Paco Verde exceeded all expectations!

From start to finish, our backyard pool installation and landscaping project was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and incredible attention to detail. Project Manager David Battock and Project Supervisor Luis Gonzalez went above and beyond, delivering ahead of schedule with flawless results. To top it off, they surprised us with a customized pool sign and Paco Verde–branded towels as a gift. Highly recommend!

Poco Verde landscaped our backyard for our new home. Gretchen Jacobs is our main point of contact throughout the process. She is professional, responsive, and considerate, always available to answer our questions, concerns, and make adjustments when needed. We met with her and Martine’s crew a few times on site, and they were helpful in explaining the work and open to feedback. While most designs are done in 3D these days, Gretchen has a unique talent for hand-drawn designs, which added a personal touch. It's still early to know how everything will hold up over time, but so far, we appreciate and we’re happy with the service we’ve received.

I left some pictures to share our experience with poco verde. At the end of the day it was finished, but poco verde uses subcontractors that just don't care about the mess they leave behind. To schedule them isn't always easy. Supervisor hardy ever showed up, always had to communicate with Ronnie by phone wondering when the next phase or why contractors would leave a mess, I understand it is a construction site, but not a dump site. So for the landscape i would give them 5 stars, but I think that they need need to figure out what they want to do with pools it took just over 3 months from the time we signed contract.

When we decided to build our retirement home, our builder's rep gave us the names of three landscapers. We emailed all three of them and requested their input. One of them did not respond, a second one advised us to contact them after we had signed for the house. Poco Verde showed from the onset that they wanted our business by responding with a positive message. And they were involved with us from the this point on. Our designer (Patrick Brown), had us into his office when our house was nothing more than 2x4 framing. He got the plot dimensions and house floor plan from the builder, then listened to what we wanted and drew up a plan. As construction of the house advanced, he willingly changed the plans twice (without additional charge) to accommodate different ideas, etc. based on what was happening with the house. The end result was that by the time we signed for the house, we already had a landscaping plan ready to submit to the HOA. We signed on 28 Dec, the HOA approved the plan in early Jan, and Poco Verde was employed less than two weeks after we moved in (probably sooner than we'd have even gotten started on developing the plan itself with the second landscaper - the one who wanted us to wait). Poco Verde advised us they would start in about two to three weeks but materials were delivered in about 10 days. They advised it would take 4 to 6 weeks to complete, and were done in about five. AND ... the end result is simply fantastic! We have a beautiful back yard with a patio made of pavers, a grass section (for the dogs and to practice golf [putting]), gravel, and plants. All with a well working underground sprinkler system. The workmanship is fantastic (special mention of Ivan, the lead man of the actual work crew). The pictures we are including with this review will attest to the quality of the work. Based on our experience, we would HIGHLY endorse Poco Verde for your landscaping needs!

I had used Poco Verde on 2 different occasions and had worked with Matt at the office on both installs. The first time I had used them was in June 2019 for my initial landscaping after the completion of my home build with Fulton in Ironwood Crossing. They were spot on with there attention to the installation, punctuality and price. The install went well and all as promised and contracted for was completed. Approx. 3 months later a tree had died and I notified them and they came out and replaced the tree within about 2 weeks from the initial notification.
The second time I used them was in Aug. 2020 for install of side-yard pavers and a dry river bed in front and additional rock placement. The install for that went just as well as the first and all was completed within 2 days and the area was well cleaned up afterwards.
The foreman for my project was Martin and My installers were Mario and Yvan and they did a great job while pushing through the 115 degree temperatures and completed as promised within the 2 days.
I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again on the next project.

Love the design they came up with. Price was very reasonable and I am very pleased with how it turned out. The landscapers were very nice and completed the job faster than I planned. One of my plants died so I called them up and a new one is on order and will be replaced when it comes in. Definitely recommend

I called them to set up a conversation and i left off my address, because I didn't want to give out that info. Jen called back a few days later and she understood why people don't want to give out too much info. That was the first of January and I haven't heard back from them!
I will contact some else!

While the project took longer than was expected, and there were a few hiccups along the way, we are very happy with the final product. Rhonda and David were great to work with and always got back to us in a timely manner. The crews worked hard and did an excellent job!

The PV was great to work with. The crew that installed the project was on-time, completed the job quickly, and the quality of work is second to none. We will be sure to use them again for any future projects!

First of all, it was an absolutely wonderful experience working with their salesperson Deanna. Poco Verde is simply the best at what they do. Their work was exceptional and the outcome of my landscape looked exactly like what I thought it would and what I wanted. And saving the best for last, their price was unmatched. I had 3 other companies give me an estimate and Poco Verde blew them out of the water. Their price was thousands less expensive and I got three times as much working with them rather than the other guys. I cant ever imagine getting a better experience with anyone else. Absolutely amazing 👏!!!

Poco Verde helped take our vision and design of how we wanted our backyard to look and made it come to life. Not without a few hiccups like any construction project, the crew transformed our backyard into what we had envisioned in just a few weeks and they were great. We had a great experience working with Poco Verde on our front yard landscape project! Leon, our landscape designer, was incredibly patient with us throughout the process. We made some changes to our original design, and he provided helpful and valuable tips to improve it and make it more functional and beautiful.

Once the project began, Aaron made sure everything went smoothly and stayed on track. We also really appreciated Ricardo’s quick responses to our messages, he answered all of our questions clearly. At the end of the project, Ricardo gave us a thorough walkthrough, showing us how to care for the new plants and how to use the water irrigation system properly.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work Poco Verde did. The front yard looks amazing, and I hope we’ll have the chance to work with them again in the future!

Poco Verde landscaped our entire backyard six years ago. To this day it is my biggest regret in life. The design is nice. The craftsmanship is decent. The underground piping and irrigation, the absolute worst. After about a year (when their warranty expires) I began seeing leaks in the rocks. I have had to dig and repair no less than 20 different leaks in that time, including another I am working on today. I couldn't take it anymore, I had to say something. It has been mostly the black drip irrigation tubing that has sprung leaks. I don't know if they are using cheap tubing or what, but the front yard was landscaped 23 years ago by a different company, and I've maybe had three leaks, all in the last couple years. I noticed they just refilled the trenches with the dirt and all the large rocks, which doesn't help having sharp edges against the tubing. I have also had to repair 1/2" pvc pipes that have come loose from a connector due to poor glue jobs. In the pictures, I had a putting green installed this year where they had put real grass, and now there is a leak under the putting green, so I am trying to find the lines and bypass it so it's not underneath. You can see two repairs already made from previous leaks in the photos. My blood boils every time I see wet rocks or wet pavers, knowing another leak has spung. Safe to say I will never have PV do another job. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

My husband and I recently purchased a new home and worked with Peggy at Poco Verde to design our front yard. She was incredible to work with. We wanted something low maintenance and she was able to design something that involves little to no work for us, and looks amazing.
