Great service and a super friendly crew!

I called Integrity last week to schedule duct cleaning, they were very professional and walked us through their process including telling us about some of the additional services they offer. We scheduled duct and dryer vent cleaning for the following week.

Zach and another gentleman (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) arrived a little early after calling to see if that was ok. After they'd suited up, I walked them through the house to show them all the vents and they were immediately off to the races. First they tackled the dryer vent, including going onto the roof to make sure the entire length of the vent got cleared. After that they moved on to the AC vents and had completed all the work in about 2 hours. When they'd finished they left it cleaner than they'd found it.

Our home has never had its ducts cleaned and we have had allergies and excessive dust build-up since we moved in two years ago! We just had our ducts cleaned and I have never breathed so well inside my own home!! I’ll try to remember to add before and after photos when I can, but the difference is immediately noticeable!

As a real estate professional I see a lot of delayed house maintenance (ducts and dryer vents especially). Recently, a severely blocked vent became an actual obstacle to sale. The service the seller had used previously hardly got a fraction of the compacted lint out and the buyers were very upset that the work requested was not performed. With closing just around the corner I had to move fast and I called Integrity Duct Cleaning. The owner Doug reached out to me (despite being on the way back from family vacation) and made arrangements to come out personally and do the job ASAP! I was AMAZED how clean he was able to get them in a relatively short service trip. I have used other services, NONE of them ever did this good a job. Needless to say after emailing all parties the pictures of the spotless ducts we had happy clients and a smooth close! In my business you have to have the best professionals backing you up in a wide array of home services and I am glad to make Integrity Duct Cleaning the only service I endorse. Had my air ducts cleaned for the first time today since moving into this house 3 years ago! Did lots of research and finally decided to choose this company for many reasons. One it being a family owned business, #2 , lots of good reviews on several different websites.. Daniel and his crew showed up on time and took their time on doing a fantastic job ! They were Friendly and answered all my questions with great attitude. They also cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess behind. I will definitely use this company again !

Greatly appreciate the hard work these guys put into cleaning the ducts in our house. We just bought this home about 4 months ago and knew we wanted to have it done. They did an amazing job. On time, very respectful and kind crew. Worth the money spent. Will recommend to anyone.

Fantastic company! If i could give a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. The cleaning team arrived on time and performed all services at a superior level. They were detailed, courteous and careful to complete the work with no issues to our property.

I spoke with Doug to arrange dryer vent cleaning and Zack was the technician who preformed the services. Both men were very polite and informative. First and foremost I really appreciated that Doug was able to get an appointment for us that worked around my awkward schedule and kept communication with me all the way up until Zack arrived.

When Zack arrived, it was clear he is knowledgeable about the process and ventilation in general. He explained where our dryer duct vent lead to as well as the dangers of not regularly cleaning it out. Both things my partner and I were unaware of. In addition to cleaning our dryer ventilation, Zack also cleaned out the back of the dryer, which was welcomed. He informed us of the other services Integrity Duct Cleaning offered, which we'll definitely keep in mind for our future needs.

A big thanks to both Doug and Zack for making this an incredibly easy process.

The crew was fabulous. Easy to schedule, they were on time and called to let me know they were on their way so I could get my dogs situated. They were all extremely nice and polite and kept me informed of their progress throughout the whole time they were here. They were very careful maneuvering throughout the home and cleaned up everything spotless! The air in my home already feels cleaner and dust free and they just left an hour ago.

Tyson, TJ and Jared were the super crew! Not only were they courteous and friendly, they were great with my dogs.
They arrived around 7:45 and completed my job by 11 on a 3900 square foot home. They all worked in unison and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They provided before and after photos of the air ducts. Highly recommend 😊

Integrity Air Duct Cleaning came out to my house today and cleaned my air ducts and my dryer vent. They called me to let me know when they would arrive and were on time. Ian and the crew that came out to do the work were very proficient and very professional about their work. When they were done, Ian showed me before/after pictures during our walkthrough and I am very pleased with the work done. Great customer service and I will use them again and highly recommend everyone to use them too.

I have received many sales pitches, and very few become reality. However, this company is one of the few that did everything they said they would do and the work was exceptional.
First I had the duct cleaning service performed on my home, followed by the AeroSeal. Integrity Duct Cleaning arranged the times so they were one day followed by the next, making everyone's job easier. Even the AeroSeal team stated they liked the work because they never lost a register screw. The duct cleaning team reset the screws into the holes after they took off the registers so they did not get lost.
The people that came were clean, professional and nice. They did a thorough job. The before/after pictures taken show the duct cleaning; and after the AeroSeal was finished, and the A/C was turned back on, I can already tell the difference between the amount of cool air from my A/C coming out of my vents from this morning before the Aeroseal, and this afternoon, after the job was completed.

I highly recommend using Integrity Duct Cleaning for both the cleaning prior to the AeroSeal, and for the AeroSeal. They have the best price and amazing service.

We had Integrity Duct cleaning to have our air ducts cleaned. Scheduling was easy and the crew did a fantastic job. They were in an out in an hour and half and cleaned up perfectly afterwards. I was impressed with the quality of their work!

Integrity Duct Cleaning is the first company I contacted to have our HVAC ducts cleaned based on the 5 star reviews. I could have shopped around but found no need to after speaking with Brian. His price is reasonable and has no hidden fees. What makes this company great is, of course, the employees. A team of four showed up on time at the job site, and after introductions went straight to work, very respectful of me and our house. Employees are the foundation of a great company. We have a rental that we have owned for a few years and our tenant has been the best!

So when they mentioned that the AC seemed to be struggling we had a service come out to check on the system and they mentioned that we had some duct leaks.

Well we looked for someone that could seal them and also wanted to have them cleaned at during the process. Brian and his team of tech's took care of everything and reduced the airflow loss by 80%.....that was crazy to think how much air was just trying to cool the attic space.

They provided all of the information and our tenant was happy that the system was working better!
