Maria and Loly have been my cleaners for years now. They did such an awesome job at our last house, that when we moved this summer, we brought them in again. They always do a spectacular job and I so appreciate that they put things back in the correct spot after they clean an area. Since I work from home they're always so accommodating in waiting to do my office last. I've had this team clean my daughter's house as well right before a big event and right before they had a baby. Can't recommend them more highly!

I have been a loyal Molly Maid customer for many years. The team arrives promptly, and they're always so pleasant and nice. Maria Elena and Irma are the team that clean my house on a regular basis. I love having a consistent team because they know me and my house - plus I think it's just becomes more personal when you get to know each other a little bit. They do a really great job cleaning the house - cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, doing all the vacuuming and mopping the floor plus cleaning off my blinds and ceiling fans which get notoriously dusty here in Arizona. Yolanda and Emma (team 5) are the best! They have been cleaning my home for over 10 years and I would definitely give them 5 stars! They are friendly and prompt, and they do a really great job cleaning my home. If there is ever anything I'd like done differently (when we got new flooring or appliances), they immediately made the changes I requested for the new surfaces. We have never had better value for the housekeeping services in all the years I have owned a home. I truly appreciate this team, and recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

We've been a customer for well over a year now and have been extremely happy with the service at the price point. My household is two lazy nerds that have a hard time keeping the place clean due to the concept of "out of sight, out of mind" and the Molly Maid team comes by every two weeks to help us with the aspects of cleaning we just can't remember to do. Always super polite and easy to ask for a particular area to be focused on. I would recommend them to anyone in the area without hesitation.

The administrative staff is great too. They send timely reminders and scheduling is always very easy.

Molly Maid Team 5, Yolanda and Emma, provides an excellent service. They have been cleaning our house for more than one year, we are very satisfied with their work and will continue to have them come.

We have tried other cleaning companies in the past, there were always somethings which were done substandard. Molly Maid Team 5 has out performed all of them and I am a very detail oriented person. In addition to standard cleaning, they dust every small decor I have on the shelves, which are quite a few, wipe down all cabinet surfaces and doors each time, which some companies would charge extra for. They leave sinks, bathtubs and tile floor sparkly and shining. They also vacuum upholsteries. We highly recommend them.

I have been using Molly Maid for monthly house cleaning for years and I’ve been very happy with their service. I love coming home to a fresh, clean house after a long day at work. They typically send two women to clean my 3 bedroom home. I would recommend them.

I have been using Molly Maid in the Ahwatukee section of Phoenix, AZ for my house cleaning for several months now. All of the cleaners arrive on time and when they leave, my house is sparkling! The two member team works well together and they use my products for my granite counter tops as I requested. Yolanda and Emma (team 5) have been to my house several times. They do an excellent job and have a great attention to detail. Because I can't physically do all of the house cleaning anymore, I appreciate being able to rely on Molly Maid and their staff to help me keep my house looking great! I would highly recommend Molly Maid to anyone looking for cleaning help.

I didn’t end up using this company’s services, but I called to request a quote for monthly or twice-monthly cleaning. They told me they wouldn’t provide any pricing unless I first scheduled a service to see if I liked them. I found this policy to be questionable and unreasonable. They were quick to respond however.

Beware this place will rip you off 3 and half hrs of clean for a 2 bedroom empty apartment shouldn't cost $800 and we still have clean spots they missed.

Update … a week after I wrote this review, they called my wife to try and justify the price and why our original quote was increased mid service. They said it was explained to us(it was not). After my wife pointed that out, the woman started getting very rude with her and blaming us. This place is a joke.

We absolutely love Molly Maid! The office staff are very communicative and friendly. We have had a couple of teams clean our home and they have all done a very good job. Our favorite team is Team 5, Yolanda and Emma. They are so sweet and do a fantastic, detailed job. I used to have so much back pain trying to keep the floors clean when we moved into our home six years ago. Molly Maid has made such a huge difference in our lives. We can depend on them for a once a month deep clean of our home and we can manage the upkeep in between so much easier and with much less back pain. They only raised their pricing once in six years and we were more than happy to pay the increase because of how great they do.

