Scheduling the installation was super easy & convenient and Caleb & his team installed the mini- split in my garage and the whole process was quick and hassle free and provided good service.All in all, had a great experience with them from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them for mini split installation.

I found Desert Comfort through a Facebook ad and figured I’d give them a shot. From the first call, they were super responsive and friendly. I needed a mini split installed in my home office, and they came out quickly for a quote and had it all set up within a few days.
The installation was clean and professional. The space cools down fast now, even in the Arizona heat. Pricing was fair too, especially compared to some of the bigger companies I checked out. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a mini split !!

I highly recommend this company. They are easy to deal with, fast, and reasonably priced considering the quality of the mini split installation and level of support they provide. I met with their respective in the afternoon and the unit was installed the next day. I was lucky to get it so quickly. The installers were very competent and thorough.

Moved into a new house a bit of east of old town Scottsdale right before summer started just to find out my AC was having a hard time combatting the heat and I wasn't able to get my house under mid 70s. Called and talked to Caleb, a very nice young man, him and his team were able to help me same day which was amazing. I've called other local home service businesses for other things in the past and know that prices can get so expensive, but Caleb and his team did a great job and gave me a fair price which makes me very confident in their work and definetly earned my trust!

They arrived at the exact time they said they would. It was a pretty easy install so up and running in leas than 4 hours. No mess!! .Very professional. I chose the Mitsubishi 1 ton for my bedroom and the price was far far below the other three estimates I had received. First class customer service. I typically do not leave reviews for products or services I receive, however I am making the exception in this case. Simply put, this is a great company to do business with and would recommend to my family and friends. I called to get a quote on a Wednesday, they came that day. It was scheduled to be put in that Friday morning at 6am, sure enough the installers arrived at exactly 6am, it took them a couple hours. The installers were professional and polite. Once the unit was up and running they took the time to walk through the remote with me. They also cleaned up like they were never there. The best part of my experience was the price, it was exactly what I was quoted and included everything, no surprises. I elected to go with a little larger unit for my garage than the company recommended and I’m glad I did, I think the “right sized” unit would have worked just fine but since I don’t leave the unit running all the time only when I need to do some work in the garage so I need it to cool down quickly and the larger unit does that very well. Thumbs up!!

This was an excellent install job and the unit seems to be operating very smoothly and quietly. It throws out very cool air and if necessary, you can turn on the heater I’m very happy with everything associated with this mini split
