Jordan Joseph and the Kind Lady Who answers the phones should really be valued and appreciated here because of the excellent experience i have had with working with them all to fix my ac, my apartment complex uses them as a third party maintenance team and they were quick with the fix and friendly when i had questions, its the little things that make me feel better about these types of experiences and no ac in the arizona heat is a serious issue so above and beyond recognition should go to this team right here for getting the job done so amazingly.

Had these guys come out again today for me to change the motor this time, but again qucik friendly services and cold air now which makes me happy, thanks again

Paramount Home Services recently installed our new heat pump. They were very professional and communicated well every step of the project. I really like the text messages with how soon the driver will arrive.

The technician came out right away to review the old setup and make recommendations for the new unit. Less than 48 hours later, everything was brand new! The new system is quiet, blows cold, and works perfectly.

Jordan and Victor did great work on the install, cleaned up after themselves, and were such nice guys! We will absolutely use them again when we need to replace the unit on the other side of the house. Thank you for the excellent service!

The gentleman showed up promptly at the time they were supposed to. They worked hard and efficient all day. We now once again have wonderful AC. My AC unit was not blowing out any cool air which is scary with summer heat coming our way. I called Paramount, they sent a wonderful technician named Victor to my home. Victor is very polite, professional and knowledgeable, he took his time to really listen to the problems I was having and fixed it right away. Paramount Home Services is really the best place to maintain and fix any issues that arise with your airconditioning. Highly recommend.

I recently worked with Paramount Home Services on a unique mini split project and couldn’t be more impressed. I had purchased a mini split from my daughter’s retail store in Old Town Scottsdale and needed it uninstalled, moved, and reinstalled in my garage workshop at my Scottsdale home.
From our first conversation, Adrian (Field Supervisor & Part Owner) listened carefully and asked all the right questions. He quoted the complete job—removal, relocation, installation—and clearly explained everything. On the day of the move, Technician Jordan arrived early, was extremely professional, and completed the uninstall in under an hour. Then Jordan and Adrian efficiently installed the unit at my home—securely mounting the compressor, neatly running lines and conduit, handling electrical connections and even fine tuning the system—all without me asking. Their attention to detail and smooth coordination exceeded my expectations.

Jordan, Jeremiah, and Joseph from Paramount Home Services did a great job with my AC installation. They were quick, thorough, and relatively quiet considering the work they had to do. I work from home and they didn't disturb me. They cleaned up well afterward too.

My ac went out last night and I reached out to Paramount, Kallee was so helpful and friendly she went above and beyond for us and was able to schedule a tech at 7AM today! Jordan was our tech, he was punctual, knowledgeable, patient and so friendly. He went over everything in great detail with my husband, explained the process of what was needed, and he answered all of our questions. Jordan got everything up and running quickly and efficiently. We will be highly recommending Paramount Home Services to all of our friends and family!

Our AC went out just in the brink of summer starting here is AZ and me being 8 months pregnant, they had a technician out and had a quick fix done same day that lasted us until we were able to get a new unit installed. The install went great and was done well. A few weeks later we were having some issues/concerns, they had someone at our house on the weekend, a day after the holiday by 9:30 am. These guys are great, have made all our issues correct and been very friendly. We have found a company we trust and will continue to use in the future!

Alex, Sal and cant remember the third guys name came and worked on our bathrooms, very friendly and quick, they cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend Paramount and especially these three guys!!
