AHR is a great company. I had a issue with my AC and had two companies that my Home Warrenty company sent out fix it. Both companies failed to fix the problem. AHR caame out and fixed it no problem. 2 years later I had to replace my unit cause it was 20 years old. I used AHR again for that and was very happy with their service and price for a new unit. Their Employees are very friendly and do great work. They even put on covers for their shoes when I told them it was not needed since my floors are wood. I also have them come out twice a year just for AC check ups. Great Company, use them and you will be happy with their service.

I've used AHR to service my homes over the years and they continue to provide the highest quality service with staff that are informative and honest with their customers. Chris Reeves (...not the Superman one) took all the time I needed to explain the issues and answer my questions in a straight-forward fashion in a clear and concise manner. In Phoenix AC is critical in the summer months and I can always count on AHR to keep my family cool.

Contracted AHR to repair a piece of refrigeration. AHR charged us well over the value of the equipment and still is not repaired or functioning. Faulty part was replaced by AHR and has failed again less than 90 days later. AHR takes no responsibility for their work or repairs. Company is still trying to bill for work not completed. Entire process has taken an unacceptable amount of time for a business. It really seems this company and their administration has no idea what their doing other than collecting bills. Every time our company calls and ask to explain why we are being billed the extremely rude office staff cannot provide any information. Our company has been swindled for over $4,000.00. We would like a refund or our piece of equipment replaced

AHR Mechanical has been servicing our home HVAC system for 2+ years. We have three units and whether we require annual maintenance or repair, they are always professional, good natured, and responsible. Nathan is part of their repair team and he's been to our house a few times. No matter the temperature outside he remains cool, calm, and friendly. We always know they have our best interest. As a repeat customer, I always feel like we get expedited and extra special treatment.

We have been using AHR for a lot of years and have always had positive results. But yesterday when it was 105 degrees our air conditioning decided to quit working. I called AHR and even though we live out in the rural county area, they were out within an hour or so. Chris was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable and tried to explain everything he did to solve our issue. Thanks for fixing our system, thanks for having great service and thanks for all your employees who do a really super job.

AHR was recommended to us by my parents, and grandparents, who have been using AHR for decades! We have had nothing but great experiences with them. We purchased a new home last year and had them come to check out the 19 year-old unit. They told us the unit looked great for its age and they didn’t need to do anything. Our bill was $0!!!! Then a year later, our unit had some minor issues on the first 110 degree day. They came out after hours and repaired it quickly. They are amazing, honest and professional. I highly recommend.

Chris Reeves from AHR Mechanical recently performed a service check up and coil cleaning on my AC unit and the service couldn't have been more pleasant. Chris was great at explaining everything, on time and the cost was very reasonable compared to other companies. My unit is performing better and I feel confident AHR will keep my AC cooling the house all summer! Chris just finished preparing my air conditioning for the winter. As per always, superb, trustworthy work is completed on schedule and with helpful advice regarding the best usage of my units. AHR has assisted me with a lot of problems (cleaned ducts, located and replaced kitchen exhaust fan I had searched for without success). On every service they do, Mike and his crew go above and beyond.

AHR Mechanical has installed and repaired my AC for years, but this week they came to my rescue when I needed a replacement hot water heater. I phoned in the middle of the night, when the unit broke, and I got a scheduling call first thing the next morning. By mid-day Neal came by and figured out the solution. The next day I had a new unit installed. Amazing. Barely 48 hours from crisis to normal again. The service was quick, accommodating and professional. Not to mention—> Excellent. AHR is always first rate. I am so happy I found them!

Gabriel, our service tech was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional when he came to our home to perform general
maintenance on our heating and a/c unit. he arrived on time, wore shoe covers and was very respectful of our home. When we need service again, I hope that Gabriel is the tech that provides the service.

Shoutout to Kevin, our service rep from yesterday. AHR always does great work but Kevin had to deal with our barking dogs the entire time he was working. He was so kind to them - despite their behavior. He was quick, clean, and efficient. Thanks Kevin and AHR!

There are several HVAC companies in the Valley. All promise quality work and great service. It's refreshing to work with a company that actually backs it up. AHR mechanical does what they say they will do. Case in point, yesterday I called them due to AC blowing air but not cooling. Their response was immediate and the Tech, Gabriel, was at my house within the hour. Gabriel diagnosed the problem, recommended a solution and got down to work. What started out as a simple task quickly turned into a 4–5-hour project. To his credit Gabe simply refused to give up due to lack of needed tools in his van (had to use a co-worker's van and tools). Gabe took the fan and fan motor back to his company to install the new motor and came right back to my house. This is a 40-minute drive each way and Gabe stated that he was not giving up until the repairs were complete. Outstanding customer service! AHR and Gabe are worthy of the 5-star rating, and I wish I could have given more stars. The drive and determination shown automatically separates them from all the other HVAC companies.
