altogether, the two cleaners cleaned 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room in 2 1/2 hours. When we got home, I noticed multiple baseboards and the cabinets were not cleaned. I called them about the situation and I had very limited time slots in 48 hours to have them come back and clean. I explained I would like the cleaners back, but had time constraints because of important engagements. They offered a $20 credit for a future cleaning. The cleaners still cleaned the house, but missed a lot of the things I specifically wanted. I will look for another service in the future.

My rental home was both disgusting and incredibly gross. I made an attempt to clean and after spending hours I was unable to see any cleaning improvements. Now It looks beautiful and is ready to show.

The two lady crew who come to my home are two of the nicest, best and most efficient crews I've ever had. Absolutely great!!

We absolutely love Maria Elena and Irma! They clean our homes in Chandler and in Queen Creek weekly and are like part of our family after all these years. Our homes are always left clean, smelling fresh, and like brand new each week. It has taken a HUGE weight off our shoulders having help and knowing we can trust our team without any hesitation. We also like that we have the same team each week, and they know exactly how our house functions and what we like. We needed a move out type of cleaning due to a broken pipe and construction in our home. Molly Maids was super easy to work with, professional, reasonably priced and came ahead of schedule. They cleaned walls from construction dust and did a great job. Will definitely use again.

We can't say enough good things about Molly Maid, and specifically our cleaners, Team # 11 - M. Elena and Alondra. We've been relying on them to clean our house for a couple of years, and they consistently do an incredible job. They pay attention to all the little things, from dusting intricate furniture and cleaning under things (not just around) to organizing countertops. What we appreciate most is their reliability and professionalism. It's such a relief to know that even with our incredibly busy schedule, we can still have a perfectly clean house every week despite having 6 pets, and we trust them completely. They are efficient and flexible, if for example I need to get the office cleaned first because I have to get on a call for work.
