We recently decided to do some major upgrades around our property, and after some searching, a friend recommended Paradise Hardscapes in Phoenix. From the get-go, the team made us feel at ease, answering all our questions and giving us great advice on what would work best for our space.

Diego, the project manager, was an absolute gem. He was always available, kept us in the loop with the progress, and made sure every detail was taken care of. We had them install a new turf in our backyard, and it looks incredible – so real and fresh! Plus, we wanted a tennis court for our kids and ourselves to practice on. They did an outstanding job on that too, ensuring it was sturdy and professional-looking.

But the icing on the cake was the pool deck construction with pavers. It's transformed our pool area into a luxurious resort-like space. The quality of the pavers and the craftsmanship that went into it is evident, and we couldn't be happier.

Last year, Paradise Hardscapes completely remodeled our whole backyard, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. As a mom of two little boys, I wanted a space that was both beautiful and functional for our family, and that's exactly what we got.

We took out everything, even the old pool, and they built a brand-new pool, put in artificial grass, created a fire pit area, and added a basketball court for my husband, which he loves. The space ended up looking even better than we imagined.

Reggie, our project manager, was on top of every detail. He was thoughtful, kind, responsive, and that rare kind of professional who doesn't disappear the second the final check clears. Even after the job was done, he stayed to make sure every last touch was perfect.

And here's the best part: the project finished ahead of schedule. I didn't even know that was a thing in construction!

We bought a house where the landscaping and irrigation system was made by the company few years ago.
For the irrigation system they used the cheapest material and every other month we have issues with it.
Also, the landscaping at some part of it, is odd and doesn't make sense.

When we started searching for a landscaper I braced myself for a frustrating experience, but Poco Verde delivered exactly the opposite. They were all attentive to every detail through the entire process from design to finish, and demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer service. 4 out of 5, the end result we liked. Overall the process was fairly easy, I will say at the time of install of our landscaping the customer service was lacking. We never received a final walk through and the care guide we were emailed was not accurate to what our yards actually needed. However when our dissatisfaction was recognized, Victor came and was an amazing help!! He not only gave us the true care instructions and apologized that we never had a walk thru. He put in for our loose pavers to get fixed and took the time to address our concerns and assist to getting our landscaping back to where it should be. I would recommend using Poco Verde however make sure you ask for a final walk thru and care instructions.

Raheem is the man. He's super easy to work with. He pays attention to the details of what your vision is for your landscaping. The crew will work tirelessly on your project. The pictures are just the first step in our vision.

This company has made my backyard a true 'staycation' spot for my family. The quality of the work is 5 star. Juan and crew did great quality work. The owner Bob really cares and is active always to get the job done. Richard and Gary are great! They both helped made sure my pool completed accurately and as quick as possible. This company is worth your investment.

The team of Poco Verde worked with us during a very difficult time. Pandemic and a different pool builder. Two year process to finish the landscaping is not the fault of Poco but with our pool builder (Prez Pools).
