We lost the power to our lights and microwave in kitchen. Tried a few electrical companies and had to leave message, others couldn’t come for days. Remembered using RM3 previously for AC, so called and Ralph was able to stop by quickly. Couldnt find the problem then, but was back in the morning at 8:30 with a crew and found and fixed the problem at a more than fair price. I would recommend this company!!

I called and inquired on adding return registers to existing duct work in my 3 bedrooms. The next day Ralph came by to discuss the scope of the project. Later that day, Ralph emailed a rough draft, scope and cost to complete the project. I must say, I was truly satisfied with the turnaround response.
Also, I was very pleased with the customer service and knowledge that RM3 Mechanical technicians (Jim, Dustin) provided.

We recently had to replace one of our old 24 year old AC units. A good friend of ours recommended B3 and we could not have been happier with them. They were reasonable, very responsive, professional and personable.

Zeke was wonderful to work with, I cannot say enough good to do him justice. He was so communicative when setting up the appointment and after installation when we had questions, so personable and professional. They installed a Trane system which is what we wanted. Well, I'm really impressed by this company. My mom was recently diagnosed with COPD and I wanted to improve the quality of the air in our home if I could. When I called, I got Doug on the phone who gave me a quote and walked me through the process. He was really friendly and transparent. Not a whiff of shady sales practices. He told me everything that was offered and available and gave me all of those prices in advance Should I want any add on services. He made it clear that they wouldn't come to the site then try to upsell me in the moment by telling me I needed some thing else, he was good to his word.

On the day of the duct cleaning a team of three guys arrived, all in uniforms and all with masks on. This was clearly a professional company and they looked like it. These three young guys were all super polite with smiles and happy to answer questions. I had previously searched companies on Groupon who simply do the suctioning part, but after digging into the reviews and checking out the Better Business Bureau I discovered a lot of those companies were shady, and I feel so much better that I went with a company that inspired confidence every step of the way and treated me with kindness. Sometimes you have workers that are careless with your home, track dirt in, don't care if they leave doors open, and don't clean up after themselves. Not these guys. When they saw me sweeping the kitchen one of them ran in and said oh please don't worry about that, we're going to take care of it! They left the place very clean and there was no trace of the massive amount of dust and grime left from the vents.

This air duct cleaning company gives a competitive price for a full mop and scrub clean that doesn't just vacuum out your ducts (that's what those super cheap options do, just attach a vacuum for a while & walk away) but Integrity actually actually washes them. They provide before and after pictures, the ones I'm attaching are of my actual vent. It was a rental before and as you can see it was pretty disgusting.

I'd recommend these guys to anyone. I felt I could trust their workers in my home and it was a pleasure doing business with them. If I need my vents cleaned again I know where I'm going.

We just moved into a 30 year old house. After a while we noticed that the level of dust inside the house was pretty alarming. We contacted several duct cleaning companies. Integrity was the only one who did not limit my call to give me a quote, they explained what needs to be done and how they go the extra mile by using unique tools.
Today they came to my home at the time we agreed (not late), came into the house and get to work. We have two children (3 years and almost 1 and a half years old). Normally we have to run after the children and after the contractors coming to our place to make sure there is no tools left unattended, the doors are closed (specially because of the mosquitos and other flying insects, etc.), not this time!!! These guys were, first of all, super friendly with our kids and super thoughtful about not leaving doors open, or tools all over the place where children could take them.
After they finished they clean everything an left our place cleaner than it was when they came in.
My wife and I are very happy with their services and will recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

Really impressed with how they operate. Open communication, upfront pricing, and great work. Doug and Peter were respectful of our schedule, even working around my kids' naps, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left, vacuuming my floors and everything! Just like the name suggests, Integrity's estimate matched their price exactly. There were no last minute mark-ups or "upgrades". As advertised, Integrity did a great job. Their "mop and scrub" method made the ducts look like new. I know, because they provided pictures. I may not need the ducts cleaned again for many years! I happily recommend Integrity!

Doug was awesome about explaining the procedure and the PRO/CON aspects of it. I did some research and felt Integrity was my best option. His team called to say"they were ahead of schedule and would it be alright for them to come early". They were very aware of social distancing, Covid masks were worn by all of them. They were very respectful of my work from home situation. I could not have been more happy.

Came to clean my dryer vent and duct - had other companies do this- but they were the first to actually go up on the roof to the vent and cleaned out the mess clogging things up. They were professional and got the job done timely and left with my dryer all hooked back up and clean and ready to go! Cost was quite reasonable! Highly recommend this company and the men that came to do the service.

We had our ducts cleaned last year by another company. Unfortunately, they didn't really get them very clean at all, did a rush job, did not clean the A/C coils, and had a lot of up sells once they got here. I spoke with Doug about his duct cleaning systems and he explained his equipment and processes in detail, which really impressed me.

Doug and Ryan showed up at 9 am and began their two phase duct cleaning process. First they brushed and vacuumed all the ducts with a 30 foot hose clearing a lot of built up debris out. Then they went back through each duct with their Mop & Scrub Method which removed even more dirt by wiping out any remaining dirt that had built up within the system. They even removed the large air intake vent grill, took it outside and cleaned it up to white again - very clean and thorough work with this company. Each duct vent was also thoroughly cleaned and degreased.

We wanted the A/C coils cleaned as well, and although ours were located in a more complicated internal position, Doug took the time to take it apart, access the coils and thoroughly clean them. We also decided to have the dryer vent cleaned, since we questioned the previous duct cleaners' quality of work. When Doug pulled the dryer out, the dryer hose just fell off, so it hadn't even been clamped on correctly during last year's duct cleaning. Doug went the extra mile to pull the washer out also, and to clean the dirt out from under both machines.

This company is the real deal. Our house smells so fresh and clean now, and the AZ dust is way down in the house now. I can't say enough good things about this company, it's owner and technician. They were A++ all the way. Professional, kind, hard working, clean and they came fully equipped with excellent and ingenious tools to get this dirty job done right. Sparkling now in Surprise.

My wife and I just bought a 20 yr old home a couple of months ago. The Ducts and Dryer vent have never been cleaned (they were a mess). The guys did a great job of cleaning the duct work, registers and dryer vent. The team was polite and on time. I would recommend this company for anyone looking the have your duct work cleaned.