I have my home cleaned regularly by the Molly Maid team and am very pleased - they are easy to communicate and schedule with. And Gabby & colleagues do a consistently excellent job cleaning each time!

Molly Maid has been doing monthly cleaning of my house for a good number of years. Over that time many different teams have done the cleaning, most recently team 12, and the folks on each team have been pleasant, diligent, and personable. All have done good jobs.
I appreciate folks in the office as well—the few times I have had to change an appointment due to travel, they have been very accommodating.
I feel good about the folks that come to clean knowing that they bring all the needed equipment and as well are covered by workman’s compensation. I can recommend the organization very highly.

I called this company for 2 hours house cleaning. They provided very bad service. Two girls came at 3:43pm & start cleaning. At 5:20 pm they started packing their stuff & put it in their car . They said they came at 3:30pm. When I told them I have camera at my front door & I was keeping track of their time, then they said their GPS showed them the reachable time 3:30pm. I said if I am paying money per hour 15-20 minutes have value for me. Then they took their cleaning stuff back to my home from their car, they literally waste almost 15 minutes & what they cleaned I am going to attach few pictures here. If you guys think that is cleaning, & you want to waste money then you can hire them. Otherwise I am not recommending this company at all. Next day when I get a call from this company for the feedback, i explained to Kristina everything & I sent her these pictures. Even I didn’t asked any money back. She was trying to pretend that it was my fault ( as a customer) that I had to inform them yesterday right after they left. She told me their company followed GPS time & she said they are not going to charge me for the extra 15 minutes. In fact, their girls waste 15 minutes out of 2 hours I already paid them in packing & unpacking their stuff. She asked me the feedback I gave them honestly. But her behavior was not professional.

Team 13 was not unlucky at all they did a great job! I will be using Molly maids again. Another thing I loved was that the products they used were not overly perfumed.they left the house smelling good but not like a bottle of pinesol was spilled. Which one of their competitors did.

I have been using Molly Maid for my past three residences, beginning in 1996. They started out really good, but these past couple of years, not so much. Last Thanksgiving I had out of town family staying at my house. I booked my cleaning for a couple of days before Thanksgiving. My home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining room. It is a very easy home to clean - uncluttered and tidy. Two women showed up and literally were in and out of my house in 55 minutes. The team usually spends at least 2 hours cleaning my home. I was shocked when they said they had finished my home, and gave things a quick look over, and they left. Later that day I noticed a few spots that were missed with dusting, and in my bathroom and kitchen there were a couple of places that still had water spots and/or dust on them. I told myself it would have to wait until my house guests left after Thanksgiving, as I was also hosting 30 people at my home on Thursday. I called Molly Maid one week later on a Tuesday (my initial cleaning took place the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.) I was told that I waited too long to call them, and usually they would send a crew back in to do light touch ups, but that I missed "the window." I explained that my guests just left and that is why I called a week later. I also explained that I had been using their company in all three of my previous homes and asked to speak to a manager. They told me that I couldn't speak with a manager because they will only tell me the same thing. I was given no consideration as an established and reliable client of theirs for 30 years. I told them I was upset and disappointed that they were not even willing to make it right, and they didn't seem to care. I was beside myself.

Very disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled a post-move-out cleaning and was charged $400, yet nearly the entire house needed to be recleaned—aside from the kitchen. When I raised concerns, the only acknowledgment was that the fridge might qualify for a re-clean. That’s incredibly frustrating, especially for such a steep price.

We will not be using Molly Maid again. We had to hire another cleaning company to come in and do a full house cleaning—including blinds, fans, and windows—for $450. The carpets had already been professionally cleaned before Molly Maid even arrived, and the carpet cleaners actually commented that the house looked clean prior to their visit. It’s hard to believe we were charged so much for such little work.
