We are very happy with our experience using Norman's Air Duct Cleaners. Maurice cleaned all of our air ducts, vents, and the dryer vent. He did a fantastic job and explained the process as he went along. Maurice was friendly, professional, and wore a mask, which we appreciated. Maurice and two other team members did an excellent job with my air duct cleaning in Tempe. When I moved in, my air ducts were extremely dirty, there was no insulation, and the ducts weren’t sealed. The crew took care of everything quickly and professionally. They made sure to clean each supply vent thoroughly, and the vents looked spotless when they finished. They also insulated the ducts using air bubble foil and upgraded my filter to an electrostatic one. I’m very happy we went with this option instead of traditional fiberglass insulation. The indoor air feels much fresher and cleaner, and I’ve even noticed the humidity inside dropped from 58% to 50%. My home feels comfortable much faster now, especially in the hot Tempe weather. I’m really pleased with the results!

What a terrible company. It took three days to insulate my attic and they ended up breaking the ceiling. Mis bid it and asked for 1 k more. They deserve to have 0 stars.

We had an excellent experience with David's crew. They found our insulation to be poorly installed. We had duct sealing, additional insulation added and window screens added. Their work was thorough and the crew was very friendly. Our July energy use was over 25% less than last July. I certainly recommend the energy assessment to see what they find.

Terrible company

In September 2015 I bought an Air Conditioner from Donnie Reed of Crescent Mechanical LLC and he told me the warranty was for ten years parts and compressor with 2 year workmanship. Donnie Reed and I signed an agreement to that on 9/17/2015.
On June 11, 2020 the air conditioner was not blowing cold air, I called Donnie and left a message. Later in the day I felt it started working so I called him back and left a message and told him it was working. That same day it started blowing hot air again. I called Donnie back and left a message but no response. It was too hot to go without air conditioning. I called another Company and they came out within the hour. He said it needed a new coil which would cost $2250.00. I told him it was still under warranty so he got all the information off the unit and called the maker of the air conditioning unit. And he found out the warranty was never sent in. The only thing they could do was warranty it from the time it was built which was March of 2015 till March 2020. So I had no warranty. So the company I had called came out three different times to put freon in the unit so we could get cool air. And during that time I kept calling Donnie Reed leaving messages and even on e-mail and he never called back until June 25 which was 14 days later.( I have phone records showing my calls to him and his one returned call to me) He said he got a letter from the Register of Contractors and he wondered what was going on. I explained the situation and he denied getting all the calls from me and said he only got two. He wanted to know what he could do to make me happy and I said pay the $2250.00, but he did not like that. And it and the called ended their.
I think I do not need to say anymore. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHICH IS OWNED BY DONNIE REED. He did nothing right from the beginning and did not honor his contract.

I had a mini-split installed in my garage and the two installers did a solid job. They arrived on time, were polite and easy to work with, and kept things neat while they worked. When the installation was finished they cleaned up thoroughly and left the area in great shape. Overall a very good experience.

Great company to work with, their prices were very competitive for the Mini Split Í chose (Aurus 24K, Model ARU454-H24A2/INVL-US2). After communicating with Caleb he provided an estimate that I found reasonable and fair. We agreed on an installation date the following week.
The technicians (Cody and Trace)arrived and introduced themselves, both very professional and respectful, after discussing my needs they began the installation explaining every step and making the necessary recommendations.
They performed a very professional installation and made sure that I was fully satisfied and made sure that everything was perfect.
I am very satisfied with their services. I am now a customer for life, planning on having them install a 12K unit in mi Master bedroom once Caleb provides me with an estimate.
If you are in the market for a Mini Split these are the guys to call!!.
These are the type of employees that every company wants……. Thank you both Cody and Trace, I look forward to having you install the second unit, tell your Boss that you are the reason i am buying a second unit!!.
Update:

Caleb presented me with several estimates for different brands, I chose a “Daikin 12K BTU”. The price was not only competitive, but, much better than other vendors. The buying and installation process was very professional and stress free, thanks to Caleb and team.
Second unit was just installed on 3/17/26 (Daikin 12K). Cody and Trace (Techs) arrived on time, and promptly began the installation which took them about 3-3 1/2 hours total, they were every bit as professional and respectful as the first time.
