They came to “fix” my refrigerator and then it exploded. Also needs to learn to drive on the highway.

Didn't use them. They told me they were so busy they couldn't get to me for a week Not having an AC for over a week was unacceptable.. I went with another company They got to meet the next day

Terrible experience with this place. They took my money but never came to fix my HVAC system. I called multiple times to follow up during business hours and my call was not answered. Terribly unprofessional, took my money, and didn’t deliver my service. DO NOT USE.

Awful customer service when I tried to reschedule my service. Employee asked, "how long I would be home for," after an abrasive conversation of why I cancelled my appointment.

AZRS is the most trust worthy HVAC Company in Phoenix. Their customer service is 5 out of 5! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

My semiannual inspections have been very thorough and response to service calls very prompt. They used to call me to schedule the inspections but now I have to remember to call them. Even so, I would recommend them.

I feel like the Tech was unprofessional today with covid out of control I just wanted tech to get in, get the job done and get out but instead he ask to use my bathroom in the 1st 10 minutes of being here and then didn't want to move some boxes that were in his way in the attic to get to unit

So a complete complete check on heater was not done and now will cost me money to have someone come back.To top things off Tech ask me if I had a Pepsi for him as he seen mine on the table....this guy was totally unprofessional pls do not send him heree again!

I wish I could give these guys a review on how well they did, but I am unable to get anyone out to my house. They told me they don't service my area...Maricopa in AZ. They should name themselves PHOENIX REFRIGERATION instead of ARIZONA! My father uses them and lives in North Mesa. I guess they don't want to make a 20-30 min drive to make a few thousand dollars. I was looking to replace my units if need be! They must be rich!!!Oh well, I will gI've my business to someone else!

Dennis Dizon made a follow-up visit to check on my recently installed system. He offered to set up wi-fi operation of my thermostat through my cell phone and clearly explained everything so that even I can do it! He checked pressures and made changes in my system from default settings to settings that are now optimized for efficient performance in our Arizona climate. Throughout the visit he was cordial and very professional. Good work, Dennis!

I called Arizona Refrigeration at 7am and got a call back around 8:18am on Sunday July 31st. I was told that they could be out between 10A-12N to look at my air conditioning unit that isn't working. I told them my 84 year old parent lives in the house and she must have a/c. They had a job before mine so I understood and was elated they would be able to come out on a Sunday. It's now 3PM and they still aren't here. I called once around 2pm and was told they would be out shortly...that never happened. I've put another call into another air conditioning company that said they would send someone out right away. House is now 83 degrees and a LOT OF TIME has been wasted. Don't believe Stefanie when she tells you they will be out between 10A-12N. There's no way one repair job takes from 10A to 3PM or whenever they're finished.

We have had a contract with this company for 5 years. Tonight I got home at 4:30 and the ac was blowing hot air. 7:00 cranking cold air. Bumped us above other customers. They have always been very responsive and professional. Never up selling anything. Thank you!

These people are great, have been with them for over 30 years and have never had a problem.
My HCAC rep Steven is the best, if he tells you something needs to be done you can take it to the bank and get it done.

Arizona Refrigeration Services tech Jeff fixed our A/C on 7/16/14. He was great! Never complained though it was extremely hot and fixed it that evening!
Another company's tech had come out earlier, constantly complained how hot it was and said he could not fix it that day! Thanks for the prompt and awesome job!

I have been using Arizona Refrigeration since 1996. They have always been able to service my A/C units in a timely manner and the technicians are professional and informative. Today they installed a wifi thermostat and made sure it was working properly before he left.
When I moved into my current house the technician told me that my A/C unit was going to start having problems as it was installed under a canopy. The company that originally installed the unit must not have had the knowledge to install it properly. I am very grateful that I was informed and was able to remove the cover thus keeping my unit from failing. I will always recommend Arizona Refrigeration to everyone who is looking for a great air conditioning and heating company.
