Most Garden Centers at Home Depot are consitant and very well managed. My uneducated guess is staff is treated well and trained allowing better experience for us customers. It seems to be the maintaining depth, and quality of a very large garden center department by people having personal pride. You might wonder why all the words. They are to express appreciation and respect. Not a common sentiment.

Normally I love this location because the employees are so helpful but today, after searching for oleanders in the garden section and not finding any, I asked Kim, an employee, at the checkout counter if they had any oleanders. She said she didn't know. I'd either have to look for them or ask someone. Interesting.

Great and responsible workers, always on time and getting their duty done as expected.

If u wanna hire expensive, lazy workers, this is definitely the company for you. Better yet if you have dirt you would like mowed, they seem to be experts at that.

I highly recommend this landscaping company.  They replaced sod in the back yard.  They really were professional, fast, priced reasonably and did top quality work.  Thanks a lot!

My favorite is the guy who walks around with the leaf blower on after the job is finished. Love a good encore of senseless noise in the morning.

Our property was a full service job after letting it go for a little too long and when these guys were done, it looked amazing! Hard workers & great service. Definitely recommend them!

This company needs to have their boss do random walk throughs while their employees are working. They are inefficient and never pick up the clipping they leave after they are finished. And it is true they go for hours with the lead blowers and you look around and wonder why it is all the same

They haven't trimmed or sprayed the property in week's. Broken sprinklers unaddressed for months straight..what company doesn't check the water every visit? Not to mention 4 dead tree's, broken brunches hangin over common areas. Poor service and a liability.

I live at Luxe @ Ocotillo (don’t move here…read their reviews) and this landscaping team is hired by our management to keep the property cleaned. On 1/16 I was at my computer in my 1st floor unit here, I do not work so I see and hear everything as it’s very quit here through the morning…I take my children to school at 8am around the corner and get back home and park my car under my car port… (nothing was wrong with my car at this time)… I go inside and I began hearing them mowing and trimming near my patio where a bunch of rocks are. My car is directly in front of my patio right where they mow. I watch the man mowing as he began going right by my car like they do every other week as I watch it spit back debri and little rocks that they just go over right by my car getting caught in the mowers blades throwing them in the direction of my car. Now this has happened before this date and I always have to clean my vehicle when they are done as they clearly can’t tell this is what they do or they do, but do not care…..causing a cracked passenger window this time and many chips in my paint and window tint as the mower fly by and I hear pebble rocks hitting my car yet again. This team denied any responsibility and the apartment complex says unless I have it recorded no one can do anything. I was here and heated/watched them. I KNOW this company did this whether they realized it or not. I saw it. I reported this IMMEDIATELY to management when it happened 1/16 and they didn’t even respond to my message until yesterday 1/27 to acknowledge anything. I called 3 times between the dates and nothing. Then of course I email our office again saying “Can someone respond and give me SOME kind of response”…. they then email back and say this company says it wasn’t them. UNBELIEVABLE when I told them I SAW IT HAPPEN…. I will be moving and I highly recommend never hiring this company to do anything for you as they are careless and do not take responsibility for what they caused…. They will lie and deny and take no accountability….WHETHER THEY REALIZED THEY DID IT OR NOT the innocent bystander is responsible. Both companies are a joke and it shows by how they DIDN’T handle this.

They’ve been to my apartment for the last 3 mornings in a row (they are only supposed to be here Thursday’s) and choose to run 2 chainsaws so close to my window that I could reach out and grab them myself for hours on end starting at 7:00 in the morning sharp. All this to trim the bushes that I can promise you none of the residents prioritize over their peace and quiet before the sun is even fully risen for the day. While I understand the temperatures get high, I’m struggling to understand why the residents have to suffer because the landscaping company wants to wake everyone up for a week straight, especially when there’s clearly other quieter things that can be done in the mornings. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful to the people that pay to live in these places.

ETA: For clarification, the company would rather send their customers on a goose chase than make sure their employees are being efficient…

I cannot for the life of me understand WHY they feel the need to stand outside my window with blowers for EIGHT HOURS STRAIGHT when there’s no grass and nothing but clean empty sidewalk??? I truly don’t get when they do the rest of the complex because they quite literally are within eyesight of my bedroom the entire time. Looked outside around the 5 hour mark and 2 of the “landscapers” were playing air guitar with their blowers. I’m so glad they decided the rent I pay doesn’t include peace and quiet in my own home. I understand having to do landscaping, but I’ve never in my life seen people waste so much time when they’re supposed to be working. Incredibly disrespectful and disruptive.

Our commercial yard looked terrible, they ended up leaving with a truckload of dead brush and it looked way better. Super affordable

I gave them a little information about what I wanted my backyard to offer and look like. With that information they came up with a beautiful design. Once the design was completed, they implemented it flawlessly. I love the new look of my yard.

Not only did they do an amazing job, but they also provided excellent customer service. They kept us informed on progress and checked in on us when the job was complete. Creative Environments is a great company.

We never recieved the quote for workmwe were promised. After a few phone calls we were informed that our project was too small for them. So, if you are looking to spend at least $15,000 they will do the work. Otherwise there are plenty of other, more friendly firms available to assist you. Would not recccomend.

I couldn’t imagine a project going worse. They are an over promise under delivery company all the way through the project. I’ve never been more disappointed by a project.
