Started my project 2 years ago and it still isn’t done. They refuse to come back to finish to job. This is headed to litigation. I do not recommend using this company. Highly unprofessional and unaccountable. Double check all your invoices. We’ve numerous large accounting errors as well that they also refuse to address. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Where to begin. First off project took over 2 years to complete. The pavers put down were not the pavers we agreed on, plus they were not even level. The pavers put down looked used and were all broken. They called them tumbles pavers. We didn’t want them since they were delivered but they put them down anyway. The water feature wall on the pool leaks and causes terrible calcium buildup because it was not sealed or installed correctly. They will tell you the pool will be 5ft from the wall when in reality it’s over 6 feet from the wall. Rain would cause water build up on the house but the owner Drew thought that water had to sit for almost a week for it to be considered defective. Arizona Registrar of Contractors came out and told Drew water sitting for half hour is considered a draining issue. We had a pergola put up and the owner Drew thought the top of the pergola would be the same color as the rest of the pergola, but Drew was wrong again. Some owner of a company, right? They never want to fix any of their errors, unless it’s in writing and makes excuses for everything. Drew is not a man of his word, and if you want your backyard done right, SHOP ELSEWHERE!! EEC only cares about getting paid and we paid in cash, they still don't care. Such a joke of a company and Drew is the worst owner a company can have.

The owner and designer of this company are a complete sham. They were paid to redo the landscaping, pool and driveway at my home in North Scottsdale. The project took over a year and a half and I paid in full. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. Pictures were taken one week after final payment so you get a feel for the finished work. I have begun work with a new contractor to remove/replace all the landscaping, fix the hardscaping, lighting and pool.

Drew and the team was incredible to work with from start to finish. Drew was very good at listening to what my husband and I wanted and sticking to our budget. He always came up with creative solutions to stick to our budget and the final product was incredible. From start to finish the whole experience and team was fabulous! Our project manager was Ron and he was great to communicating by always sending photos and keeping us updated on where the project was at and what was outstanding. The crew was very nice and hard working. We did our project in the middle of summer with 100+ heat and they were there every morning and had long days. They stuck to a timeline and the experience was 10/10! I can't say enough good things about Evolution Exterior Concepts. We are so happy with both our front and back yard. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Jadon and his team. Jadon was incredibly professional and responsive to all of our ideas and dreams. He not only made sure our plans came to life exactly as pictured, but he also helped us with all of the initial design ideas. He was great about checking in with us to make sure we were happy with the process along the way. His crew was quiet and respectful in the morning and if they needed me for something they would knock on the front door which made me feel safe and respected as a stay at home mom. But my favorite part was when one of our extension cords got mixed up with their supplies he made sure to order us a replacement which is not a common step a lot of companies make today. We will be using them for all future landscaping needs as well as referring them to anyone we meet with the same needs.

Rising Tide did a phenomenal job on an approximately 400 square foot patio upgrade. They were quick to provide the quote, showed up when they said they would and made sure every detail was perfect. I am very pleased with the final product and will be using them again for the other half of my yard.

Incredibly impressed with Eric and his team. Starting with Jadon, who helped design a beautiful yard plan and helped get it passed through HOA. He walked with us through the entire process. On to Brian who led a team of workers who were hard working, on time and careful to get it right. Finally, Eric who came out and ensured we were happy and that every detail of ours was met.
I would highly recommend this company over any other being considered.

What a wonderful experience. Eric and his team were knowledgeable, professional and they constantly communicated to us about the project. They even finished the project a few days ahead of schedule. The putting green is absolutely beautiful and we are enjoying it very much. I would highly recommend Eric and the rising Tide Landscaping team.

Eric and his crew are amazing and VERY detail oriented! They have the experience to turn any space into your dream come true. They are timely and do fantastic quality work. His workmanship 5 year guarantee was his biggest selling point to me. I highly recommend that you get in touch with them if you are planning to re-do your back yard. We enjoyed the process and are thrilled with the results. Jadon suggested a front walkway concept that we hadn't thought feasible and it has become one of our favorite aspects of our renovation. Mark was responsive, courteous, and offered useful insight in selecting and arranging various plants. Daniel was a talented mason and built a beautiful barbecue. Edgar was friendly and always eager to please. We would use Rising Tide again and will recommend them to our family and friends.

We asked the Rising Tide team to build a pony wall for us, build a ~70sq ft area with some new bushes, and add a bunch of gravel around our property. The quality of their work was exceptional - we are delighted with the end result. Throughout the process, the team were extremely responsive and engaged. We chose Rising Tide after meeting with numerous other landscapers. Eric, in my opinion was the most knowledgeable. He was willing to draw up plans for our backyard and offered great suggestions when we ran into small roadblocks with design. Most importantly Eric was starting up a new company and we wanted to help a start up, especially with all of the work he put into the design. We couldn't have been more happy with our choice! Rising Tide exceeded our expectations with the final product. The crew is top notch and would stay into the early evening to get the job done. And they were done in just under 4 days!
