I called and got same day service for Air Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning. The Technician Joel was at my house less than 2 hours after I called. I cannot say enough positive things about Joel! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He answered all my questions and completed the work quickly and correctly. I'm so glad I called this company, and got sent Joel. I will recommend him to all my friends and family.

He was professional, detailed, and made sure everything was done right after a poor experience with a previous technician who tried to upsell and didn’t finish the job properly. Highly recommended

The technician Mr Flores was courteous and knowledgeable of the job he came to do.
He explained to me everything in detail regarding cleaning the dryer vent. He was courteous enough to show me his video camera of before and after cleaning the vent. He was professional and friendly. Thank you for great service!!!

Josh was a great service detailer on cleaning the dryer. He was very thorough, courteous and personable. Made some very good suggestions on other things.Having to do with their business which we appreciate. I will definitely call them back to have some other things done in the future.

Great experience. We called them around 11am, they were at our home at 3pm. Mr. Flores spent about 3 1/2 hours cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. Couldn't have asked for better service from a nicer gentleman in Mr Flores. Would use again and ask for him again!

The technician arrived on time and explained the process/what to expect, kept me up to date on progress and provided recommendations without being salesy or pushy. Mr. Flores was courteous, professional and friendly, providing excellent customer service and detailed information of the steps he took to clean our dryer vent. He even had me test the dryer afterward to see if there was a noticeable difference in performance - and there was!

DuctKing’s Dan Campbell is an expert furniture cleaner! Purchased a very expensive white sofa, second-hand, with several visible stains. They sent out some techs the first time who did a solid all around clean but couldn’t figure out how to get the stains out. Then free of charge they sent out Dan who used his expert knowledge to restore it to its former glory. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

Shapour was excellent. He took the time to ensure our dryer vent was fully cleaned out. He took the time to ensure my dryer vent was completely cleared of any debris. This was my first experience with getting my ducts cleaned; my dryer vent was fully obstructed. John was my technician today, and he was wonderful from the moment he arrived. He was friendly, polite, and immediately made a great impression at the door. He explained everything thoroughly before getting started and took the time to walk me through the process so I understood exactly what would be happening.

Throughout the service, he was extremely respectful of my home, quietly moving in and out and being very mindful of my animals. I really appreciated that level of consideration.

He also showed me before-and-after photos and explained what he was seeing, which made the entire process very transparent. When he finished, everything was cleaned up beautifully and put back together even better than it was when he started.

Jose cleaned my dryer vent in a very timely manner with skill and a great smile. I appreciate him taking the time to explain what different scenarios could happen before he even started sinse the hose hasn't been cleaned out in the 15 years I've owned this house and who knows if the previous owners ever did it!
I have an interior wall and a high cathedral ceiling so my 22' vent hose goes up into the attic and out of the sloped roof. Lots of old lint was revealed and I'm so glad I got it done by Duct King. Now my dryer works 10 times better.

I did use a coupon for the duct cleaning so I do wonder if the service is not "full" service. Dust was blown everywhere, I'm still cleaning it up. The vents were not all cleaned and those that were weren't done very well. The boss called constantly so the tech may have been new. It seemed like he was being rushed. I had a lot more work done than what the coupon was for so maybe they didn't plan on that happening. The tech did a couple of before pics but no after pics so I don't know how clean the ducts are but they are cleaner than when we started. I also ended up sending my living room area rug with them to clean. They had it done in a couple of days. It looks great!

UPDATE: Jose came out and redid all of the work I originally had done. The vents look much better. Hopefully I won't have the dust when the heater comes on anymore. He cleaned up the floors and anything that he noticed were from the first tech.

We hired A-Z Air Ducts and are very happy that we did. The workers arrived within the time frame confirmed by the office and were ready to clean out our air ducts. They were polite, professional, and cleaned up any fallen debris from the vents when the job was finished. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality work at an affordable price.

Great company if you are in the market for having your air ducts cleaned. Was hesitant to make the call but when I spoke to Frank and he explained everything they were going to do and the price would not change when they got here. They cleaned all ducts and vents washed everything and left me smelling good through out the house. Josh and Michael were very professional and super, super friendly. They explained what they would do and how long it would take. Did excellent work. I am very picky about work ethic and customer service and getting the best for what I pay for and this company was the best!!!

I scheduled the cleaning with this company hoping for peace of mind and a little less dust in the home. However, I am still dealing with the repercussions of this service visit to this day. They called the phone number I provided to let me know they were at my residence, but I was not at home. The service people arrived three (3) hours before the scheduled appointment time. Once I rushed home from a 30 minute drive, the cleaning started.

The downstairs vent was cleaned without issue. The service people proceeded to the upstairs vents to finish the cleaning. However, they stated in order to finish the cleaning they needed to plug in their machine upstairs into one of the electrical outlets. This is when the trouble started. When plugging in their vent cleaning machine to an outlet upstairs it flipped a circuit breaker for my upstairs hallway and bathroom. They do not bring a separate generator to place outside the residence to power this thing to my knowledge even with the understanding that the energy draw is large enough to flip a circuit breaker. It's a huge electrical risk for any homeowner that isn't aware of the power draw until the employees plug it in. The last thing a homeowner thinks about is what wattage is your machine and what voltage/amps can my residential electrical circuit board take. Honestly, I did not know where my circuit breaker board was, and I hadn't the need to know until this incident.

The service people and myself then searched for the circuit breaker location. Having not completed the cleaning, and not located the circuit breaker, eventually, the service people entered the attic to check if the circuit breaker was located there. Unfortunately, not only was I now out a breaker, but the service people left dirt stains on the carpet, walls, and attic entrance panel, which in particular I have not been able to completely clean. While my vents were sort of "clean," I had to call an electrician sometime later to resolve the issue. The attic panel is still stained to this day.

For such a simple service job, this was such nightmare to deal with afterwards. While the service people did what they can with the situation, they were very poorly prepared for this issue. The most frustrating part about this is that they didn't even communicate that the vents looked clean and didn't need service prior to "cleaning" them. They said it after they did the job, and the issues with the circuit breaker arose.

1 will suffice out of 5. Find another company for repair/cleaning.

Note to Owner: I received service several years ago, and updated my review for the benefit of readability. The service people did arrive too early without notice, and I have had ongoing electrical issues since this visit. I was unaware that the machine to clean the vents drew such a large amount of power since the vent cleaning downstairs at my residence did not flip a breaker, but the upstairs did. I did make some changes for better clarity to your benefit, and the benefit of others. Looking forward to speaking with you.

Frank was fantastic describing our options and keeping us updated on scheduling. When two workers came to do the work, Kevin was very thorough and explained to my wife exactly what was going to happen. While I was at work, she felt comfortable as the Kevin and their crew. This was great, as she had prior experience with another duct cleaning company that wasn't positive. We also did the Dryer clean out option - as it was great (and a little scary) how much lint they removed. We are so glad we chose AZ Air Duct before moving into our new, now clean home!

This is our second time using A-Z Air Duct service. Eric and Chris arrived right on time and did a professional job! They put down plastic & cleaned up after. I will use this great service again.

They even came back to the property a second time, to complete something that had been missed the first time. Can't speak highly enough of Frank and the way he treats and speaks to you as a customer.
