Began working with Caleb at Desert Comfort Arizona about 10 days ago and found him responsive to all my questions and concerns. We set a date and Cory the technician and his assistance arrived on time and got to work. Had a request to wall mount the condenser. The install went great and the crew was professional and cleaned up at the end.

Other competitive quotes for my 1.5 AC unit did not include 2 Years Parts and Labor and a 10 year Parts warranty. The final agreed to price was over a thousand dollars less than the other competitive quotes. Biggest Bang for my Buck for sure!

I went online and completed a written quote. A few days later, someone came out for a quick inspection, and everything was settled smoothly.

On install day, the process was completely hassle-free. The crew worked professionally while I handled my own business. They were friendly, efficient, and the pricing was very competitive. The workmanship looks great — see the three photos attached.

New AC installed in 2015 through Norris Air with a 10 year extended parts and labor warranty. Call Norris Air they say that when the warranty is transferred it drops to a 5 yr warranty even though it doesn’t say that anywhere in the paperwork. They tell me to contact Johnson Controls. Johnson Controls says no it’s still a 10 yr warranty but they don’t show that it’s transferred like Norris Air. So between the two company’s they have admitted to the warranty being 10 years even if transferred and that’s it’s been transferred but are each using a different excuse to not honor the warranty

I was out and about and met a technician that works here by the name of Matt. We began talking about air conditioning systems and I was impressed with how much he knew and how kind he was to me. Based off this conversation I know I will he calling Johnson controls the next time I need any HVAC help.

Called the company to complain about one of their aggressive drivers tailgating me on the us 60. Lindsay didn't care nor assured me to speak to a manager. Careful with truck ending in 1969

Drivers are in the business of getting into lanes that merge into 1 and not looking. Almost ran me off the road. Also cut off a truck and a semi later on down the road and didn’t use their turn signal. Both times he didn’t even pretend to use his mirrors or turn his head to see if anyone was behind/beside him.

Ridiculous how long it takes to get anyone to pick up the phone at any of the sigler locations.

Parts never answers!!! I've been calling all day. Now I have to drive 20mins and hope they have the board I need. Pretty frustrating.
