This company deserves 10 stars in my opinion! Eric and his crew at Rising Tide Landscaping did an amazing job at my sons home. Eric was very responsive, professional and flexible with helping my son with his back yard designs. My son is extremely happy with the results and so am I!

Hiring Rising Tide landscape to design and build my backyard yard was the best decision without question.

In my initial conversation with Eric, I sensed something was different with this company. That vibe continued when Jadon came out to our home to see our space and talk about our vision for the backyard. Within the first couple minutes, it became clear these guys were not about building a cookie cutter backyard. These guys were interested in bringing in unique materials and unique ideas to build a backyard like no other. After seeing the initial designs Jadon put together we could not stop talking about what they created. We interviewed and received quotes from multiple landscape companies and every other design we saw looked boring and typical.

We hired Rising Tide and they began work. We had a couple meetings to nail down materials and in those meetings, the team was very attentive listened to our feedback and made great suggestions. Once the work began the on-site team doing the actual work was great. Everyone was friendly and very conscientious and you could tell they really cared about their work. Throughout the process, Eric who owns the company, Jadon, my sales and design person and the project manager were on site to ensure the job was going smoothly. I typically would not associate the phrase white glove service with a landscaping company, but that’s exactly what I got when we hired Rising Tide. They were always a phone call or text away and they kept us informed about the schedule and what we could expect next.
Overall, the project went well, but whenever there was a question or something that needed to be addressed, Eric and his team immediately handled it and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome.

Overall, I’m very happy with how this project turned out and very happy that we hired Rising Tide. Next spring, we are going to redo our front yard and I’ll be hiring them a second time to design that space for us as well.

Yossi served as a 3rd party consultant between a dispute of my landscaper ive used for 5 years and the paver company that did an installation. You can tell how unbiased Yossi is, he let me know not all work was technically wrong but a better company (such as the one hes associated with) would never make such designs as leaving a cement edge where you would grow grass / lay turf.
